I wish i had known dis years back.. I could not help but share on my website and in courtesy of you http://abidemionline.com/relationship/how-to-stop-your-man-from-cheating/ chikk: Keeping a man faithful is not as difficult as it may appear at first. For starters, most of them want to be true to their spouses, but for that extra boost to ensure fidelity, try these steps. |

There are a lot of ways to stop fighting in a relationship, but do you always want to follow them? Constant fighting in a relationship isn't healthy, but sometimes it happens. If you're finding yourself constantly fighting with your boyfriend or girlfriend, you've got to take a look at my ways to stop fighting in a relationship so you can really get back to enjoying each other! Remember, fights are typically caused by misunderstandings and underlying issues! 1. Don't Bring up The past:This is a huge step that I need to learn. I would say, one of the key ways to stop fighting in a relationship is to stop bringing up the past. The past is the past and the more that you bring it up, the worse the fight can actually be. Bringing up the past can also bring up a lot of old emotions, which is never good. 2. Don't Leave Things Unresolved:I know it's hard and you've probably heard it before, but going to bed angry is not going to solve anything. This can leave you both feeling extremely resentful and actually can make the fight last a lot longer. Why not resolve the fight before bed or at least talk it all out, so that you both can feel better? 3. Learn to Accept Each Other:Everyone in the world has flaws, some of the flaws are things that you've got to deal with, some of the flaws are things that you need to accept. This is where accepting each other for who you are comes in handy. Your boyfriend might never be the guy that brings home flowers and your girlfriend may never be the girl that can't stop nagging, but these are things that you need to learn to accept. 4. Figure Out The Root of The Problem:Every fight in the world has a root at the end of it. Once you figure out exactly what the root of the problem is, you'll be able to solve the problem and also solve the fight. It's not going to be easy, but it is going to be worth it. 5. Own up to Your Part of The Fight:One of the biggest problems that I have when I'm in a fight is that I get into my own head space – and I don't necessarily own up to my own part of the fight. It's hard to admit that you are wrong and to take the blame. Do it though. It's healthy and it'll make your partner appreciate you! 6. Ban The 'but':'But if you did this,' 'but if you did that,' eliminate the 'but' from your vocab when you are in a fight and you'll be way better off! I use the 'but' all of the time and truthfully, when I cut it out, the fight doesn't last nearly as long. Just curb your tongue a little! 7. Is This a Repeat Performance?I know that issues come up, but do you constantly have the same fight? Over and over again? Do you think that could be a sign? If you are constantly having a fight that revolves around a certain thing that your spouse does, why not bring it up to them calmly to stop the fight? 8. Remember What's Important:Finally, you always want to keep in mind that your relationship is very important and that you two are together for a reason. It's hard to keep that in mind when you are fighting, but it's so important. While you might not feel like your relationship is amazing because of the constant fighting, there are tons of ways to stop fighting in your relationship, you just have to work at it. So, are you constantly fighting in your relationship? SOURCE:http://abidemionline.com/relationship/ways-to-stop-constant-fighting-in-a-relationship/

There are many rich and famous people in the world, but not everyone knows the art to splurge it. However, Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah, better known as the Sultan of Brunei is one such person who is well versed with this art of spending the riches in the most lavish ways. One of the last remaining absolute monarchs in the world, Sultan has earned enough from reserves of oil and natural gas. Wondering which country is Brunei? Let me tell you before i continue the gist..Brunei is a sovereign state located on the north coast of the island of Borneo, in Southeast Asia. Apart from its coastline with the South China Sea, it is completely surrounded by the state of Sarawak, Malaysia. The estimated Population of Brunei is 408,786.Brunei is the only country in the world that is not in debt. The Sultan's passion for the world's most expensive, beautiful, rarest, fastest and unique cars knows no boundries, he owns over 7,000 high performance cars parked in his garage and worth about $5 billion and owns 1,932 luxurious cars which includes 600 Rolls Royce cars, over 300 Ferraris,134 Koenigeggs, 11 McLaren F1s, 6 Dauer Porsche 962 LMs and a number of luxurious Jaguars. He is famous for having some of the most luxuriously customized private jets like Boeing 747-400 and Airbus 340-200. He loves luxurious cars to the point that he asked rolls royce and porsche to partner and come out with single car, and hence a rolls royce-porsche car was manufactured for him. He also keeps a Rolls-Royce in front of his palace with the engine running 24-7. The Sultan got himself the only right hand drive Mercedes-Benz CLK-GTR in the world.A car parked all the way at the back may need almost 1.5 hours to be brought out. He has so many properties around the world, but my focus is on his fleet of cars.. Google about him to know more and yes it was forecasted that his son will be the first trillionaire in the world.. *Drops Mic* sultan 2 sultan 3 sultan 4 sultan 5 car sultan car 6 sultan 7 sultan 8 SOURCE:http://abidemionline.com/celebrity/meet-the-sultan-of-brunei-owns-over-7000-cars-which-includes-1932-luxurious-cars/

