I'm 30weeks+2days today and it's not been easy, I've lost appetite, I can stay a whole day without food. uterine tightening has become very uncomfortable, these are d only packages I'm experiencing.

I got checked and I was 7cm..oh boy! I jumped down from the bed and I scattered eveywhere as the pains came.i ddnt want to shout. I just had to express the pains somhow.after 10mins,i had the urge to push..the nurses begged me not to push yet.i said story. I jumped down from the bed, git on all fours and started pushing.not came out o!i just hissed and git on the bed again.. after another ten minutes, the urge became unbearable and as I wanted to jump down, two nurses held me totebd,two nurses held my legs and I was checked. The head was already crowing. The urge was so uncontrolled that I started pushing.my angel came out by 12.35am screaming.
What I did differently..
I opened up my mind and I had a strong resolve and birth plan..
I didn't joke with my walking after reading about the benefits
I was never idle..always doing things that would push the head down through the pelvis..they can be uncomfortable but the end result was always on mymind..


Lastly, the miracles of black seed oil,,once you are sure you are in labour.. real labour not false because if you use it in false labour, it will just help relax your contractions..
When in active labour, take 2 teaspoons of black seed oil, mix I half glass of warm water and honey.
Please always drop your birth stories. You just might not know who it will help..

You can just buy 2 of the #1500 foldable baby bed with net to use in d sitting room or else where. I have a baby cot too but since i couldnt be moving it upandan, i bot d bed with net for my baby then. She used it till like 5mths. Took it along also to camp, shop and oda places for use in case she needed to sleep

Sooo I tried to check baby sex today but no show
Maybe in two wks when I do anomaly scan, I will see it.

I was also given 2nd dose of TT today, exactly a month after the first. Mamas, pls is this normal..I feel its too soon.
I was given antimalarial maldox to take and I'm 18wks+, is this safe as well?

Did I hear 2500 naira is d lowest for scan in ur location? U mamas are trying o. Scan is 500 in my hospital ( though I dont pay coz of my hmo) i did my anomally scan outside and i paid #800 .

I am 21 weeks gone, and I use this app to keep track (LO, and my body) on a weekly basis. Now according to the app, i suppose don do anomaly scan by 20 weeks (to check if everything dey alright).

At my antenatal on monday, I ask the Dr. when I suppose do the scan, and e talk say him no sabi wetin I dey talk o. That the previous scans wey i don do, suppose dey enough to find out if something dey wrong with LO.
Sabi mamas, abeg advice me.
