A nursing Mum should not worry much about weight gain. Your breast milk quality is a function of what you eat....feed well so babies will feed well too. When you stop breastfeeding, you worry about how to reduce. If you are as determined as you sound, you can do it...even if 4 or 5months ...

June is moving like a snail , have been counting the remaining days repeatedly.
I can't sleep, I can't walk, I can't sneeze(cos it feels as if my tummy will burst ) severe backache, chest pain, pelvic pain, only me oooo,. In all I say thank God. August is by the corner.

For exclusive BF for twins, it's very possible. It depends on some factors tho such as your nature of job, if you have enough assistance and for a considerable long time too and your own inner strength. ... My Aunty neighbour used a breast pump sha...so anybody could feed them.

That one na true. But some recommendations like this don't hurt. They are safe.

Are you sure this your recommendation is not going to give mamas an overdose of ferrous/iron? My hospital only prescribes one tablet daily. Everyone's doc is different. Let them clarify from their doc if its okay to take an additional dose of ferrous with their pregnacare before they go ahead to take it.
Most mamas i know dont take extra ferrous with pregnacare. Just hearing this for the first time

Lai lai. It won't! Have said it before on this thread, repeatedly too that the iron content in pregnacare is low kinda.I take a tablet of ferrous daily too in addition to the pregnacare.

I've not collected the lotion from the lady i sent to get it. Its about 2500 or 3k for the lotion. That's all.

I think the no tears bath foam is responsible for the price difference. Those 4things cost me 6500. I bought soap instead. Didn't know the have baby wash oò. Would have bought that cos am sure it would last longer than this soap. Please how much specifically did you buy the baby wash so I can include it in my next shopping?

A friend also opened a bale of grade 1 baby clothes last week and na me first select. Got almost 50 tops, trousers, sleepsuits and caps that he can either wear at home or wear out.
She said 5h for one but as per friend and buying in bulk, I didnt spend more than 15k at the end. Money must not waste

Thanks dear for answering but am so sure of my LMP but having like a month difference between LMP and Scan date.Just worried cos i wanna know when to apply for my leave dont wanna sit at home a month before i give birth.

IF YOU ARE SO SURE OF YOUR LMP , GO WITH IT. IT'S MOST RELIABLE THEN. The sonographer may have made mistakes. Scan date is highly reliable when done between 11-13weeks. Don't know when you did yours. You could do another scan else where ....at a more competent place. A month difference is too much.
