Do yourself a favor and stop caring what men think. Half of them think like bush/local/poor people, they want women to smile with them for some archaic or stupid reasons.

Once you are quite attractive, they will have a lot of things to voice about what they think you should do to make them comfortable, without caring about your personality and who you are. Some will extend it to your hair and nails.

There's nothing wrong if you're not always smiling. It is always men that will have a problem with that.

What if you were born that way?

Smile if you want to. Forget these people telling you that you are proud. It's a bush/local misconception. If you are an introvert, they will also say that you're proud. They want you to be lose with them.

Ignore the evening newspaper thought. Even the ones who smile don't all get married.

When an educated man wants you, he will want you without trying to force you into what he feels your should look like.

It's just a Nigerian thing that women must smile.

They must say sorry.

They must be shock absorbers to the world around them.

They must not get angry.

They must use soft words.

They must accommodate.

It's an imaginary manual and unrealistic because there are all kinds of people. There are cholerics, sanguines, melancholics etc. You can't create boundaries that don't exist.

Same people will say a smiling women is loose and wants to get in their pants.

Just because women don't smile doesn't mean they are evil or proud or something is wrong with them. Some people just have resting BF. This op must be an extremely shy person and a bit insecure.

What makes all men here think women must smile at them otherwise they must stay spinsters? Have you seen the way some people abroad look? And they are in relationships! Nobody demands they smile before they have anything in life. There are way too many unrealistic expectations laid out.

How Do I Overcome This As A Lady?

I'm a newbie here but, I'll like to drop this issue as it is getting me quite depressed lately.

I'm quite cute (average maybe) and I'm quite bashful as well. Whenever I go for an event, I developed this habit of frowning or squeezing my face to the dislike of the audience. On several occasions, I've seen guys pull over their car while trying to call my attention and I just snub or ignore them.

Even at a wedding party, most of the grooms men would want to approach me but, will back down really scared cause of my serious look.

I really don't know what to do as this is taking a toll on me.

Is there any possible way wherein I can practice to get my smiley face back or perhaps overcome this issue??

After some months called back for 180 then 200

In my mind I already know I won't do full stack for less than 3, I'm mainly back end developer, I strongly believe one single person should not be fullstack and if at all one person should be fullstack the pay better worth it

To make it worse all their offer were gross which means tax, NHIS, pension etc will still be deducted

How did you start the journey to becoming a fullstack developer?

Giving one hour or two, the students can fix the trash and clean their surroundings!
