Christianity Etc › Jesus Is Coming Soon! by Btruth(op): 4:45pm On Apr 08, 2013
A pastor was traveling last
week, he saw an old man, and
gave him a lift. While they
were going, the old man said;
my son, do you know what
happened in Heaven last night? The pastor was so terrified and
hurriedly parked and asked;
Sir, are you sleeping? How did
you get the information about
Heaven?
The Old man said; last night in Heaven God became very
angry with man and asked the
Angels to blow the trumpet.
The angels picked up the
trumpets and as they were
about to blow it WHEN, Jesus felldown and began to plead
in tears. The blood that came
out of His hands and body
were very fresh. He told God
that His death shouldn't be in
vain. God couldn't stand the pains of
the saint and the wickedness
of the evil ones. So He said; "I
AM GIVING THEM THEIR LAST
CHANCE." Jesus then turned to the angels
and told them to move down
in their numerous numbers to
tell the world that:
"THE END IS NEAR, JESUS IS
COMING VERY SOON". The pastor (sweating and
crying) asked; sir, how did you
know this?
The OLD MAN replied; I am one
of the Angels sent
to the World. Please use every medium of
communication to send this
message.
No time to waste, Please! And
the old man disappeared. Brethren, this story is real,
Christ is coming Soon.
PLEASE SAVE A SOUL TODAY.
I Have done my part, it's now
your turn to spread the Gospel.
No wealth can be compared to life everlasting in Heaven.
If you are Ready to share this
Message, LIKE and write:"AMEN"
May God bless you all. AND DO
NOT FORGET TO SHARE THIS

To be honest, I am of the opinion of "Charity begins at home". I think all still depends on how you want to raise your kids, either there or here.

Politics › Re: Should I Return To Nigeria? by Btruth: 10:35am On Apr 05, 2013
No matter what, home is home. Been there, done that.....but at last, my heart has returned to where it belong. Home sweet home.

just follow your heart. But for me then, I don't need anyone to tell me that my spirit has returned back to Niger, and body was just moving around the street of London. I was so happy the day I finally got to Nigeria; to my fatherland. Though, so many challenges since I came back, but I still love it here where I am respected as a first class citizen compare to where someone will sees mw as an alien in respect of all their so call "papers" and having kids who are now British there.

Nigeria will eventually get there someday though, but we need to believe in ourselves and keep on working diligently in order to reach the height of our potentials.
God bless Nigeria.
Foreign Affairs › Re: This God Forsaken Country Called BRITAIN. by Btruth: 8:37am On Apr 04, 2013
No place like home. Living in Britain is a life of agony. Too much bills to pay, you are trying to get some sorted, another ones are coming in. Those bills did not make living in Britain interesting at all. Even the British are complaining too. Many of them are deserting their country this day and running away to South Africa, Canada, USA, New Zealand. Their greed of making money in the name of taxation have made things to go from bad to worse for them. Anyway. I'm truly enjoying life here now. We only need our government to steps up in security, infrastructure maintainace and a complete overhaul of the power sector too. God bless Nigeria

Very creepy & very useless. He's not a rolel model to follow. I bet before the year run out, we will be counting 45 kids for him. Anyway, I believed he should have more than that by now though......

Reckless life indeed. No lesson to show for all his kids anyway.

Alfamann: Seun, I particularly take it as an insult that you would include me, as a nairaland member, in your christian wishes. There are many non-christians here who would find such greetings as offensive and I am concerned that your site has become a bastion of pick and choose religion in which only christianity and the voice of christians and the customs of christians are favoured to the detriment of other divergent opinions.

He is no longer a hero as far as I can tell...the H has been replaced with Z....BTW, what makes him a hero? AFCON, he nor win, World Cup, he nor even near am, even monkey post, the guy nor win, so forget that hero thing abeg....we saw him as such but he has shown he doesnt deserve that title, home and abroad...He was my Nigerian sport idol but now, bros, he don dey become my Nigerian sport i.dio.t! Why can't we all leave the poor guy alone? How come this nation never appreciate and encourage anything good? Whatever Peter is going through now, only God knows. No one is perfect, I want you guys to remember that; and at least, you lots you should remember his old good days. We shouldn't always be in a position fo criticism all the time, but rather, that of encouragement.

Peter, whatever you going through now bro, remember that the Lord is right there with you. Forget about the haters, they've gone nothing good to offer you.

Shalom
