Achieving together..for experienced and matured traders only. I have been a forex trader for years now. I just thought of something today; having a like minded group of 5 or 10 people trading together, we can pull funds of like 100k dollars together, meet everyday to trade then share profits daily. Robbing mind together, making decisions together could make trading fun and profitable. Having a huge funds and the mindset of making like 3/5m a day with right decisions from experienced traders is viable. This is just a raw thoughts, on how this could be achieved successfully without any acrimony among the group hasn't been established yet so any further observations and contributions will be welcomed... PS: using same broker can make this work, we pull all funds together in the morning using internal transfer, share profits or loss at night, you will be in possession of your entire funds at the close of trading. Any interested person should hit me up: success08122016@yahoo.com |

Would you rather want your old salary in 2022 and the old prices of things or do you prefer your increased salary with the new price of things? I will choose the former, I was able to do more with my wages in 2022 than now. |
I saw a post online where the poster encourages people to live among the rich and also to buy expensive things (if they can afford them) in order to feel rich which he said will change and reprogram their mindset towards riches and gradually transform their lives. I remembered some year ago a friend of mine relocated to the island, I asked him if he could afford it and he said I just wanted to wake up to see rich people around me,fortunately for him he's doing well for himself at the moment, it's uncertain if his current environment somehow contribute to his present status or it might just be as a result of hardworking which i believe doesn't correlate to someone environment. |
Idaytesj29:Yes, it's a good business and profitable when you drive by yourself. You can make at least between 30k/60k daily depending how much effort you put. |
Thereedemer:I don't do self appraisal if that's what you're looking for. |
I went to an alignment shop to fix my car, I was asked to enter the vip room while my car was being fixed, while I was inside i saw a phone being charged and I kinda feel unease seating close to someone else phone to avoid story that touch. anytime the owner peep through the window to check if the phone was still there, it made me feel awkward , i eventually stepped outside so the guy won't have heart attack. |
I've been a member of the Uber partner thread for some years now, I started from reading for fun then fell in love with the hustle.... so I ventured into the business 3 years ago, all strategies that kick-started the business were derived from here. I hate to fail, hence I always do my DD very well before embarking on any business so I abandoned my personal car at home then bought a big daddy to test the waters, I registered on Uber/Bolt platforms and drove for like 6 months in my free time. Having gathered enough experience I supposed, I bought four cars (very sound Local used) to start the business, things were going normal then i bought additional 4 to complement my quest for financial freedom via e-hailing. Within the space of seven months I already bought 15 cars all from my savings literally because I couldn't account for where the previous gains were going per se but I was hoping for better days but my hopes kept dashing away. My goal was to use the cars for a year period then resell all of them before they start falling apart, for example buy a car for 3m, make 1.2m profit in a year, use 200k for revamping, then sell back for 3m To shorten the story, I was really overwhelmed by the severe headache in the business, ranging from bad drivers, unfaithful mechanic, traffic law enforcement, police and so on. I became a frequent visitor to the police stations and lastma, this was taken toll on my mental & general health, I'm this easy going person but the business changed my personality to a trouble maker kind of, you know that agbero lifestyle, wether someone is looking for my trouble or not I was always on the edge to spill fire, always feeling so edgy, wether they (drivers) are communicating with me in a cool or harsh manners,my words are always fire and full of anger. I became so paranoid, so bitter because those devourers just don't wish me well. NB: I handled this business all alone, visitation to the guarantors, verification, inspections are all done by me alone, I believe that was the reason I was having a constant breakdown. Then my mechanic started selling my own vehicles parts to me, like removing my coils (even if I put marks on them to differentiate mine) and whenever I'm not on ground selling same coils to my driver's, sabotaging the cars to constantly extort me and the drivers. I feel worried whenever I see calls from the drivers because they never called for any good reasons, either to have me send money to them for repairs that occurred through sabotaging far away from my location intentionally or to visit the lastma/ police that seized the car. most of the repairs they call for are fakes and it's just to extort me so they can use same foe weekly remittance. Two cars were totalled while in operation, both are due to drunk drivers. I got a call from a drunk driver around past 12am, he could hardly express himself well on the phone, he mumbled : trailer hit me, i left the car on the road, I shouted Jesus my heart skipped so fast. I asked him to get the car off the road at least, he said he can't because he was afraid of vandalizer not to attack him, then he said: my mummy will buy you another car.. mogbe.. I couldn't sleep well all through the night. By 5am I rushed to the accident scene, car has been removed off the road by the police to the station causing multiple accidents because the drunkard didn't put a c caution or at least put on the hazard lights. I was detained at the police station because two of the cars involved are luxurious ones, drunk driver had bolted and a visit to his house and that of his guarantors wasn't fruitful. It was a messy one for me. My method of operation: you are to pay 50k for caution fee before giving you the car then subsequent 30k weekly for rental fee, 50/50 repair fee between drivers and owner, any damage