Hello house, some few weeks back I met with a preggy who was denied entry into canada. Reason for denial was that she never declared her intent of having her baby in canada when she applied for her visa.

My question is this;
Is there any where on the canadian visa application form where applicants are asked if they are pregnant?

Secondly, a friend of mine is presently a few weeks pregnant and intends delivering d baby in Canada. Is she meant to accompany her application with a letter of intent declaring her motives from the onset of her application? Pls I need clarifications.

Not automatic, basically depends on the Vos discretion.
However if u study Full time for 18 months and over its very likely you would be given a 3 yrs PGWP.
Tuition is paid in CAD.

if you lease it out, it will be a source of steady income while you are settling in canada.

Hello guys, I intend to apply for my MFin at Sobey School of Business (Saint Mary's Uni, Halifax). I've done tons of research on them and chose the school mainly because they waive GMAT and have a good syllabus.
My concern is that I've heard/read lots of people advice that a co-op program is better (longer study period that may help in getting WP later) than regular full-time study. How true is that?
My program is for 12 months, is that too short to stand a chance for work permit after my study?
Is it possible for graduate students (intl) to get relevant work experience during their breaks? Or is it just flipping burgers at McDonald's?

well you will get a PGWP equivalent to the duration of your studies.
i will advise u do a masters of three semesters 18 months.then u can get up to a max of 3 yrs PGWP
getting relevant work experience during studies might be a little tough but possible , however i would advise u volunteer during these times.
that way you are building the relevant work experience needed for employment after graduation.

There is an NOC related to customer service representatives that is classified as skilled; it's a supervisory/manager role (not sure of the NOC). She may want to check out the job descriptions if they match her roles in the bank.

i guess that NOC Code will be for the Head of operations(thats the supervisory role in operations)
but for other staff in operations, its 6551.
and yes, it might match her job descriptions.

beating and putting scars on ur child's body only shows how much less of a human u are.
it reduces the childs self esteem and a lot more,
in terms of physical and psychological damage.
there are better means of correcting a child without sparing the rod.
and the child will still get the message.
its high time adults are being penalized for brutalizing kids all in the name of correcting them.

noc code 6551 for customer service representatives, funds transfer officers and teller.
na wa. its classified as semi skilled in Canada.

Hey Nairalanders, your advice and kind words might help me to get through with this challenge I'm having.
I graduated from the university early this year, immediately after my graduation my alma mata embarked on a 5months strike. As a result of this, I moved to lagos to enroll in a fashion and design academy, with the hope that immediately after the strike, we'll get our result and go for NYSC. The going was good until I received my result with a spill. I had just a course to rewrite, I thought the school will wave it since it was just one course so I decided to work it out but that didn't work. This resulted with me been left out when some of my mates are already in camp now. The feeling is devastating.
Now, I'm back home to rewrite the course. My father is really angry with, he said I've brought shame upon him and myself and he'll never forgive me. According to him, he has never failed in his life so why would I? He's making it look as if he sent me to school and I just played with his money. I feel like a failure and disappointment. I don't know what to do...feel like running away cos this man is terrible!!

my dear, to be sad is very normal likewise ur dad being angry.
true survivors have failed at one time or the other. they all went back to their draw boards and re-strategised.
while your dad feels your are a failure, focus all ur energy at rewriting the course and passing it.
don't run away from home.
your dad will calm down soonest. i wonder why so much importance is attached to NYSC.
a lot of graduates burst NYSC for MSc abroad nowadays(most especially if they are on scholarships)

yes, its compulsory to take a language proficiency test in English
and possibly french if you speak french.

u need someone on ground who can introduce you
to their family doc and in turn recommends a gynecologist to you and so on

you need to be in canada for consultation.

well some stores have delivery services at an extra cost.
