I disagree with you dear. Its either you have never bn to Benue State or U av nt had an encounter with dia ladies. Try visiting any of dia LG's on a Tuesday or Thursday, its only den dat U wld realize dat ds figure might be low compared to wat is on ground.

I once served in dat state $ Gboko LG alone had about 3-4 hrt to hrt ctrs. There is no local gvt in Benue without a HIV ctr but dat doesn't change dia attitude. Its just dia way f lyf $ since the drugs are free; they feel they dnt av anything to loose. I will only advice any body having an encounter with a Benue guy or lady to be cautious.
