Good evening fellow NL members,
My story may be long but pls endeavor to read to the end so that you can make proper suggestions or advice.

I have been married for more than 10yrs now with beautiful kids, my marriage is one that many Young guy will wish to have, but along the the line I don't know what happened things begin to nose dive. In the last 6yrs I discovered that I struggle to make love to my wife, she will either tell you ohh, she is tire or she don't like sex much..this I have endured for all this years with no cheating.
Her qualities are
She can cook
She can keep the house clean
She can manage resources
And she is accommodating to my people
In all this years I have never cheated on her, proudly saying it coz my dad warned me of cheating on my wife rather I should divorce her and go for another wife.

My qualities are
I work and earn like about 700k net a month.
I give feeding allowance and personal total of 100k a month while I invest the rest on a project which she is aware of.
I don't drink or smoke
I don't keep late night
and I am the best friend to her and my kids.
Honestly having talk to her for over 5yrs on this issues of love making and she refused to change, then I have decided to yield to my dad advice and ask her to leave...she is not aware of this plan, but trust me it will hit her.
I allow her to do little job to have her own finance is not as if she contribute anything in the house, but she is claiming stubborn, I love her so much, it will hurt me to cheat on her, something I have not done since I got married to her.
I plan moving to a new place in February, and she doesn't fit into my plans.

My decision between now and December is
1 Avoid asking her for lobe making
2 Continue taking care of her so she won't suspect anything
3 when she comes close I avoid her.
4 February I issues divorce papers and give her like 1m to go get her life back

Is there anything more I can do for her?

Going for divorce and being "free"?. It may result to a huge regret in life. I'm sincerely telling you so. I advise you continue to pray about your marriage. Keep on trying with her. Seek for sincere religious and professional guidance and counselling with your wife together. Indeed there is no difficulty without ease.

Hello everyone.

In the past, PTDF have even released Merit list in September and almost all scholars travelled that same September because PTDF paid for priority and superpriority visa. This happened in September 2017 so you dont need to panic.

They are attending to stakeholder lists now (NYSC award winners, NNPC and DPR workers and special lists from government officials i.e senators, commissioners, house of rep, governor e.t.c).

The main reason PTDF has not been scrapped is because of the stakeholder lists and not because of the poor and nobody like us who are or will be on the Merit list.

Just calm down and stay focus. Look for plan B. I once stated the opportunities and some people have travelled to USA after winning full scholarship. Even 2.2 graduates are winning Canada and USA scholarship. You have no excuse. Put it the work.

Overall, it is going to be fine in the end. The prayer focus should be making the list. They dont want Merit and Stakeholder lists winners to meet. Most Stakeholders lists winners are government officials children so you wont hurt them.

From my own understanding , I associated the delay with ASUU lingering strike and the ongoing National protest organized by NLC. This is because if the list is released at this hours, there might be a media frenzy that the public universities have been shutdown and the Government is using government funds to Sponsor its officials family through the PTDF Programs.... Just thinking alone.

I think I want to agree with you. I just pray and hope we won't have to wait for too long. Everything is intertwined now.

Last year, we had 'reliable sources' who took it up to talk to the PTDF chairman directly shortly after his appointment was renewed before the list finally came out.

Probably many of them got the scholarship last year and aren't here now.

Just saying, if there is anyone with access or opportunity to talk to the executives at the PTDF office, kindly do. Talking to them also does a lot in making them release the lists quick when they see candidates' eagerness.

You don't need to tell me to take my mind of it, I already know all of that. I'm just being realistic that they may need to be pushed to do what has to be done on time.

Well I hope the list would come out early this year. Students can't be resuming schools in September and you shortlist in August. It speaks volume about PTDF's preparedness. It is not supposed to be this way. There has to be change for better.

The question we should be asking now should be which week would PTDF release the list.

For those concerned about the online interviews, I would advise you pick your items and go to the nearest center and have yours. A man in front of me was advised to call his son to physically come for the interview after the man showed them his son's application and complained that the son couldn't attend the online process.

6th of January 2020 is the day I won’t forget. I work as a personal assistant/secretary to my boss who happens to be a former politician.

My boss came to work with her housemaid for her to help in sweeping, cleaning and tidying up the office being the resumption day. She instructed us on how to go about it before she stepped out from the office promising to come back in the afternoon.

We started the work immediately until afternoon time when I decided to rest and eat. While eating I beckoned the grown up housemaid to come and eat or at least rest before she continues the cleaning but she declined. My worst mistake and nightmare was attempting to put my hand on her shoulder in my stupid bid to convince her. Immediately my hand touched her shoulder she started shouting continuously that I want to rape her, that she will deal with me; in fact that I will get sacked. At first I told her my intention, but she wouldn’t hear me, I then resorted to pleading, I even knelt down begging her that it wasn’t my intention to rape or grab her. She couldn’t stand my talks and pleading, she called the boss immediately telling her that I want to rape her. We narrated everything to the boss, (a lawyer), when she returned. After hearing from us she said she has stayed with her maid for couple of years, thus she trust her, and it may be true that I wanted to rape her or lure her for sex. She couldn’t see my explanation, pleadings and even crying. She said she has two options; either to call police for me or to sack me. That’s how she later sacked me that day.

I have been devastated and depressed since that day, not because of the sack but the allegation and accusation that was not even on my mind. The worst is that as an introvert I have no one to talk to, I am damn down.

Notes: 1. I have no intention of raping, grabbing or having sex with her
2. I will not be so stupid to rape or have sex with the housemaid in the office knowing that the boss will come at any time
3. I have not raped anyone or plan to do so in the future because I know is morally and legally wrong.

it is wrong to unnecessarily touch a lady without her consent. What you did is tantamount to sexual harassment. You can't force her to eat nor rest. Your story is unbelievable.

Be patient. You have to be smart. You may employ "divide and rule". You have to old meetings on more frequent occasions and hear what they have to say. Give them some sense of responsibilities. Overlook some things as though you never saw them. After all these, relieve the very troubling ones gradually of their jobs. He who wants to catch a monkey has to do like a monkey.

However, she does not have skills assessment yet. Should I leave it blank altogether or answer that she has a nominated occupation but with no skills assessment from their Australian medical council? It's confusing please.

The one week he is normal may be the week the other girl is observing her menses. The other three weeks he starts his mood with you may be the days the other girl is able to satisfy him. Should i still submit the application or i should wait till i get my English language results and add to detail. because under the English language section i picked NO, meaning i don't av any English test result with the last 36months
