Ftms usually have smaller bumps. The stomach muscles are usually firmer so it doesnt show as quickly. There are many stories of people with cute mini bumps in first pregnanct that come back to report people asking them when they are due at 4 months into their 2nd journey!

As long as you are healthy and baby is healthy that it what matters.

All dix time, Doctor was outside with Fil signing consent form dat reads according to them dat cs is a 50/50 something. The nurse came to shave me na em I tear her slap! Where is d doctor o, where is d epidural o... She said na d cs dem dey prepare me for and I was like ontop dix pain? Give me epidural and start shaving o....

They now brought drip, gave me injection, I heard buscopam, for my mind I was like haaaa no be dix buscopam wey dat midwife give me wey no work...I started shouting again o, call d doctor, I want to see d doctor, save me o, save my Zion.. D doctor (a very nice handsome young gentleman ) now came and said oya lets head to d theatre. They said I shld raise my cloth and take injection, omoh I pull out d whole cloth, wore dat dia hospital green cloth dat looks like dat of d prisoners and used my legs to run inside d theatre o.

Oya na, lie down, I couldnt even climb bed again, I jex hooked for dia screaming my lungs away... Na tydi cuz dix tin o, na em cuz am oooo now my abigail has tight like rusted engine and my Zizi jex cnt come out.. D nurses where laughing but for me, it wasnt a play something. Doctor came in and I rushed and knelt down before him like Inwould kneel to my God in prayers, Doc save me o, dont let me die o... He calmly tld me, lie down on d bed so I can help u, dix tym I obey o, lie an obiedient crayfish and dat was how I zoomed off to laalaa land where I was seeing myself as dead o... Omoh to die is scary abeg if datz d feeling {I dont mean to scare anyone o} in my little trance, I was like so I don die be dat, where is my baby na, how are my inlaws taking it? I said I needed to see things myself and dat was how I started running back till I cld feel my body.

I was talking but it wasnt like I was d one doing d talking o, everywhere was jex triple sizing in my eyes. They now tld me I have delivered and blah blah blah... Dey wheeled me out of d theatre... (chai bs no easy o, my hand is paining me gosh! I gatz finish dix biko). They took me to my ward and all I wanted to see was my Zion!... Swt Mil brought him in for me and I looked at my cutie and I was ohhh dix boy is too cute worth my cs o...

Then I decided to feel my abdomen for cs pain but I wasnt feeling anytin, jex my hoohaa was hurting me... I asked swt Mil if I had cs and she sef think

My God is Jehovah overdo, Fil said he is Chukwubuikem cuz he has no power of his own.., I learnt GOOOOOOOO!!!!! after tmro, stay tuned on d line....

Okokobioko , BritneyStacy, sweetie, na you go carry queen of bump again ooo. It isn't easy true but God is faithful. He will heal your home and make everything to work in your favour ok. How is Ekene baby? It is well with you.

I know say my bump go be 'see and tear race'. Ekene is fine....just dude is a LOT OF WORK!!!! Running around him with this my bump is not funny...plus feeding him too..Thanks for asking

@Britneystacy, your big bump is making me scared I have still have a tiny bumb at 32 weeks dont even know which is best - big or small, I sometimes complain to hubby at how small my bump is I guess size of bump doesnt matter sha, safe delivery to us all is the koko.

It's not necessarily the bigger the better ooo....what matters is healthy baby weight...Enjoy your small bump abeg...I envy you!

Reporting for bumpy Tuesday...It's been a long while here. I wish i could come in more often but Ekene won't let me.
God knows am scared of this bump at exactly 20weeks . Looks like aam carrying multiples. God please you know I can't afford to care for 3babies now with a shaky marriage....I have not taken a scan yet cos of limited funds. Was trying to mark time till 22 or so weeks so I can check gender too....

In other news, I need a maid ooo but can't afford any paid one. It's not easy with me at all....I am really trying to take one day at a time. .

