This is yemmight. When you mentioned that your Boss said anyone caught will be sanctioned. The so called sanctioned was not really clarified. In any disciplinary procedure, we have misconduct and gross misconduct. I don't understand if the detergent are being produced in your company. You did not mention if they were taken those items away. Bottom line, if they were caught taking company's properties home or outside without management's approval its called gross misconduct and that is subject to termination/dismissal and nothing less.

before bashing read a little true life story that happened to me...
Ten years back I was in js3 preparing for junior waec and I was preparing for the exam seriously.
I was attending one evening lesson where we paid 20naira per day..
on this fateful day as usual immediately my school closed I headed to the lesson venue only to be told "no lesson" that our teacher wasn't around...
then followed some guys back to my school to play ball I used my 20 naira meant for my lesson to by zobo drink for i and friends.. twas getting late i headed back home planned of lying to my mum and she won't know about all what happened at the lesson that day... little did I know my female friend who is my classmate in school and at lesson went home after she knew there was no lesson for that day... she usually pass the front of my house when going home and my mum saw her and asked her where I was and she explained everything to her
i was bouncing home and i met my mum grinding pepper not knowing the pepper was me... I greeted her and she asked where did i go to?
and I lied... she just stood up dragged me inside the house poured pepper in my eyes ,got me stark naked started flogging me...chai!!
she then pushed me outside the compound and i was stark naked i couldn't see a thing...mehn see how fine fine girls wey i dey toast for street they see my bolokos for outside..
our neighbours helped me that day sha...
now since that day I accounted for even a kobo accurately...before the incident I never stole and after the incident saw stealing as a death sentence for me

That is how we grew up and learned in Nigeria then and we are better for it.

In fact, it came to a point that, we mastered various methods of enduring those canes without showing any sign and emotions and after the ordeal, look at how your fellow guys and girls will be congratulating you to the disdain of the teacher, sometimes the teacher will even be feeling shameful if we did not show any emotions despite their best efforts.

How does this make sense? The punishment must fit the crime. Apart from a DUI or Reckless driving, it does not make any sense to jail people for traffic offences. ACCA does not qualify as certificate of qualification. it only applies to skilled trades and not skilled workers.
it simply refers to trades such as plumbing, electricial technicians and the likes.

for more scores on your profile cos of your age, i will suggest u max the score for language proficiency.

Hello All. This is my very first post on here. I did IELTS, first shot at it, and did not do too well, plus I am not that young anymore. I want to know if having the CPA can qualify me for the extra 50 points under the 'certificate of qualification from a Canadian Province or Territory (Skilled trade occupations)'. I have the ACCA, just wondering if it works to speedily obtain the CPA in order to get the number boost.

I will appreciate an urgent feedback.

No. He should state the teller job under personal history and not work history since he's not going to gain any points from it. He should also be careful and ensure that what he put down when he filed for his student app matches what he fills now.

Forget about the teller job, since it falls under noc C it doesn't qualify him. As for the IT job he has to have a minimum of 1 year full time or the equivalent in part time hours i.e 2 years part time. Since his nysc was in the IT job and I take it that he completed a full year there, so yes he qualifies. He can add his part time work there too so 1 yr full time plus 2 years part time will give you 2 years full time that he can claim points for, that is of course if his full time hours summed up to a minimum of 30 hrs per week and the part time a minimum of 15 hrs per week.

Post Graduate Certificate in Critical and Critical Care Nursing. NOTE; The course is only available in part time for international student. I believe Zandora was referring to the actual FSW visa application itself (i.e post ITA). She opines that WES would still go ahead and evaluate your degree anyway and then issue an ECA report to you. When you get your ITA, you may not be required to upload your transcript on EE, so CIC would not even get to see the age on your transcript. Therefore, they would reckon with the DOB on your passport.

You would have to upload your certificates, along with your ECA report, as a number of applicants who failed to upload their certificates were refused visa.
