As a husband, what would you do when your wife offends you? You marry another wife?

So this statement/allegation makes the OP wife the man of the house?..Do you know that people( both men and women inclusive) can make silly mistakes because they cant handle their emotions...Because the OP here cant handle his emotion in the right manner the woman automatically becomes the man of the house...i would advise you talk sense to the OP on the issue of taking another wife than supporting sides.

xynerise: You want to take another wife because your wife is taking your position as the man of the house? Mr. Man you should be ashamed of yourself. Since you have found out, what you need to do is to find stop her from having access to your business account until you both find solution to her extravagant spending.

How is the wife taking the OP position as the man of the house i hope you didnt write this to get likes from the female folks here on nairaland..BTW the OP stated it clearly that he is the one that opened the shop for the wife but isnt happy with the way it is being run financially by giving the money meant for the business to her family members without his consent..and if she continues like this it will affect their present family financially at the moment..anyways i dont support the OP taking another wife..

Good Morning Fellow Investment Nairalanders..

Hope our investment portfolio is green as usual..

The main issue i am writing is to share my experience with the house because I experienced something terrible this morning and i have decided to share it with everyone..

On my way to the office there was a terrible traffic as early as 6am..After been fed up with traffic, i decided to take a short cut through a residential area. Suddenly, i noticed that a large crowd gathered on the road thereby obstructing movement of vechicles..

I decided to alight from the vechicle to know what was causing the pandemonium, behold, there was a grown man, fully stripped naked and beaten to pulp laying on the ground with both hands tied...

Initially i thought he must be an armed robber to be beaten black and blue but my guts prompted me to inquire what really transpired..I decided to find out what happened, Lo and Behold, the culprit was a CHILD RAPIST.. angry He was actually caught in the act of raping a girl of 5years in the wee hours of the morning..To add insult upon injuring, the victim (young female child) is the child of the rapist's friend..Meaning the culprit raped his friend's 5year old daughter.

I was so saddened by the news i almost developed fever..Immediately remembered that another man was caught raping a 9 year old girl some few weeks ago..It is Lugubrious and saddening to hear or see a young child's future been torn apart..

I decided to share this information with my friends both physical and online (Nairaland) who are parents and aspiring parents to always monitor the movement of their children..Trust no one( apart from your spouse), because even your so-called friend now can become your worst nightmare..The paedophilic spirit of yerima( urge to have sex with under aged females) is on rampage and it is advisable as parents to guide and monitor your children always in order to protect them from mental trauma and psycological breakdown..Our children is our future and if we dont fight and protect them, who will?

I decided to share this with the house to enable us be alert and watchful..Sorry if this bothered anyone but i couldnt help hold my feelings..May God help us with the wisdom and knowledge to direct our children to the right path..Amen.

Enjoy and Happy Investing. smiley

Why must you tell us that you are a member of Apostolic Faith? This smells like a scam. For your information, my father is Pastor in that Church.

The guy is telling us he is a member of Apostolic Faith church to gain trust/symphaty/special treatment, meanwhile he might be a scammer...Since most Nigerians are gullible when it involves religion, these sect of individuals try to use such means to defraud people..

Anybody that comes to meet you with a business proposal and he is saying that ' i am a pastor, reverend, decon etc' or he mentions his church to gain special treament, i will advise you better run away from such people for most of them have no genuine service to render..Majority of them are scammers.

My brother,

You are one of the people I have great respect for both here and on SMN. But am surprised the way you have been very bullish on Oando completing the COP deal Nov 30 without caution. I spoke with a Management staff of Oando (one of the few who are in the know about the COP deal) - even though he was non committal in his response (primarily because of he feared Toronto Stock Exchange may charge the coy for insider trading, he was not as bullish as you sound here about Nov 30 deadline. He was only bullish the deal will be concluded but not bullish about Nov 30. I understand Oando still has a window to extend the date of closure of the deal.

