Considering that Pmax (NOCT) of Jinko 550w is about 409Wp, 6x409=2,454Kwp, Which might not be sufficient for you on an cloudy day. But 12x409=4,908Kwp (Fair for daytime Charging and Loads), moreover 12pcs of Jinko in series is still in the safe zone for a 500V PV Hybrid Inverter during an STC.
Grid is no longer an option or alternative to dark or cloudy days.

What about in a situation where external charge controller is charging based on AGM profile via solar, and inverter is also charging thesame battery via Nepa light, each delivering its own Amps quota into the battery, now wont that be too much amperage getting into the battery from different source?

Good morning all, my inverter refused to charge yesterday immediately nepa brought light.
There was no light in one of the nepa line so I changed to another phase and there was light

I suddenly heard a kind of alarm sound coming from the inverter and when I went to check, it wasn't charging. Only the indicator on the body of the inverter for when there's nepa light was displaying.

Lol u have successfully smoked your inverter.
Take it to a repair center. If de finish repair it,pls before remounting install protection first... your setup is orone to all manner of high/low voltage or cuurents not forgetting surges

This is Catl 302ah that I want to couple for someone. As usual, I hooked it up with bms to move the charging limit to about 56v before carrying out the final top balancing.
Tonight, I decided to put heavy loads on it and observe the cellvolt diff. I was shocked to notice that almost all the Eve cells I've carefully top balanced has never performed as good as this. The cellvolt diff has always been higher than this with the similar loads.
Eyes are too much on Eve. I will pay more attention to Catl henceforth.

is 56v not on a high side. Dat shud b 3.5v per cell. Am open to corrections bro

My Jinko panel is clean. It is brand new. So no dust on it yet. Just 3days old and I have been taking the reading over the course of three days. Good shinning sunlight. Yet the max I am getting is 270w out of the Jinko 550W

what is the orientation of ur panels? Cable distance and type of cc

Gen and phcn works fine, even while the inverter is connected and charging with PV. If nepa light come or generator is on
Everything is okay until u switch to inverter.
i.e. The problem is only present when pv is changing and inveter is working. Doesn't happen on nepa or gen

I spoke to their office i bought the inverter from. After so much do this do that, they finally asked me to bring the inverter in for them to check up. Maybe na replacement e need or what not. Inverter wey i just installed for Akure o. Client is really pissed now, he said i should just come install a secondary charge controller and we should just move past the issue because inverter fit reach their office mak dem say nothing do am and they send it back again.
My issue is if I'm to install another CC, na pwm e go be cos I'm not about to spend over 100k on a CC wey client no go pay for and if the one built in with the inverter is really Mppt then it will work better than the PWM.
I just dey confused like this

this ur issue only happens when the pv breaker is on. Please disconnect all devices both inverter, wires, pv, battery and all breakers like u never installed anything Start troubleshooting with a gen set then move to phcn. If none of these isssyes occur on both sides then reinstall your devices one ny one. First only inverter and battery since its hybrid) then try to charge from phcn or gen.observe if the issue occurs there.

If u feel this is going to b a stress. Just get a temporary cc to test before you tink of buying anoda

I noticed whenever I'm on inverter and I'm using my phone while plugged in, the phone touch start malfunctioning, even my laptop trackpad and touch also malfunction when plugged in on inverter.. this doesn't happen on gen or NEPA.

I disagree with your submission in terms of lfp battery quality in USA.
Most of us here are members of other forums dominated by foreigners including USA residents.
Maybe I would drop some lfp battery USA warehouses including reviews from various companies (Docan, Luyuan etc) and perhaps the issue some people are facing there regarding the genuineness of the products in question.
Someone shipped 280ah cells last year October from New Jersey with no signs of use and the manufacturer date of March 2023. He was happy that he has gotten quality cells but when he dropped the pictures of the cells in the forum for confirmation, Steve_S and others told him after the analysis that if he removes the black cover from the top of the cells, they're certain it would show signs of sanding and re-lasering. Of course the cells were not legit.
Most of us are facing the same issue from these dubious vendors. The latest Eve grade A 280ah version comes with double screw terminals and test out at 292-298ah and will deliver the full 280ah working voltage as intended.
We should take note of the terminals being used on the cells. As usual, grade B cells will have welded studs instead of dual hole mountings.
Unfortunately, some vendors are still flogging cells with tapped holes.
Submission: A lot of people from USA are buying fake cells just as Nigerians do.....

At least one point Is clear, there is no hybrid inverter with lithium profile coming from India.

Am speaking in respect to Nigerian market.

My point is this countries are operating on certain government regulations(am very sure why India is not producing lithium stuffs, it's due to environmental hazard).

You see that flooded batteries, luminous are not the only ones guilty many big name are on that table.

For the LVD Na true , then no go sell market if they do it at 11v😆, besides users will complain that the battery goes off too early.

I have met a clients that asked me to adjust the low battery. (Some inverters has option for you to choose the LVD)

what is the actual capacity @ 11v
