Nice one. Nigerians crawling out of laziness gradually. Exactly d same thing happening in my area. There was a peaceful protest last week Monday against IBEDC Elega Abeokuta. They were forced to shut down there office since then, until they reduce arbitrary bills and distribute prepaid meters. The community collected many bills and returned it to there office. In retaliation, they have disconnected us since then, but we don't care.
We need to wake up and fight for our right. This Government won't fighht for u ooo. This is a Government who promised us prepaid meters and uninterrupted power supply. Look at them looking d other way as if they don't know that the electricity companies are cheating the consumers. It is well with our nation

The best thing is to create an account either internet or sms and create a pin / password. If not, and they get hold of your sim, it makes it easy for them to create one for you, since they have d sim with them. It happened to me . Thank God , I was able to trace d culprit through my account officer in d bank who gave me d details of the beneficiary of d illegal transfer in confidence. Use atm, sms and secure it . All d best

Please take the job. Even in civil service job. You stay on probation for one year before confirmation. There is nothing wrong on being on probation for a specific period of time, but I will suggest you ask your employer humorously for a temporary letter of appointment stating your remuneration and other guidelines. You should suspect foul play if he decline your request. However, i still advice you take d job since you are not doing anything now. You can dig a well as deep as 180 - 200ft in Lagos and it's environment. This is due to the soil formation in d area. In areas like Abeokuta and environ, u will likely hit the rock at 30ft and that is why you can only get good water in that area by drilling a standard borehole.
