Wow. Maybe just send it via post. And in the meantime, bombard them with calls.
Maybe they've decided to end the acceptability of hellofax. WES is kuku always looking for new ways to frustrate applicants

Thanks, I am already making preparation to send via post, will also be persistently calling them to know exactly what is wrong.
When my school informed me that my Certificate is nowhere to be found, I insisted they send my transcript with my statement of Result but my request was denied as an insider informed me that the statement of Result and transcript is very much same document but different document name.

I'm suspecting that WES might be thinking that since the transcript and statement of Result are exactly the same then some thing must be wrong somewhere?

I don't think the problem is the medium or if you sent to the wrong address. The fact WES received and confirmed and later said they are yet to receive it shows that you have quoted your ref number and faxed to WES Canada. The issue should be the document itself. As I previously suggested, fax black/white copy if you haven't done so before.

Thanks, I already sent black/white, then colored all to no avail.
I should have at least gotten a 'Not accepted' email rather than 'not received' at least I would know the reason for not accepting.

Be sure you're faxing to WES Canada and not WES USA.

I'm very positive it's WES CANADA, used same for hubby and it was successful.
WES acknowledged receipt of sent documents only for me to get a documents not received message after 35 days of my timeline stating 'we received your documents and reviewing your documents'

On mailing WES a couple of times, I got a response that my documents were received and under review.

I used Hellofax to fax my statement of result and WES had no issue. The question is "did you remember to attach your WES reference number to the document you faxed?"

Documents had my WES REF NUMBER and name in capital letters, each page had my ref number and name in capital letters. Faxed hubby's certificate myself and had no issue.

After about 24hours, My timeline changed from 'On hold' to 'We received your documents........' Even when I got an email that all other documents have been accepted except my statement of Result and put 'On hold' again, WES confirmed receipt of my documents and changed to 'We received your documents..........'

I know I'm repeating myself but it's getting really frustrating.
Thanks

I am just thinking, did you fax black/white or colored? I "think" they want a photocopy, and it should look black/white. I had this experience when I evaluated with WES USA for my master's. I told my friend in US to print the scanned copy and send to them. He printed colored and after few days of receiving the document, I was told they are yet to receive it. Just like in you case. Later my friend printed out black/white and send to them. This was accepted without additional request.

If you faxed colored, then try black/white, otherwise, maybe it is some other issue.

I faxed the documents black and white in the initial stage (did the same for hubby), using hellofax, then did Black/White and colored using hellofax and Got free fax and got confirmation that fax was delivered

Sent them mails and got replies that they received my documents and it's under review, I don't understand what's happening

So, WES decided to burst my bubble and fall my hand, faxing my ND and HND Statement of Result to WES was the first thing I did after payment. My status was updated 'we received your documents bla bla bla', numerous emails and two months of inactivity later, I got an update that WES has ACCEPTED my documents save for my statement of Result which has not been RECEIVED. so status was put on hold oh.

Okay, no problem, sent another fax immediately and after about 24hours, my timeline was updated as 'we received your documents bla bla bla' again. Fast forward to 35 days of back and forth emails I got another update that all documents has been accepted except my ND and HND Statement of Result which has not been received.
I don't understand again ohh, please someone should help me out.
I personally faxed Hubby's certificate to WES myself and we are waiting for verification from his school, I don't understand what is going wrong. This matter Don tire me ohh.

Over-credible is doing him sef. He did the WAEC processing for me and my husband. WES has confirmed receipt of everything WAEC, go ahead and employ his services. No shaking last time I checked.

Good Evening house, please oh, I don't know what is happening with WES again ohh and I don't want to start accusing village people yet. I have registered for WES since 18th of February, faxed credentials to them, gotten confirmation that my WAEC package has gotten to WES and school has also confirmed that my transcript had been sent to WES, unfortunately all I have been seeing is 'we received your documents, we are reviewing your documents' updated about 6 times now.
Meanwhile, I registered for husband's WES on 23rd of March, only for them to send a mail to him few days ago that they only got
his Credentials which I faxed to them. Now today they have updated his status that documents for verification has been sent to his school (LAUTECH ohh).
I have sent a mail to WES requesting to know what is delaying them, but got a generic response.
Is there any other magic I can perform to know the reason for delay.

