All I know is that we will never know the value of something until its gone.....we maybe criticizing GEJ today somebody may come tomorrow that we will continue to remember GEJ,I just feel that GEJ needs more time,he just spend a year,let's give him the benefit of the doubt...

It will not stand the test of time oh....parties that are regional based with selfish people at the top,we may think that they are trying to fight corruption and can give governance,the PDP that we are complaining abt maybe a saint compared to these parties ....

Yes...".........I believe so much in Nigeria,it's the only country I can call home,no country is better than my beloved country,it is the freest country on the globe..despite Nigeria's problem..it is better than most countries...I love Nigeria with passion.

They will surely fail,because we going to be an indivisible country forever.....shame on our enemies....

Four-Star Africom General Misspent Gov’t Funds – Def Dept Says
 
Aug. 21 (GIN) - A four-star Army general who headed the first U.S. Africa Command is facing possible demotion for spending lavishly on himself and his wife for travel, hotels, and other items, according to a scathing Defense Dept report.
 
Gen. William “Kip” Ward and his wife allegedly misused government resources for personal purposes, the report states, taking trips on military aircraft and using staff members to run personal errands.
 
The 99-page investigative report released by the Department of Defense Inspector General’s Office on Aug. 17, under a Freedom of Information Act request, concludes Ward, “engaged in multiple forms of misconduct related to official and unofficial travel.”
 
“He misused his position and his subordinates’ time, Government funds, and rental vehicles,” the report states. “He failed to use a [government travel charge card] as required and received reimbursement for travel expenses that exceeded the per diem rates without actual expense allowance approvals. Finally, he improperly accepted gifts from a prohibited source.”
 
Ward, 62, was appointed by President George Bush in 2008. He is the only active-duty, four-star African-American general, and he is only the fifth African American to achieve this rank.
 
Since leaving Africa Command, he has worked in an Army staff job out of the limelight, serving as a two-star general. Under Army guidelines, a four-star who is not serving at that rank for 60 days is automatically demoted until the case is resolved. Ward has denied all charges, calling them "character assassination."
 
Africom has drawn criticism on the continent for building local armies and militia at the expense of clinics and schools. Only Liberia has agreed to allow Africom to create a headquarters in that country.

Please can somebody tell me what is wrong with us Nigerians,when are going to stop looking down on ourselves?why do we always look at the negative sides of life?you want to tell me that we don't do or say anything good?haba my fellow country,just because South Sudan want our police to train their own,it has become a topic,our police has a tract record of doing at UN duties,why can't we give them the benefit of the doubt.I still believe that our still has something to offer,that is why a new country needs help.The earlier we stop looking down on ourselves the better for us....

What to you expect a jobless man like El Rufai to be doing?he doesn't have anything important to be doing with his life,that is why he has resolves that fighting a political party that made him popular is his lifetime duty.Hmmmmmm,I pity him,he just idle and irrelevant...I pray he will realize that that he also contributed to Nigeria's backwardness.Sorry I dole El Rufai....

The aftermath of the 2011 general elections which gave birth to violence in some parts of the country especially the north,lives and properties were lost cheaply for no just cost.The rising insecurity is taking a new dimension everyday,with the faceless Boko Haram claiming responsibility for every violent attack made with no clue to what there agenda or intentions are.But recent events have shown that there is an indication that some selfish people are feeding fat on the insecurity situation of the country,this is obvious in the way and manner some politicians have been making comments on the insecurity of the Nation.The good book says,the heart of man is desperately wicked,who can comprehend.While we pray for FG to work hard to address the issue, and all of us to stand against those who want to destroy Nigeria,nemesis will catch up with those who are sponsoring this evil..Nigeria is for all of us,we must not allow dangerous people to pull it down.

The truth of the matter is that,PDP as a political party with all it's imperfections still has a National outlook than ACN and CPC which are purely regionally based,APGA is an Igbo party.Gen Buhari is chain looser,he has nothing to offer only anger and division....as far as I am concern the PDP is a necessary evil that is better than others.....

Okupe is doing a great job,by making the polity very interesting,noise makers like Elrufai,Dino Melaye and political Pastor Tunde Bakare are shivering,I believe GEJ get some much confidence on his man,these few days that he has spend in office his impact is felt heavily......theses politicians no go kill us oh....that's the beauty of democracy....

I totally agree that the GEJ needs help,but the question is that,is that the best help that he can get from people like Bakare?the best help from Bakare would have been prayers for more wisdom to tackle the present challenges,but using the pulpit every sunday to abuse the personality of the President is uncalled for.It is just a sign of cowardice and bitterness typical of someone who is not in tune with his creator,what kind of Pastor is this for Godsake?

Our problem in naija is that we talk and forget abt abt the consequencies,there should nothing like North and South Nigeria should be our priority.

In a rare show of honesty, former minister of the FCT, Malam Nasir Erufai, now a chieftain of the Congress for Progressive Change, has admitted revoking plots from others and allocating same to his family. Elrufai made this admission in a tweet (see below). This tweet may be admissible in court in the case between Elrufai and the EFCC.

It will be recalled that Elrufai is under trial for corruption related offended after he has been indicted for abuse of office by revoking lands in choice areas from certain individuals and institutions and reallocating some to his wife ad children including an undefeated child. Naijapundit.

Hahahaha,very funny so Bakare has become this influential that he can install a President,na wah oh.Bakare is just a desperate man looking for relevance,if he were not a politician I would have been a member of his church,but now that he has become a disgruntled Pastor and failed politician who specialises in abuse,I will start praying for him to come to the fold....
