Mrs Moyo Thomas, the lady at the centre of the infidelity and paternity allegation against Adam Nuru, the Managing Director of First City Monument Bank, who is now on leave, yesterday broke her silence, saying on no occasion did she tell her deceased husband, Tunde that he was not the father of her two children.

The scandal blew open when a group of people, who identified themselves as friends of the deceased alleged that Moyo informed her late husband that their two kids belonged to her boss, Nuru. They also claimed that the trauma led to the death of Tunde.

But In a statement titled, “Tunde is the Father of My Kids” and made available to te press through her childhood friend, Moyo explained that she had decided to remain silent in the face of the heavy accusation of infidelity and alleged paternity scandal in order to preserve the memories of her late husband, who died on December 16, 2020.

She revealed that people shared a special bond since birth and they soon realized that they were made for each other.

She said, “We had a connection since we were born; we then realized that we were meant for each other”.

She further revealed that it was not a joy ride as their love story got its disapproval from family and friends.

“Our Parents and friends disowned us, they said it was a sin and we got kicked out, we moved out and stuck together.”

Against all odds, the lady said they got married and now have a child together.

“He proposed and we got married but no one came to our wedding, we got married regardless.

“I got pregnant and we got a baby girl.”

Lady has asked not to be judged and said she hopes their love lasts forever.

How come nobody understands the principle of giving gifts and the honour that comes with it?
It is not about what you give, it is the thought that counts.
If the young man had brought something as simple as fruits and the woman complained, then she would've been wrong.

It has nothing to do with poverty. Only someone with poverty mentality would think expecting gift(s) from someone is out of place, and only someone with inferiority complex would think it is a thing of shame to except gift from a certain someone.

Giving gifts will make way for you in the presence of Kings and great men.

The bolded refers to your talents, (what value u have) and not material gifts like bread.

That been said, its good to give willingly, not people developing entitlement mentality and when you don't give it becomes an issue.