Sexy Nollywood actress, Ini Edo, whose entrance at the unveiling of Glo X Factor show held at the Get Arena, Lekki, Lagos, last Wednesday, causes stir with her sexy curves and wow bum hidden inside the brown gown. She was being asked to come to the red carpets for shots with teeming fans taking turns for photo ops and answering few questions. In her word, “I think I was prettier when I was much younger. I saw some of my old pictures and I was like wow! Was this me? How did I become like this? I don’t know what I do really; not that I do so much. I work out as much as I can and try to eat right. I try to keep my skin colour by moisturizing and basically I try to be happy.” On actresses toning or bleaching their skins, she said “I think it’s the most silly thing to do. Ladies are always looking for tips to keep to keep the skin youthful so I looked for some little known anti-aging tips that we can use to keep our skin looking bright, beautiful and young! We’ve all heard about using sunscreen a million times and while it’s important, there is more to skin care than just using sunscreen! Check out these tips to keep skin youthful and maintain your girlish looks longer! 1. Eat Right:One of my favorite tips to keep skin youthful is to eat anti-aging foods! Who doesn’t love adding variety to their diet and eating healthy foods that benefit your skin and body?! Try incorporating more anti-aging foods like beans, fish, berries, spinach, nuts and kale to your daily diet and fight aging the tasty way! These foods are packed with protein and vitamins that’ll help fill you up and keep skin young! 2.Sleep on Silk:We all know that getting a sufficient amount of rest is important to keeping skin fresh, but we can take it a step further and sleep on a silk pillowcase! Sleeping on a silk pillowcase will not only help prevent wrinkles, but it’s also recommended for healthy hair. Another skin care tip when you’re sleeping is to try to sleep on your back to prevent wrinkles and lines from sleeping on your side or face. 3. Protect Your Neck:One of the easiest anti-aging tips we can follow is to always take our skin care products down to our neck. Don’t apply skin care products only to your face, keep going and cover your neck and even your décolletage, as it’s one of the first places that shows the signs of aging. Hey, you spend good money on your skin care products so put them to work on other areas as well! 4. Avoid Processed Sugar:This next skin care tip is a huge bummer for people like me with a sweet tooth, but processed sugar is your skin’s enemy! Sugar has been found to speed up the aging process and weaken the ever important collagen in our skin, which can lead to sagging and premature wrinkles. Stay away from sugary treats and stick to fruits whenever possible when sweet cravings strike! 5.Take a Time Out: Some of the best anti-aging tips are the most simple. This next tip recommends taking a time out and de-stressing. This doesn’t have to be costly or time-consuming activity, you can go get a massage, stretch or meditate for 15-20 minutes each day to keep stress in check and avoid getting lines and wrinkles from stress and tension. 6. Use Serum: Using serum as part of your skin care routine might not be a mind-blowing tip but it’s something that many women still don’t do. If you’re serious about anti-aging tips, serum is a skin care essential that will help deliver potent skin care ingredients to a deeper level of your skin due to the makeup of the serum. Serums are easily absorbed, work for a variety of skin tones and types and are very easy to use! 7. Reduce The Use Of Skin Care Products:A big part of these anti-aging tips are focused around skin care products, but when it comes to makeup, sometimes less is more. Dermatologists Dr. Kathy Fields and Katie Rodan of Proactiv fame recommend ditching the foundation on aging skin. They state that makeup can really settle into lines and wrinkles and magnify their appearance, so it’s best to keep makeup minimal and wear less as you age. Incorporating these little known anti-aging tips can help keep your skin healthy and youthful. No matter how old you are, it’s important to take good care of our skin and get in the habit of using a proper skin care routine. Do you already do any of these skin care tips? Do you have any anti-aging tips or secrets that you’d like to share? SOURCE:http://abidemionline.com/health/7-little-known-skin-care-tips-to-keep-skin-youthful/

Dear Compatriots, I greet and felicitate with you all as we celebrate Easter which commemorates the resurrection of our Lord, Jesus Christ after his redemptive self-sacrifice for the eternal salvation of mankind. Irrespective of our religion or faith, all holidays provide us with a fresh opportunity to establish stronger bonds with our family, friends and all those around us for more enduring, harmonious and beneficial relationships. See the rest after the cut... As we celebrate this year’s Easter therefore, I urge all Nigerians to rededicate themselves to living in peace and oneness with all members of their communities no matter their ethnicity, religious beliefs or places of origin. By now, it ought to be an accepted fact amongst us that our immense potential for greatness in the comity of nations derives in the main from our collective strength as a country of close to 170 million people and the acclaimed richness of our diverse human resources and natural endowments. It follows, therefore, that to successfully achieve our vision of becoming one of the most dominant nations on the global stage in the shortest possible time, we must stay together as a people and continue to effectively resist by all possible means, the evil machinations of global terrorists and their misguided domestic accomplices who seek to provoke turmoil, hatred and harmful divisions among us. I assure all Nigerians that our security agencies, armed forces and I will continue to fully discharge our constitutional responsibilities for protecting the unity and territorial integrity of this country with all the powers and forces at our disposal. We must have peace, security and stability to effectively implement our agenda for national transformation in all parts of the country and we shall continue to work ceaselessly to re-establish the prerequisite conditions for nationwide progress and development. For your part, dear countrymen and women, I urge you to continue to exhibit restraint and understanding in the face of seeming provocations. Those who mindlessly and indiscriminately attack churches, schools, health workers, motor-parks, banks and ordinary road users must be seen as they truly are: the brainwashed pawns of international terrorism. They do not represent any true religion or section of the country and we must never play into their hands by succumbing to their nefarious ploys to incite religious, ethnic hatred and division among us. It is my hope and prayer that as we celebrate the glorious resurrection of our Saviour, Jesus Christ, his lessons of self-sacrifice, brotherly love, placing others before self, tolerance, obedience, respect for lawful authorities, dutifulness, diligence, honesty, justice and fairness to all will take firmer root in our beloved country and help us to overcome present challenges and build the more peaceful, secure, united, progressive and prosperous nation of our dreams. I wish you all happy Easter celebrations.
