Try it sha ....see if it will tone you a bit. But it really helps with stretch marks.

I don't think there should be a particular number of times to take it since u need ur breast milk to flow....just take as much as u can.. then stop worrying as worry and stress can reduce the quantity of milk supply...

I don't have pap at home. But for stress, I can't deny I am not stressed! I am and don't know how to go about it

are you worried? Are you stressed? these are the biggest contributors to milk supply reduction

pap with plenty milk can also help you

I am stressed is putting it lightly! !!! It makes me sometimes too tired to eat.....
I was doing oat and milk as I don't have pap at home

It should be 5%o alcohol if I remember well. I personally don't encourage even a pint of alcohol throughout pregnancy because of its effect on the baby...

I buy the soap from a distributor's shop 1350. I have not seen the baby's body milk to buy as I prefer it to the baby lotion.

There are other options to consider: cervix size, if you have potentials of putting weight etc esp if they want to give you hormonals like implanon. Again, hormonals on its own won't make you fat; it only increases your appetite and if you can discipline yourself, you will be fine.

Telling you to use condom only is absolutely incorrect! Also remember not all doctors are skilled to do family planning. He's your ob'gyn or took your delivery does not mean he can do family planning. Go to a health centre or general hospital, they have special family planning clinics that will educate you and give you the best option.

It's has not been easy with me coping with the pregnancy and my son who is a handful. It really got bad in the third trimester. DD came on the 15th of October weighing 4.5kg with a VD. Pushing her out was nerve racking!!!! Looks like I damaged my waist in the process. I cant bend for 2minutes without serious pains seven weeks after now. I hope I recover from it tho.

I hope all our mamas had safe deliveries. I can't go back to read up the pages....
DD(Ifunaya) is 7weeks now and sends her greetings.
Taking care of 2 of them has not been easy.. But I hope someday I will look back and smile that I survived it!