I got the contact of @adeboye11. He advertised on this thread about processing WAEC for WES with a fee of #28,000.
Sent him a picture of my passport and WAEC certificate and he went to do it that same very day on 19th March, I got my tracking ID from WAEC on 30th March saying my package will get to WES on 3rd April.

If you won't be able to do it yourself, you can contact him on 08101047979,

OND is post-secondary.

If the job is NOC 0,A or B; you have evidence of payments and can get a reference letter. Why not?

You will put the year you graduated from the ND as the year you became qualified to practice. It may also make sense to evaluate the OND.

Many thanks, appreciate it.
For evidence of payments, is it enough if it's stated in the letter that I was paid cash because to get payslips will be quiet hard.

Presently evaluating OND and HND with WES.

That's right. As long as both jobs are classified under an acceptable NOC level for EE (i.e A, 0 and B). If the primary NOC is Administrative Assistant, then put this in the Work History section and provide a reference letter for this position. The Secondary School Teacher position should be placed in the Personal History section as you won't be required to submit reference letters for jobs placed in the Work History section. I hope this helps.

Hi, Using the above illustration, if I'm claiming points for both Administrative Assistance and Secondary School teacher, are you saying I only need reference letter for the Administrative Assistance position and not necessarily the Secondary School position even if I'm claiming points for it??

You can add up any number of jobs in NOC 0,A, or B to make up 3ys as long as one of them is a minimum 1yr.

If I understand the major issue, it is whether you can claim the "management trainee" job for points.

1. FSW does not exempt "trainee" jobs from minimum requirements. Only Volunteer work or unpaid internships does not count (see here).

2. Some "0" NOCs (0122, 0621) have "trainee" as part of possible job titles even though part of "0" employment requirements is "several years of experience". 1 NOC B (1312) also has.

3. Having said all that, I believe the key is your JD. Does your "management trainee" JD match with any NOC 0, A or B?

Hi, can one claim points for the one year Industrial Attachment after National Diploma if it was paid??

Good day wonderful people,

Help is urgently needed
1. Husband's WAEC certificate bears Olusanmi Olutobi but the rest of his credentials bears Oluwasanmi Oluwatobi, how can we go about his ECA with WES to avoid issues. Will one and same person affidavit be enough or do we need something else.

2. I want to send I and spouse certificates to WES packaged individually in smaller envelopes with our respective WES reference numbers on each then the two envelopes will be put in a bigger envelope, please apart from WES address, how will i address the big envelope in order to show this.
Thanks

Good afternoon house,

I want to proceed with my result evaluation using WES, ND and HND certificate in other to claim two or more certificates.
My questions goes thus;

1. Do I use my marital surname (surname on my international passport) to register or my maiden surname (surname on all my certificate).

2. Apart from WES, which other evaluating body can give me a two or more certificates evaluation, I don't mind having to pay for ND and HND evaluation separately as long as the end result is favorable.

3. E joor, who can assist me with getting MAPOLY transcript

Thanks

IMO, why don't you use your one year baking job because 2 years of foreign work experience does not add to your CRS score but only adds to your eligibility score (I am not so sure, please let the elders clarify and also check your score), this would keep things simple.
then you state the customer service job and part time baking in personal history.

If I get you correctly, I should stick to my one year baking job to claim the points for my score, then I state the rest in personal history?

I think it can fly.

However, 1 and 2yrs provide the same no of points for foreign work experience. What did you do for NYSC, maybe you can add it to make it 3yrs.

Thanks a lot for your help, NYSC cannot fly that is why I'm exploring other options.
I will just try and package my self-employed baker and stick to that.
Travel / Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program- Connect Here Part 6 by Bubblefairy(f): 9:53pm On Feb 11, 2019
joo2018:
It can fly.

You will need to fill the customer service job in your post-ITA application to avoid misrepresentation.

Therefore, the challenge will be in reconciling the number of hours you worked in your "day" job and the number of hours you worked in the "side" job.

When using a part-time job as your primary NOC, you are allowed to claim +/- 15hrs per week.

If you use exactly 15hrs per week, it will take double the time of normal full time work of 30 hrs per week to reach 1560 hrs/1yrs i.e. 2yrs instead of 1yr and 6yrs to get the maximum equivalent points for 3yrs. Check here for more.

All these must be backed with dated evidence.

Thanks for the response,
I did the baking job for about a year before I got my present job which I have been working for about 2 years now.
can I claim:
30hours per week of 1 year (full time)
15 hours per week of two years ( part time)
Making it two years altogether?