Ok..I got this now from SMN

Politics / Man Stabs Alleged Homosexual Boss To Death by Born2beRich1(m): 10:08am On Nov 27, 2013
A 22-year-old man, Eji Emmanuel, has been arrested by the Lagos State Police Command for the alleged murder of a 39-year-old trader, Sylvanus Okoye.

According to the police, the suspect stabbed the deceased to death at his home on Ezemegbu Drive, Okota in August.

The suspect, however, explained that he killed the deceased in self-defence.

He alleged that on the day of the incident, Okoye had attempted to rape him.

Explaining the events that culminated in Okoye’s death, the suspect said he was a dancer and was lured to Lagos by a friend, Chukwudi, under the guise of doing music business only for the friend to introduce him to homosexuality.

He said he had gone to report the matter to his friend’s boss but his friend’s boss raped him twice and he reported the matter at the FESTAC Police Division.

He said the matter was transferred to the Zone 2 Police Command and the case was turned against him after which he spent two weeks in detention.

He said he had approached Okoye, who he considered an Igbo leader in the state, to help him with money to return to Anambra State when Okoye also attempted to rape him.

He said, “I went along with a relative to report the matter to Okoye and he gave my friend and I N5,000 and shirts. He told us not to worry, so we slept over at his house. At midnight, however, Okoye came to my room and attempted to have sex with me but I refused him.

“My relative later told me that Okoye had sex with him in the parlour that same night. We left in the morning and returned to Anambra State. From there, I went to Abuja where I remained for four months. However, one day, Okoye called me that he had a business deal and invited me to come to Lagos.

“I told Okoye that I would not engage in any act of homosexuality and he agreed.”

The suspect said when he returned to Lagos, the deceased said he wanted to open a bar in the area and wanted him to manage the business.

He said he passed the night at the deceased’s home, but at midnight, the deceased crept into his room and attempted to make love to him.

He said, “In the evening, Okoye served me with bread, butter and tea in my room. Around 3.30am, he crept into my room and wanted to sleep with me, but I refused him.

“Okoye was a big man so he attempted to overpower me, but I picked up the bread knife that was still left in the room and stabbed him in the neck, but he did not die.

“I picked up a flexible iron and bound it round his neck and locked him inside the room.

“When it was 6am, I stepped out of the house and gave the key to one woman beside the gate and fled.”

PUNCH Metro had reported on August 16, 2013, that Okoye was found murdered in his home two weeks after he was last seen by neighbours.

It was learnt that following the discovery, the security guard and the woman whom the suspect handed the key to were arrested by detectives at the State Criminal Investigation Department, Yaba.

PUNCH Metro learnt that after three months, detectives were able to locate the suspect in Anambra State.

A police detective said, “The security guard told us that he could identify the suspect if he saw him.

“In the course of investigation, we obtained call logs from Okoye’s phone and we learnt that the suspect had used Okoye’s phone to call his girlfriend in Anambra State shortly after killing Okoye.

“We travelled to Anambra State and we were able to locate the suspect who was even wearing the deceased’s clothes.”

The suspect, however, insisted that he was not a killer but a victim of circumstance.

He said, “My father and my brother are dead. I am the only child of my mother. Who will take care of her if I am sent to prison?

“I am not a homosexual but I was used. I tried for several months to impregnate my girlfriend but was not successful. I feel they have stolen my virtues.”

Police Public Relations Officer, Ngozi Braide, confirmed Emmanuel’s arrest to our correspondent on the telephone.

Braide added that the police were still working to establish it the the victim was a homosexual or not as alleged by the suspect.

An indigenous oil exploration and production, Oando Energy Resources, an affiliate of Oando Plc, has said it will soon conclude the acquisition of the Nigerian oil and gas business of ConocoPhillips.

The company, in a statement on Friday, said its financing confidence to conclude the $1.7bn transactions remained high.

Once the deal is concluded, the OER boss said the company’s daily production would substantially increase from 4,500 bpd to 45,000 bpd.

This, according to him, will make the company the largest indigenous producer behind the International Oil Companies operating in Nigeria.