Please house help- I have not been able to get past the first stage. I have not gotten my verification link in my email box. I clicked that resend verification as many times as possible but it was not sent. I checked my spam folder too, no link. I tried registering with another email, same thing happened! What exactly do you want to use for the pap ? Maize , guinea corn or millet ?
I use guinea corn mixed with millet. After buying from market, I select stones and other chaff carefully from both. Wash very well. Spread in tray and sun dry for days depending on the intensity of the sun( you can dry upto a week) to ensure its properly sun dried. Take to a grinding mill and grind. It's ready for eating.

Guess who is 3months old today My baby Jed. God has been faithful to me. He sleeps so well at night but wakes up every 3hours to eat , after eating he gives me a satisfactory smiles and goes back to sleep. Exclusively breast fed and weighs 7.5kg. The first baby that took penta and didn't cry all day but frowned for 3hrs and started smiling when he felt better.

my love for cute and chubby babies!!!! Well done mummy!

Please my 1 mth old baby poo 5 to 6 times daily. Pls is dis normal? It started almost 2 weeks ago but i guess it is jedijedi.....Kindly help

Its very much normal. I use to feed mine 2 every hours between 6am and 9pm or 10pm that he goes to sleep. He pooped after every feeed! As long as the colour is normal and not watery, baby is fine.

Cappo the cappo....thanks for checking on us o ooo. I am still very loyal. I forgot my login password and I don't know how I mistakenly logged out . I tried resetting my password too but I had also forgotten my email's password. Since am using my phone alone, I don't usually log out of my pages that need passwords, I just close them. So when I had to give my my phone out for use , I had to log out all my pages....Now an back sha. I will pop in more often now.

So am 18 weeks gone. Am thankful. So far so good. Though it's not easy with my lil pie Ekene, but we are trying. I just started antenatal. Yet to do any scan. Waiting till 20+weeks when gender can be better seen . Unlike my 1st pregnancy, I had done up to 3scans by 20weeks (over excitement to see lil one often).
EDD is 7th from lmp. Bump looks 7months sha. Waiting for bumpy Monday Abi Tuesday make I go carry my queen of bump crown again.

Thank God it's Friday! Want some knowledge on this issue of pelvic floor exercises. I have a slight cough and noticed leaking of urine while coughing but read that the exercise helps but don't even know where the pelvic floor is. I've tried doing it but not sure what exactly I'm doing.

When you are urinating, don't let all the urine out at once. Let it flow for 3-4secs then hold it for a bit .count 1-20 or more if you like, then release the urine again for another few secs and then hold it again and repeat counting..if you do that for 3-4 times each time you are urinating, you will be able to know where your pelvis is...that part of your body you are trying to hold back your urine is your pelvis. When you do that repeatedly you are learning to strengthen it....once you can do it well to identify it, at other times of the day when you not urinating, try holding it up too while breathing in and out. Count and release it again. You can do it while sitting or standing. Do it as many times as possible. ...

There's really no hard and fast rule to it. Start with 2-3 spoons of the cereal and watch if he finishes it. To know when he's had enough, he will stop eating or try to lock his lips. Also give him snacks in between meals eg banana, apples, biscuits

I feed him every 3hours actually...I was just wondering if the quantity I give him at each meal is enough. Thanks for the response. ..

See this people. ...you ain't seen nothing yet . When I had my baby, the nurse that was assigned to do it initially had a MIGHTY HAND! Oh Lord....it was like rape ...I couldn't stand the pains of her big hand for long...another nurse with a smaller hand did it for me....it's was sooooo uncomfortable! Did the first week....no Labour...did the second week...no Labour! Chai! After each sweep, I usually walk like some one raped by 10 guys! Last last na induction commot my baby sha.
Not trying to scare you o ooo but that was my own experience. ..

Sebanmed lotion is 2800 while chicco should be 1800 or so....I have not bought chi cco recently tho. Yes Johnson USA is 3k ...

Apparently a baby's tummy is as big as their fists. So you can use that to guage the portions.

If he is finishing 3/4 of the plate at 7 months i think he is doing very well. You dont need to use a bigger plate.

Mamas whose's babies are more than 6months, how do you measure your LO solid food to know and be sure they are taking enough food at a time to support their growth? Do you feed a specific number of spoons or something? I have attached a picture of my baby's food plate....it's a Tommy tippee plate. I fill it 3/4 each time I feed him....is it ok or do I get a bigger plate. He is 7months 1week old.
