LEARN THIS.
***you dont invest in every stock that goes up in price especially when you can not differentiate between manipulation and real trend.you may go into it and have a successful exit but you may fail in it more that you succeed in it under the same condition.

***you dont buy stock when the market is in strong down trend.
***when your stock is rising while the market is in down trend having the most active sectors and stocks falling, run out of the stock. You will be suprised that the stock would soon join them.
***when a stock is creating heavy gap, you should be very careful and it's mostly meant for traders.
These are secrets that are difficult to expose but will always do that once in a while

Thanks alot

Politics / Man Arraigned Over Human Sacrifice by Born2beRich1(m): 11:32pm On Jun 17, 2013
A 40-year old man, Ajadi Rafiu, has been charged to a magistrates’ court in Ilorin, Kwara State, northcentral Nigeria, for allegedly using a human being for sacrifice.

The accused, a resident of Magaji compound, Kehinde-Oroki village near Igbaja in Ifelodun Local Government Area of the state, who was suspected of using innocent citizens of the village for sacrifice, was alleged to have killed Okita Sunday of the same village to appease his great grandfather, who was the founder of the village.

According to the wife of the deceased, Mrs. Salome Okita, the accused, who was arraigned on a one-count charge of culpable homicide, was alleged to have criminally given a native concoction to her husband to drink, which caused him stomach ache and he eventually died.

Police First Information Report, FIR, on the matter revealed that the accused along with Alfa Dauda and Alfa Sule, both at large, intentionally administered poisonous concoction on the deceased thereby using him as sacrifice to appeasee their gods of twins.

The prosecutor, Sergeant Jubrin Al-hassan, prayed the court to remand the accused in prison custody pending completion of investigation into the matter and arrest of the other two accomplices.

Magistrate I.O.Olawoyin upheld the submission of the prosecutor and ordered the accused be remanded at the Federal Prison, Oke-Kura, Ilorin until 27 June when the case will come up for further mention.

Family / Life Jail For Rapists, Robbers by Born2beRich1(m): 10:55pm On Jun 17, 2013
An Ughelli High Court in Delta State, south south Nigeria, has sentenced two men, Ernest Steve, 30, and Jerry Godwin, 29, to life imprisonment for gang-raping a 17-year old girl (name withheld), after robbing the girl’s parents of their valuables.

Moments after the judgement was delivered, mother of one of the convicted rapists went berserk, stripping herself almost naked in the court room, saying that the life imprisonment for her only son was too much a pain for her to bear.

The court sentenced the two notorious rapists after finding them guilty of three-count charge of conspiracy, rape and attempted armed robbery.

After allegedly robbing the family of the rape victim of some valuables, the armed gang also went ahead to have carnal knowledge of her in turns, causing her severe bodily injuries and psychological trauma.

Prosecution officer, P.T. Daubry, told the court that the convicts while armed with a gun and knife, broke into the girl’s parents’ apartment located at Young Africa Close, Ovwian within Otor-Udu judicial division, under the cover of darkness on 5 November, 2007.

The trial Judge, Justice O. Tobi while delivering judgement in the case, cited several authorities and averred that the confessional statements of the accused which was admitted in evidence during trial, passed the veracity test and was not in doubt, saying that prosecution had proved the essential ingredients of the three-count information charge.

Justice Tobi, during the verdict that lasted for over two hours, condemned the two criminals for their shameful acts and advised young people never to resort to crime no matter the condition they found themselves.

Plea for mercy by the defence counsel, Barr. M.I. Oshemele was turned down by the court on the grounds of law and proceeded to hand down the mandatory punishment for the offence they committed as prescribed by law.

Meanwhile, another Ughelli High Court has discharged and acquitted Michael Sunday who was in detention awaiting trial for five years on a one-count charge of armed robbery.

Counsel to the accused, Eloho Irogbo, while commending the trial judge for the erudite and sound judgement, noted that the court remains the final hope of the common man.

Family / School Proprietor Caught Having Sex With 11-year-old Pupil by Born2beRich1(m): 10:25am On Jun 13, 2013
Residents of Agric Olope area of Ado Ekiti have apprehended the proprietor of a private Nursery and Primary School, who was found in a bush allegedly having sex with a pupil of his school.

The incident happened on Monday after school hours.

Our correspondent gathered on Wednesday that the proprietor, identified as Mr. Tunde Ibitoye, picked the girl and another pupil of the same school and was taking them home in his car when he stopped at a deserted place and went into the bush pretending to be defecating.

An eyewitness, who said he caught the suspect in the act, said some minutes after the man went inside the bush, he called the victim to bring him tissue to clean up.

The eyewitness, who identified himself as Kayode Ayeni, said he became curious when he saw the girl going inside the bush knowing full well that a man had first gone into the bush some minutes earlier.

He said he traced the girl’s movement and found the man half naked and the girl also undressed and was in a compromising position.

Ayeni claimed that the proprietor was having carnal knowledge of the girl when he found the two of them inside the bush.

The argument between the eyewitness and the proprietor was said to have attracted a crowd of passersby and residents to the scene.

The suspect was said to have been beaten up and escaped being lynched due to the arrival of some policemen at the scene.

The policemen, who stormed the scene, dispersed the crowd and took the suspect away.

When contacted, the state command’s Police Public Relations Officer, Mr. Victor Babayemi, said Ibitoye had been arrested for “defiling an 11-year-old pupil,” adding that the suspect was currently being interrogated by the police

The PPRO said the girl told police investigators that the proprietor had sex with her.

He added that the girl confessed that the last act was the fourth time the proprietor would be having sex with her.

He also said the girl’s father told the police that there was a time he noticed blood stain on his daughter’s clothes but the man thought it was early menstruation.

The proprietor, however, insisted that he did not have sex with the girl but was just assisting her home after the school hours.

But Babayemi said the girl had been taken to a hospital for medical examination, saying the result would be made public when it was out.

Babayemi said, “There is a man in our custody who was said to be caught while having sex with an 11-year-old pupil. The girl has been taken to hospital for examination and we are expecting the result.

“We are investigating to see if we can find other girls who the man might have defiled. If we find any, it would further corroborate the allegation. But we advise parents to alway ensure that their children are put in custody of responsible people.”

Stockbull, haba why? did they bite you...

This market is growing sweeter by the day. its combining analysis and human emotions in its
daily trades. Analysis is working fine for fundamentals companies, but sentiments is high on
low caps. If u ask me, i will share my portfolio 60:40, as a form of hedging.

Insiders sources says a rush of institutional/foreign investors to the NSE is causing the bull ride
and confidence. As profit taking is ongoing i will advise a re-entering. most stocks will go crazy soon.

I love this market. grin

I understand why stockbull made the comment and i support him..If you look closely other non banking stocks have given a higher percentage of return on investment compared to banking stocks..Take for example Firstbank and livestock...if client A buys Livestock about 2months ago at a price of N2.7 and client B buys first bank at N18 same period by now client A would have made more returns on his investment portfolio when compared to client B with the banking stock portfolio.

Na ma 2kobo contribution be that o.

BTW the bulls are making the market sweet.
