Your message could result in jail time of up to 3 years and/or a fine if:

- It intimidates, encourages or harasses a person to harm himself or herself or any other person;
- It is inherently false in nature and it is aimed at causing mental, psychological, physical or economic harm to a specific person or a group of persons;
- It is intimate in nature (aka nudity), and is distributed without the consent of the person involved.

In addition, the Bill compels all banking institutions, ISPs and cellular companies to assist in an investigation – allowing the government to access any pertinent private information stored on you as evidence.

However, deputy minister of justice and constitutional development, John Jeffery has insisted that the new bill is not an extension of government’s surveillance powers.

“Data is merely a means to commit offences such as fraud, damage of programmes and computer systems, extortion, forgery and uttering. It can also be used to commit murder by remotely switching of a respiratory system or terrorism by overloading the centrifuges of a nuclear station or remotely opening the sluices of a dam which causes large-scale flooding,” he said.

Selfless veterinarians and nurses have set up a makeshift animal clinic in an abandoned hospital to treat hundreds of animals that were left to be burned alive in the California wildfires.

There are 600 animals at the Del Oro County Hospital building in Oroville and all are being cared for the North Valley Animal Disaster Group.

Among the residents are 258 cats, 188 dogs, 76 chickens, 41 birds including a handful of brightly colored parrots and five rabbits.

Larger animals have been transported to the Butte County Showgrounds in Gridley, California and another is being operated in Chico.

‘We work with Butte County Animal control and we’re sheltering close to 600 animals chickens, ducks, geese,’ said shelter lead, Karen Falconer, 62, of Oroville, California.

Let's say you were robbed and shot by armed robbers, and you were still alive......probably bleeding profusely on the floor, and no one came to help you. No one cared to rush you to the hospital. This lady you uploaded her pix was the only person that came around. She pulled and put you on her barrow, wheeled you to her house and gave you first aid, using herbs and leaves. Then eventually wheeled you to the hospital where you received the final treatment and you didn't die. Apparently she saved your life!

Speaking to British Vogue, the former One Direction singer, 25, said he is not a practicing Muslim anymore and no longer believes in 'any' of the religion.

He told the publication: 'I'm not professed to be a Muslim' and when asked if he would consider himself to be Muslim, he responded: 'No, I wouldn't.'

Their is this woman that is still in her early thirties and legally married that live in the same flat as i do but below.
I am very cordial with she and her husband as good neighbours should do and at times they invite me to eat with them at their apartment.

Susanna Dinnage will replace Richard Scudamore as the new Premier League executive chief in 2019.

Scudamore leaves his role after helping the English Premier League become one of the most powerful leagues in the world, including mega money TV deals.

He has brokered record-breaking TV deals for the clubs, currently totalling £2.8  billion in global rights pay packets.

The league’s domestic and overseas TV rights sales are double that of the Bundesliga.

The Premier league has already raised £8.3 billion alone for 2019 to 2022 and could go as high as £9 billion, a 20 per cent uplifton the previous deal.

Club owners and chief executives of the 20 Premier League clubs were told of the appointment this afternoon after being summoned at short notice to the league's London headquarters.

“We are very pleased to appoint such a capable leader to this important role,” said the Chelsea chairman Bruce Buck, who helped oversee the appointment.

“We had a very strong field, but Susanna was the outstanding choice given her track record in managing complex businesses through transformation and digital disruption.

"She is a leading figure in the broadcasting industry, a proven business executive and a great developer of people.

"She is ideally suited to the role and we are confident she will be able to take the Premier League on to new heights.”

Scudamore will step down at the end of 2018 and Dinnage will kick off her reign in early 2019.

Dinnage, now global president at Discovery's Animal Planet, has spent more than 20 years working in the television industry.

Since joining Discovery in 2009, she served as general manager of the UK and Benelux businesses, and most recently as President of UK/Ireland and Chief Content Officer for Discovery Networks International.

“I am excited at the prospect of taking on this fantastic role," she said in a statement.

A black security guard was shot dead by a police officer as he held down a suspect in a shooting at the bar where he worked.

Jemel Roberson, 26, was working early Sunday at Manny’s Blue Room ― a bar in the predominantly black Chicago suburb of Robbins, Illinois ― when a patron who was part of a drunken group that had been kicked out returned with a gun at 4 a.m. and opened fire, according to the Chicago Sun-Times. Several people were shot.

Roberson, who was armed at the time, grabbed one of the men, held him down and waited for police, according to witnesses.

“He had somebody on the ground with his knee in back, with his gun in his back like, ‘Don’t move,’” Adam Harris told WGN-TV.

But witnesses said Roberson became the victim as soon as police arrived. A responding officer with the Midlothian Police Department immediately shot Roberson, who later died at a hospital.

Harris said the officer shot an innocent man and that people on the scene tried to warn police that Roberson was a security guard.

“Everybody was screaming out, ‘Security!’ He was a security guard ... and they still did their job, and saw a black man with a gun, and basically killed him,” Harris said.

Midlothian Police Chief Dan Delaney confirmed the shooting, telling reporters, “A Midlothian officer encountered a subject with a gun and was involved in an officer-involved shooting.” The department said the Illinois State Police Public Integrity Task Force would investigate the shooting in order to “ensure transparency and maintain public trust.”

Roberson was known as a musician at local churches who had dreams of becoming a police officer, people who knew him told ABC-7 and WGN-TV.

“How in the world does the security guard get shot by police?” asked Walter Turner, the pastor at New Spiritual Light Baptist Church, where Roberson played the organ. “A young man that was literally doing his job and now he’s gone.”

Calls to the Illinois State Police and Midlothian Police Department weren’t immediately returned. The Cook County Sheriff’s office is reportedly investigating the initial shooting.

From August 2016 to May of this year, at least 378 black Americans had been killed by police, and more than 3,357 people have been fatally shot by officers since 2015, HuffPost reported in May.

The renewed cult clash in Rivers state has claimed two lives following the latest attack by rival gangs in Choba area of the state. 

The residents woke up this morning to a gory sight of two young men who were killed and beheaded by suspected cultists. The naked bodies of the young men were left abandoned after the gruesome murder and their heads dumped by the roadside.

The incident is said to have caused panic and tension in the area as the residents are calling on security agencies to step up and prevent an impending reprisal attack. 

Some months ago, a cult violence left five persons dead in Omerelu community, Ikwerre Local Government Area of  Rivers State. 

It was gathered that four persons were beheaded as rival cults clashed in the community.
