Last night's supper was eba no more than an average fist with a bowl full of okro with mushrooms and 3 pieces of small meat, of which I managed only 2.

I'm going to have to go on a long walk in order to eat my 2 slices of yam and beans tonight. Been postponing it, the yam and beans, for 3 days already.

I wish I could eat more as I love cooking, but it is what it is, so I have to ensure quality of nutrients instead of quantity. My beans has lots of onions, dried fish and sumptuous cows leg.