incurred by the driver will be fixed by him. Unfortunately some of the damages incurred by my drivers saw to the end of some of the cars, like engine damage caused by driving in the flood, damaged gear box because the driver didn't bother to gauge the oil or due to oil leakage etc. Only four of the drivers were so responsible, you don't need to call them before payment, the rest you will have to call, threatening them continually before they pay, it was so draining.. One morning, I woke up with irregular heart beat and I said to my self, enough is enough. I accepted that I've failed and I decided to move on, I decided to sell the remaining 13 cars of which almost all of them were in a bad condition due to a constant use or badly used even though we service them monthly. Having decided that I was going to stop the business, I started using the remittance received from the business to repair two cars at a time then sell off, I continued that way until I sold 11, remaining two with a damaged engine parked in my compound. By this way, I incurred little or no loss capital wise but imagine what I would have gained if I had invested the money in bonds or treasury bills. Insurance (compherensive) was very helpful but they were also overwhelmed by the constant accidents reports and one (mutual benefits) decided not to partner with me any further while other increase their fee. I won't advise anyone against this business but make sure you are ready physically, mentally before embarking on it. Set out your rules. One of the challenges I faced was to get a car ready n fit for another driver after a failed partnership with a bad driver who would have damaged the car very badly and his caution fee can't afford the repair. If I have to do this again in year 2024(rental), these are the things to consider: 1. Insure the car ( compherensive) 2. 150k/200kk for caution fee When caution fee is exhausted, retrieve your car 3. 50k for weekly fee 4. Only have small numbers of fleet you can manage, because you will be vulnerable and easily overwhelmed, one car, one headache 5 don't depend or expect much responsibility from the guarantors, most of them are poor. 6. Select your drivers carefully, some of them are drug addicts, gamblers and womaniser. I've had to retrieve a car from a hotel where the driver lodge with an olosho but refused to pay rent for three weeks. 7. Inspect your car weekly or bi weekly 8. Avoid familiarity with your mechanic, be ready to change him at any time and avoid him buying parts for you to prevent sabotaging, buy your own parts your self. 9. Install tracker to enforce shutdown of the car 10 avoid amateurs/novice drivers, some of them only know how to move the car forward, they don't listen to the car functionality or know the warning signs on the dashboard. A driver knocked my engine because he doesn't know the oil spillage logo on the dashboard I wish you all the very best |

Oloriburukus people, adult babies. You guys should simply exchange house addresses for your gbasgbos, let people learn and discuss investments in peace. |
Stevenbright:Thanks for your response . I've involved my lawyer, he said that he will be adding some clauses to the deeds agreement that will empower the intending buyer, such as if any problems occur in future consultant C will be solely responsible. |
DevilishMan:Thanks for your response, it's concerning that the consent letter consultant C showed me doesn't carry address or phone number of Mr B, maybe it was cropped out, I suppose. I suspect that consultant C might want to make a huge profit on the sale and trying very hard to hide it from Mr. B, the neighbour also told me that consultant C has been selling some properties in the house which I believe Mr B isn't aware of ( because the house is going with all the properties Mr A left behind such AC, TVs, etc, consultant C even told me that he will be removing the biggest standing AC after the sale) . He showed me the offer letter he made to Mr A on behalf of Mr B in 2022, there I realised he's selling with a 50% profit margin. |
wittywriter:NB: I just got a notice from a surveyor that the land is under federal government acquisition, I guess this is the reason Mr A sold to Mr B and Mr B now looking for who to dump it on, I'm happy and felt relieved because we were to pay tomorrow morning ,i just dropped a message to consultant C that the mission has been aborted, I know he will feel so shocked but who cares! Thanks for your immense contributions, may God bless you all |
Good day to you all, I'm on the verge of buying a house for a close family, I bare the responsibility of making payment and verifying that the property is genuine because I'm the one that introduced him to the agent. I'm trying to be careful because of some clauses that involves the originality of the seller. Mr. A built the house from the ground, lived in it for like seven months then relocated abroad, he appointed a representative ( I think his brother) to sell the property, Mr. B ( also from abroad ) contacted a company to buy the property on his behalf, the property was inspected buy consultant C ( A company ), payment was made and the house was taken over by consultant C but Mr B never occupied the said house since Inception of the purchase, after 15 months of procurement Mr B decided to sell the property through same consultant C. The neighbour can't ascertain the relationship between Mr A and consultant C , but Mr A has been informed by a neighbour about the presence of consultant C in the house and he confirmed that the house has been sold off . Consultant C do visit the house periodically but the house remains under lock. The problem now is that consultant C want me to pay directly to him, refusing to give me Mr B. phone number for verification, sighting that the consent letter given to him by Mr B is enough proof. I suspect he's hiding the real price from the owner but I don't want to go ahead without verifying the identity of Mr B ( the current seller). The intending buyer is so in love with the house and cant wait to make payment but I'm hellbent of hearing from Mr B Kindly advise. |
This Bad omen she-goat again, keep shut and go glue to your BBN TV show, lost soul. Lazyyouth4u: |
Johnebho:Your location and phone number? |
