What is all these rubbish. It looks as if we have so much indolent youths in this generation. Don't u people have something to do apart from gossips and slander. People just talk anyhow without taking cognizance that they are damaging someone's image not minding the fact he is still an accused. I think its high time our govt make stiff law that controls character assassinations. |

This is a right step. Its better later than never. Many people have lost there life. Many became handicapped due to accidents from these untrained/unlicensed illiterate riders. The way they harass motorists at times is horrible. Many of them assist in criminalities, hence the need to tag there identities. My appeal to FRSC is that they should do proper test to each prospective riders before issuing them licence. |
