SportsRe: TB Joshua Prayed For Ghana To Win The U-20? by Buben(m): 5:43pm On Oct 22, 2009
Chux6203:
Well methinks that a Prophet is not without honour only in his country. Why should the prophet pray for the Nigerian flying Eagles who did not not recognise his relevance nor solicit his support. The Bible says that wisdom is the principal thing. Nigerians are not wise and that is why the nation is failing in all fronts
President Atta Mills of Ghana is a member of The Sinagogue Church and we can see the transformation in Ghana. Let Nigerians continue to be "wise" in their own eyes while the country drifts towards disintegration.
Anyone still doubting the role of Prophet T B Joshua in Ghana's Starlets victory at the under 20 WC should just watch the repeat broadcast of last sunday's service on Emmanuel TV.
In answer to Ambassador J Fashanu's question on The Super Eagles qualification for the 2010 world cup, The prophet said that Kenya is not the problem of super Eagles but the outcome of the match between Mozambique/Tunisia. He said the Eagles ll beat Kenya but that Nigerians should pray for Tunisia not to be in their elements. So those of you fellas in Lagos who detest the Man of God, You may use the outcomes of the matches to test his prophetic calling vis a vis those of your big grammar speaking Pastors if they ll dare venture into this area that ll definitely expose their emptiness

Chux6203
Chux6203 has said it all. A prophet has no honour in his own country. Just as it was in the days of my Lord Jesus Christ so it is today. Jesus Christ was hated, bruised and killed by his own people merely because he did not belong to the social and ruling class of his days. He was not Pharisee nor Saducee neither was he a priest, rather he was simply "the carpenter's son". Born in a manger, raised in humble and lowly home of a carpenter. His messages, His miracles and even his prophecies were greatly rejected, abhorred and disregarded by majority of his people who eventually laid various accusations against him and finally killed Him. The message of salvation and redemption which he brought to his people was taken from them and was given to we the gentiles.
So also it is with our controversial Senior Prophet, T.B Joshua. I am not surprised that majority of his own country men hated him so much. Because he has no mentor nor godfather, was born in a very poor family with little education. Despite his good works of charity, ministry of healing and deliverance which has no match all over the world and controversial ministry of prophecy, Nigeria called him common and worthless, but Ghana see him even till tomorrow as a rare gold. This is why you see the white and other countries flocking the church every week. He who honours a prophet deserves a prophet blessing. That is the case with Ghana and many other countries.
Senior Prophet T.B Joshua's best is yet to come not to Nigeria who rejected him but to other countries that embraced and regarded him. For those of you who cares to know Nigerian golden eaglets will rule the world in this upcoming under 16 world cup competition. Dont ask me how because i will not answer you until the end of the world cup then will i tell you the source of my prediction. Then will Nigerians know that there is a prophet among them. Till then i rest my case.

@George D,
Its too bad that our people like turning every single information/opportunity they get into business just to make money. No wonder why those who discovered ftb kept it top secret for more than three years till recently. Don't be surprised that one day some one will come to this great forum copy most of the vital informations and before you say jack it is already flooding the market to make money.

@all,
Anyone still wondering why the yellow guys are blocking all the IP for yf should read this - I found out last week that almost every bookshop in Lagos and even the roadside hawkers sell a complete manual on how to configure ftb on MTN and Zain network with all their ip. Its very possible that the yellow guys got the tip which resulted in outright blockage of all the working ip on their network. If not why is it that our neighbouring countries yellow ip are still working.

multidigibox now in alaba, price 22k
I think Daar Sat is much better both in pricing and mode of reception. Daar decoder is higher than multitv. With Daar Sat you can receive both MultiTv and Daar Sat but cannot do so using MultiTv digibox.

@ George D
Follow adewest instruction and see how it goes. But i think u may end boosting Horizontal signals thereby loosing channels in Verticals tps like pulse,eatv and the rest. Just give it a try first and if it did work out for you look for the strong lnb i mentioned.
On ftb. I think is not a bad idea to pay for yf later than to be a free user. Reasons re
1. No hourly disconnection
2. Increase in bandwith(you can watch many fta online without freezing)
3. It very cheap compare to all our providers.
4. Its still ftb cos you re not paying any provider
5. You can enter any site no matter the restriction(very good for hackers)
For your info its the yellow guys that upgraded,has nothing to do with yf guys. I manage to still get a loop hole ip after very long hours of pinging. This is the fastest internet connection i ever use,imagine watching sky sports and over 1000 channels from net for free. But u ve to get 3g to speed up.
@Pitodenz,
can you help me with the configuration of yr frd on Mtn . What bandwidth can i pay for to be able to watch fta online without freezing.I have gone thru their website and found out there are many packages ranging from 64kbit/s to unlimited.

@Segunfms,

If you are in Lagos go to Alaba International. There you can get various sizes of dish of your choice. As for Daar Sat decoder complete package is 18K for sure but without the dish the price is 16K. You can also verify the price at Alaba.

@George_D,

Obviously the information that the SRT 4900/4910 receivers goes for 9K or 10k is wrong. Maybe the dealers were'nt quite sure of the receiver . Maybe they thought it is a new model of the SD receivers they are currently selling in the market not knowing that it is completely HD. I wrote Strong office in Abuja concerning the SRT 4900/4910 receivers and below is their reply in quote:

Sir,

The requested receiver model SRT 4900 and SRT 4910 can be opted through Strong Solutions distribution network in Nigeria ; for instance you can contact any of the following establishment:
Kennedo investment at Alaba international Market – Lagos
Phone: 08031644831 & 07055173186

Sobis Communications at Alaba international Market – Lagos
Phone: 08033457018 & 07040299157

Regards,
So I called the dealers to confirm and both gave me different prices and telling me it is strictly on demand. They explained that it is HD terrestial, that is why the price is so high.
Satellite TV TechnologyRe: Official Thread of Free-to- Air Satellite TV [part 3] by Buben(m): 9:44am On Aug 06, 2009
all,

The price goes between N50,000 and N55,000.

Kennedo investment sells SRT 4910 for N55,000
while Sobis Communications sell the same SRT 4910 for N50,000.
But Note that it is strictly on demand because of the cost.
This is the latest news on SRT 4900 and SRT 4910. You can call their numbers to verify.

Kennedo investment - Phone: 08031644831 & 07055173186

Can you kindly tell me how much a 2.4 m Pan dish cost. I have a 1.8 m Pan for Internet and had been thinking on how to convert it to receive Nilesat. But i think a 2.4 m pan will be better

I'm interested in buying the Mpeg4 decoder. Can you please tell me where i can buy the Mpeg 4 decoder. Going through the process of downloading mpeg 4 codec and installing the Satellite PCI card seems quite rigorous to me.
