Myself, by default, always use MoNo. I equally tends to avoid those fancy (including very Black) ones also.

using google is one tin, having someone who has a first hand experience is another. Poly installations are not much in the southern part of Nigeria. U nor go compare oyibo weather with 9ja weather.

Thanks for this. Recently recommended my charge controller to someone, when I go find am for market, the few places I saw it, the price go make you change mind.
It's same for a lot of other quality items. hence reason there are lots of rubbish in the market. If na by quality, a lot of shops go don close because customers no go dey.

There are lots of PWM charge controllers advertised as MPPT.

Another reason I dey pity those buying all these coupled and packaged lithium batteries. Quality lithium cells are pricey. And there are lots of overRated lithium cells. How many of us sef know wetin 18650 , 21700 , 46800 , etc mean ?

i use ssds for boot n cache drives.. 4 d cache i intend to use industrial grade ssds. I dont kno much abt data recovery on ssds but storing datas on ssds has never bin my tin.

Mine was gotten 3wks ago and I've used almost 550gb before it stopped working, I have logins to the payment site as well as the Airtel site, though on the normal Airtel site it doesn't give any information but on the payment site, I get most of the information I need.

I will keep you updated on progress tomorrow.

The device can switch between 5G, 4G and 3G, so don't worry if you don't have 5G.

I subscribed to the 20Mbps plan and I have egotten up to 17Mbps on speed test.

I think it's a general issue, mine is also not browsing, buzzed their CC on twitter and all they could tell me is that I have no active data bundle, even when I screenshot my Airtel profile to show that I have a speed based unlimited plan.

However, I got to hear that those responsible for the business plan used for the unlimited data plan we're on, do not work on Sundays, so let's see what happens tomorrow.

For a new battery then, you need to equalize them, charge all in parallel, with a 12V charger until it's Full Full.

i tot only tubular are meant to b equalised

Anyone with experience using poly panels for installations.. what are the cons and pros of using dem as regard to mono... I heard de are less efficient than their mono counterparts

I would be brief because I'm out of time and need get back to work.

Size of cable / wire doesn't necessarily affect current draw much. using properly sized cables is better to avoid wastes of current in form of heat (the wire go dey warm/hot). In fact, my guide is - the Wire is NEVER too thick AS the Thicker, the better.

As for increasing the size of solar panels, if you could afford such, please do because again to me, Solar panels IS NEVER too much. If excess, then less stress is on the batteries during sunny hours.

As for your pumping machine, what exactly are you doing with 2HP pumping machine ? In most residential houses, 0.75HP (less stress for solar system) and 1HP (equally less stress for solar system + PUMPs faster than 0.75HP) is often enough.

in your case, would suggest you inbhcrease THICKness of the wire, and also increase size of your Solar panels.

Reason to increase Wire thickness: When you increase thickness of the wire, or can confirm that when it's working, the Wires are not Warm / Hot, then you have eliminated WASTEs and reduced chances of fire accidents.

Reason to add More Solar Panels: With more panels, you get more Voltage and/or Current, hence during sunny hours (during the day), there would be less stress/demands on your battery bank. of course during cloudy annd rainy days, you have lless worries.
Now please ensure you always use MPPT charge controller when ever thhe Size of your Solar panels is much excess relative to battery bank. This is because with PWM, the difference mostly is wasted in form of HEAT, but when paired with a good quality MPPT, those differences ain't just burnt as heat, but converted and fed into the battery. For ma eye, I see PWM as a simple resistor circuit.

But enjoyment too sweet they fit ignore am, so I wanted a cutoff system instead of a notification system.

Files and Bandwidths have grown bigger lately, after my Inverter setup I decided that I will have to do away with my 32TB WDMyCloudEX4100 NAS and 24TB HPE Proliant DL380Gen9 Server. They became too slow for my liking.
Despite having laptops like HP Omen, Lenovo ThinkPad P43s, HP AIO 24-df1270, HP ProBook 450 G8, all with minimum of 2TB NVMe SSD, I still find it slow pulling files from my NAS and HPE Server especially media files.
So I decided It's time to go full blown SSD.

My latest config goes like:

etc.

All these items have arrived except the Intel Core i9-13900K Proc.

Me i like mini systems for my home lab i nor get power resources 4 dose hungry Proliant monsters. Planning on getting one of these i9 10 cores 20 thread pcs with at least 64gb ram configured with 10gb sfps nic running proxmox to connect to my NAS. I might just decide to have a cluster @ home to run kubernetes. 4 me i dont see ssds taking over the traditional hdd space in terms of storage. Ordinary fixed rooftop of top equipment is problem for some due to cost, not to talk of solar tracking array, the reality is that i don't see it being economical solution here in Nigeria, my POV

Not all inverters have this function. But i think u can program this by using a user defined setting esp on hybrids. This is one thing abt lifepo4 customization. If i cant interact with the bms to allow for certain voltage disconnect then am not buying. Its either the inverter disconnects the battery from operating further or the bms can do that. Btw wat is the bsttery voltage?. Did u check the voltage @ the terminals to ascertain if there is still power across d terminals abi e don enter 0v

Its likely due to.you using an.hybrid inverter.

A Blue Carbon battery I installed have also been drained about 3 times now.

I think its a bit lazy for the company to.allow the battery go so low before triggering it off

Inverter charges it via generator and it comes up back.

Get a non hybrid inverter to charge it.

its under warranty though, I could assist you how to return it to be checked

what happens to a low voltage disconnect. Your inverter should be able to disconnect your battery @ a particular voltage set on it.
