I agree with All your suggestions except this one ooooo....Please buy gifts for MIL/FIL when you can afford ooo and not because you want to buy their love and affection ooo. Buy just like you will buy for your parents ooo. You dont buy real love with gifts. That was how my cousin's fiancee was busy buying and making beads. ...costly ones for fiancee mother in law even before marriage and early months of marriage. The woman go form love for her like tomorow no dey. After marriage, she no too get money again to keep up with what she started, MIL attitude changed tooo....till today, we use it to laugh at her.

What was your prepregnacy weight? I used to weigh 62-65kg before pregnancy but current weight at 30 weeks is 82kg. I hear some mamas say they haven't added more than 5kg since beginning of pregnancy. ..you are tempted to ask what you are not doing right.

Back all the packable and prepare ooo..even at 36 weeks, they can come ooo. God will make it easy for you and us all. Me I don't even mind baby coming at 37weeks sef. .

tipsyjules,.it could be your mind playing games. the fact you know that you were circumcised, you programmed your mind you are not to enjoy sex. I erased that from my mind when I started my nysc after I googled and it helped me.

I still don't support female circumcision and will never do it for my Daughter.

My Dear, you are fortunate to be among those who don't experience clitoral orgasms so they don't necessarily need their clitoris to enjoy kpekpusing. It's June mamas . Bye bye to honeymoon phase of pregnancy!! Third trimester things ooo. We don the reach small small ooo. 8-10 weeks to gooooo.... Me I tap into 8 weeks to go ministry ooo because the way this my bump have big errrh....I just tire for am sef. I need this baby out early enough
We expect increased vaginal discharge in this trimester. But check to ensure it is odourless. Risk of infection is higher in this trimester than others so top up on personal hygiene. Some first trimester symptoms may also return for some people such as tiredness, frequent urinating, headches etc. Drink water more and more...but the toilet will be your friend ooo because of urine. Back pains and waist pains too will be our friend.

Am 30 weeks +4days today....Am happy. Waist pain and backache is my middle name now oo. I can now urinate for Africa too. Somedays, baby decides to rest on bladder abi pelvis making walking a really huge task I walk and pause ....
My bump is also getting too big for my liking. People already saying am carrying a twin. Am trying to cut down meals to just 2times a day(so help me God) . I have done about 65percent shopping. Trusting in God for resources to do the remaining 35percent or so. I would love to start washing babies clothes too so I can start ironing gradually (I hate ironing soooooo much) . Still not kpekpusing enough ooo (libido missing)...but I will really need to put effort to increase frequency to at least 2times a week for now while I see how I can increase it more later as the week progresses. I would love to have baby before EDD o ooo at least a week to EDD if not 2weeks to....

If your bp has been checked and it's not high and your urine has been checked too for sugar and protein and it's not there, then not to worry. Mine started swelling at 16weeks but around that 22 weeks or so, it stopped. Use pillows to raise legs when sleeping, use a sides stool or whatever is available to raise your feet when sitting for long. Increase your water intake too...very important. Are you on any calcium supplement?

I won't really go the castor oil way of inducing labour without medical supervision. ....things easily go wrong with it unlike other methods like exercise, dancing, nipple stimulation, kpekpusing. As for the yellowish urine, it's not only malaria that makes urine yellowish. If you are not drinking enough water, your urine will be yellowish. The vitamins in your prenatals can also make your urine have yellowish colour too. If you drink lots of water, it should clear up. If you are 39 weeks already, not sure you will still be given malaria drugs again sha....How come you never took preventive malaria all through the pregnancy?

Mitchyy is right, close your eyes and buy this one with the net. I bought it in 2013 when I had my first (it was 10k then and the net in mine was different) and I'm glad I did. Even though the shower head was kind of useless sha but the net made bathing a lot easier, I only had to lie her inside, my hands were free to pour water and scrub. My sister bought that type with many pieces for her 2nd baby, anytime I go there and I'm helping her give my niece a bath, I find it tedious having to use one hand to hold her the whole time I am bathing her, somehow my clothes always get wet. I kept the tub and the net, using them for this baby too.

Please what is the specific name of this one with net that you are recommending so I can ask for it when next I go to the market? I deposited money for one foreign bath like that costs 14k but I can't remember the seller telling me it has net .

What I Did Differently as a FTM that shocked the 4 Nurses on duty..

I took a little time to Understand my body, the contraction, contraction level and timing even in pain, I brought out my phone and started timing. 15secs pain, 10sec Relief.
Yes this was my first understanding. And I said to myself, you're not going to scream like almost every mama does cos screaming does NOTHING.

Yes after every painful contraction, I would sooth myself with the 10sec relief, and utilize the breathing technique (The Breathing technique would ONLY WORK if you understand your pain/relief timing... You can't BT when in pain! This was my Trick! Mama It Worked for me. I couldn't believe it.
I was immediately placed on 2
drips and asked to lie on my left side(ALL PREGNANT MAMAS PLEASE DON'T JOKE WITH THIS!! during my preggy days,

To all the waddling mamas, near due date mamas, Go and deliver like the Hebrew women (Use this technique.. Confession without WORK does nothing). I for talk say labour is not painful but uncomfortable, but the kain eyes wey some mamas go carry look me enh

With proper feeding and rest, your natural complexion will return after delivery. All the black pigmentation will disappear. I use local shea butter with coconut oil and occasionally rub Palmers Shea butter too before pregnancy and am sticking to it after. Rather than spend money on expensive creams, I 'd rather buy vitamin E Supplements or Perfectil supplements and take.

please wait till you born. Babies these days adds faster than one imagines. My 8week baby girl is no more using some of her clothes labeled 0-3months. Some,i hv not touched sef, to think dat my baby weighed 3.1kg at birth. The way she adds now amazes me. I give God d whole glory.

If am going to the market for clothes, will definitely buy big sizes oo...will buy only 3months -6months ooo. Won't buy any 0-3months again ooo

yes flannels are different, they are bigger than receivers, and they come in diff designs too, and some are a little bit thicker than others, some come with hood,there is this particular one that is very good for wrapping baby, it's very big, it's 2in1, it's written Zorbit flannel on it, receivers are a bit smaller compared to flannels, and again this manufactures can confuse u ennn, some they will write both flannel and receivers on the pack.
See the ones I got, the pack of 5 is receivers, while the pack of 3 is flannels with hood, it's bigger than the receivers.
