There is this particular pepper soup given to women that just put to birth to help flush blood left in their system or so after delivery. Special leaves and spices are used. I think its that type of pepper soup you are may have been told to stay away from. This regular pepper soup you can make at home either with chicken or goat meat with no special spices are good to go

) I'm surprisingly ready for delivery, I dnt knw where d energy is coming from, I'm nt scared one bit. I already have a workout plan of how everything will go, I will practically give birth myself, lol, because I already have those nurses in mind, I won't allow them to push me around.
Let me share some of my plans:
I'm going to be on my feet and start walking immediately I feel contraction or see mucus plug
No going to d hospital no matter how strong d contraction is except if my water breaks early, or if I'm 5mins apart, reason is I feel dat wen dey start inserting hand every hour it causes more pain.
No doctor is going to keep me on d bed, wen it's time to push I pray baba God give me d strength to be on my feet, gravity can help.

Mama zaynie I go register ooo, just cool ur mind.

It depends on how healthy you are eating so that the food you are eating can augment what the drug contains! For example, a pregnant woman needs about 1000mg of calcium daily, 600micrograms(6mg) of folic acid daily .Compare that with what is in your pregnacare plus the fact that some of the vitamins put in the drugs get lost by storage too.... Also, if your blood count is low too, pregnacare cannot not do much to help raise it cos it's iron content is not that high. These are vitamins that green vegetables easily supplies you. So the importance of healthy meals cannot be ruled out.
So if your eating right, you are good to go with the pregnacare max!

Na all these they lead to post partum depression,aswear. The pain is not here at all,i cant stand without holding something or leaning to the wall.

Kpele, ndo o ooo. Ironically, women are being told about Labour pains alone, theyare not told that they may likely have other forms of pains after delivery....if you had a cut and some stitching, you will have some pains. Continue with your sit baths...

Have a frank talk with him....ask him specifically what he enjoys being done on him during love making so you that you will be doing just that. Ask him which styles he prefers and enjoy most so you give him. But also make him do what you enjoy too so that it will be fun for you both and it won't be like you are servicing him as a matter of duty.

Good day mothers in the house. I am 9weeks and 2days pregnant with my first child. 

Since 4 weeks into the pregnancy, I've had severe morning sickness and no matter how much I complained to the doctor (though I've only been seen twice by the doctors), no medication seems to work for me. I also realized that the prenatal vitamins that was prescribed makes me very sick and makes me throw up a lot no matter what time of the day I take it. 

Any suggestions please?

What prenatal vitamins were you given ? Sorry that you have not been able to find what you can tolerate. Have you tried going back to the hospital to complain?
Maybe you may just need to hang on till the 12weeks mark. ..hopefully You will do better

Let me share good news.......... went for scan @30 weeks, placenta no longer low lying but posterior n baby no longer breeched but well positioned for delivery all to the Glory of God.

We are happy for the news. I pray for one like this too...last scan at 27weeks, baby was breeeched too...hoping he turns before next scan at 35weeks or so. We share same EDD ooo 11th August. ..all my scans so far are the same date.

The last time I went to see the doctor, I was 7 weeks pregnant. He prescribed the vitamin B for me but just like the other drugs, it made me vomit too.

My next appointment which will be when I register for antenatal is when I'm 12 weeks gone and that's in 3 weeks time.
I'm so hungry, but I can't keep food down. 

I think I'll take your advice and go back to the doctor and request for drip.

Please go back to the Doctor .As a pregnant women, when you are given a next visit appointment, it's NOT A LAW THAT YOU MUST WAIT TILL THAT DAY BEFORE YOU CAN GO BACK TO THE HOSPITAL even when there is an issue disturbing you ...if a problem persists or a new development, you need to revisit the hospital. Go to be checked that you are not dehydrated from all the vomiting.

Now for some women, as long as he is not flaunting it before them ,they decide not to worry their heads and console themselves with the belief that all men cheat .Others find it difficult to love wholeheartedly and trust again after finding out about the betrayal. I dont know which group you belong to....but whatever the case, watch out for your health and sanity! That includes insisting on the tests issues before resuming intimacy. ..

Forgive him if you can....I don't usually try to force people by saying 'you must forgive him' because this hurt can be phenomenal. ..even the bible knows this no wonder adultery is the only grounds for ending a marriage. But forgiveness is worth a trial....as long as he puts effort to right the wrong. ..like You say he is doing already!

Please don't add the girl or lady in question. Infact, block her so she can't even see your posts or follow you!!! You dont have any business with her...its your husband you have with...what do you want to talk to her about? ?? As you saw in the chat, she didnt know your husband is married....so forget her. Forgive your husband if you can and watch him try to gain back your trust !!!

Banks give 3 months with pay my dear mama. But I already took mat leave last year. I'm not getting another one this year. My colleagues adviced me not to take maternity without pay because I may not be able to come back with the rate at which banks are retrenching.

This is why I was so worried earlier. I was thinking so hard. But I will just discuss more with hubby to find the best way out. My hubby doesn't want to hear resign... my mum can only stay a month or less, same with MIL. Both of the dads are still alive and will need their wives too
They both did it the last time, ran to meet their husband.

Wait a minute.Take a deep breath and relax. You will be fine. ....The details you gave are a bit sketchy tho. Are you working in the bank? Banks do give at least 2months maternity leave with pay. Correct my naivety. ..but apart from banking sector, any other industry in the private sector that doesn t give at least 2-3months mat. Leave ? Like already said by other mama's, can you negotiate for additional months without pay ? Can Mum or MIL come around? Can you get a nanny ? What's your husband's opinion on the issue?
Sincerely speaking, resigning should be a last resort decision when all other options have failed.