emmanuelewumi:Emma you are the supposed chief contributor and a leader here, when elders dey market, small pikin head no suppose to dey drag for ground. I know you want peace here as you are a lover of pure Investments discussion but then I warned you about that your Smalley lazyyouth uncouth conduct towards people , the results is what you are seeing now, you blamed every one except him for the chaos and digression going on here. And that your subtle or sarcastic ways of shading people only show that you are learning some negative vibes from him Being rich is relative, your entire worth might be someone else wristwatch, but I do understand why some people here can't let it slide when being referred to as a small fry because we take insults differently hence we tend to protect our reputation in a best way deemed fit. The problems of this thread is lazy youth and his many monikers constituting nuisance here. I've gained so much from here but since that low life came on board it's been chaos, almost all the sensible contributors have left or change monikers, what a toxic and negative personality. |
Lazyyouth4u:This bad Omen has come again, anywhere you appear bad odour ensued ,smelling he-goat. What is your headache if inflation eat up their gains pipsqueak? negative -toxic soul. Negative people need drama like oxygen. Stay positive, it will take their breath away. |
OgogoroFreak: That sounds like your mantra for the business just to make it appear normal , just like when a thief won go Rob and utter the slogan man pikin must chop but the fact remains that your "brothel" business is breeding and promoting junkies, thieves, prostitutions, child abuse/trafficking, STDs and many more catastrophe to mankind all in the name of let's cash out. Can you imagine your daughter lining up in that dark corridor of a brothel servicing men in turns, if you don't like that then stop that your cancerous business because karma still exist |
Lazyyouth4u:This your write-up only confirmed you as the real thief snooping around. You are trying to use reverse phycology on intelligent people here, let people learn in peace closed-minded kid |
emmanuelewumi:Your question is not innocent but annoying, you were not asked any question so why didn't you simply look away. This is a treasury bill thread and we need to stay updated with the rates. If you don't have an answer to a question allow other person who does respond. I hate when you make people feel unease here for asking questions, you do sometimes ask this particular question but when others do, you want to question their intelligence. |
emmanuelewumi:Are there alternatives that are given high returns for now?,kindly share if there is any. Not everyone is interested in a long time bonds and as mush as I know Money markets currently gives between 7.2/9.2%, so treasury bills can still be considered for now |
GeneralZodd:Why waiting till 2022 before you start cashing out, you can start with 2 cars now then add more as you earn, by Dec 2022 your two car would have produced another car then the circle continues. Mind you the advice northbird gave you is only achievable through FBNquest/stanbic/united capital money markets and any other sec registered investment house, DO NOT PATRONISE ANY ABRAKADABRA investments that give high returns (more than 9.5 presently). Also be mindful of displaying your phone numbers on a public forum, find a secure way to reach out to those you wish to help, it's a cruel world. Stay focus and don't mind the market noise , your quest for financial freedom is around the corner |
confusedworld17:Not all drivers are on the road for commercial purposes, some drive for sight seeing and just to quench boredom, but will i take a trip and decided to do it for free?, Maybe yes if I don't feel used and stressed |
OgogoroFreak:Let's assume you are rich but you've got a problem money can't solve, it's a spiritual one that could eventually make your money and attitudes consume you if you don't watch it. |
Will you shut that your blood clots mouth up. Can you give your MB for 25k weekly, now that your cassava has given you a car, try give it out to know the pains owner go through. Lazy boring mofo Felicity001: |
Thanks, remain blessed. author=GAZZUZZ post=105048425] Have the vehicle scanned. My suspicions are misfires on every cylinder, and intake leaks. But scan first [/quote] |
Hi guys, thanks for your contributions, I finally solved the problem. It's the shocking sensor wire that was not well fixed, my mech found the sensor dangling close to the tire, have it fixed, boomed all misfires disappeared. I've spent #187,000 buying several fuel pumps, injector mouth, coil plugs, but just a wire fixed solved this puzzles. I'm happy cos I was almost about to auction the car off. Pls hope to get some infos as regards my question below, thanks. Oga Gazzuz please I need help as regards my Camry 2010, if I start the engine in the morning, the rpm needle fluctuate, if I don't warm up the engine very well before driving it could go off after 5 minutes of early morning start, but after firing the engine well, everything becomes stable and can function for several hours without showing any malfunction signs. After packing at the office for say 6 hours, then start the engine, it could show same signs but after warming it up,it could drive hours without malfunction. I have washed the tank, bought new fuel pump, serviced the nozzle and cleaned the injector. What do you suggest could be the problem, thank you. GAZZUZZ: |

GAZZUZZ:Kindly help. I've got a camry 2010 (4 cylinder) with a code p0300. Random misfires. I've changed the fuel pump and filter upto 6th times, bought tokunbo plugs but the problems persist ( I just bought another new pump just three days ago which cost me 28k believing that the tokunbo pumps previously bought were the culprits) , the car jerks while driving it and do stop while driving it. If the engine is idle, put in a park mode the engine revs itself, if put in drive then step on the gas pedal it regulate a bit then after continue revving high. If I put the car in drive it move faster that usual without steeping on the gas pedal. I unplugged the plugs coil sockets to know if they got something to do with the malfunction but none proofs errors, I was advised to wash the tank but on seeing it the meck said it's very clean and I can attest to it too. Pls what else do I need to do. This is so draining me right now, pls help |
