Dtruthspeaker:When I die, call it God's judgement too, lol.

I guess he can help Iran block the Strait of Hormuz so it is truly blocked! |
truthera:No you did not tell me or anyone hearing you that you care about Nigeria's patriotism. What you care about is Nigeria's destruction, and most of us are here to ensure you fail and care in vain.

davidotokiblog1:I think the Pope is speaking from a moral angle while dump is simply evil. But I am going to let USA voters decide which they want to hear. |
SpaceMarshall:I so want to agree with the above because even Jesus said it was as hard as a camel entering through the eye of a needle, but note he did not say it's impossible. He even went on to teach how, by seeking and asking and knocking with all one's heart and soul and mind and being, but I guess this is too hard for most. However, the below is a huge barrier that needs to be addressed first, because it makes humans not understand they may have a soul and heart and mind, and therefore not bother seeking and asking and knocking. SpaceMarshall:First, Adam did not "stand in a garden that has no language for “good” or “bad”" , because there was obviously language to even describe a tree that produced fruits of knowledge of good and bad as we know it, which Adam was far too ignorant to learn about because he believed he would die if he cured himself of ignorance. Second, that fruit of knowledge of good and evil, was actually food for some who were "given every plant yielding seed that is upon the face of all the earth and every tree with seed in its fruit; you shall have them for food", and that included that of good and evil, which Adam was told not to eat but to tend in the garden for some others to eat. I therefore put it to you that Adam was not "just living", but was a naked ignorant slave working in a Garden that belonged to those who enslaved and owned him and ensured he remained enslaved to them by keeping him ignorant so his eyes may not open so he may know and free himself from slavery. Thankfully, the helper was not as ignorant as he was, and used her own senses to ask and knock and seek, and therefore be in a position to free herself and him from slavery from whence they became self employed and populated the earth and lived a very long time indeed, and here we are today. If a satan can meddle in a Garden, it sure would have meddled in the writing of the book, and in human understanding too. |
I'm just delighted they are both from USA so their citizens can see which is godly or not.

Funny this. I am an atheist, and the entire Bible is like curriculum to enlightenment, as opposed to "manifesto", to me, as it forces one to look, and looking makes one see. We read in this Bible that humans must not eat only bread or they will become malnourished, so we'd hardly read just the Book of Ecclesiastes, or even the Bible, and say we've read it all. In fact, if anything, Jesus himself is the Chief Atheist, but one needs to become as a child as he suggested, which means, abandon the beliefs drilled into you and look again with fresh eyes. But we all know that entering the womb to be born again is as hard as threading a camel through the eye of the needle. That said, Ecclesiastes 11:4 is one of my favourite verses. Instead of waiting for good weather, the wise control the weather in a greenhouse. Spymaster1, are you aware of Ecclesiasticus too? https://www.biblesociety.org.uk/explore-the-bible/read/eng/gnb/sir/1/ https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Sirach%201&version=NRSVUE

truthera:You are the unpatriotic deeply sectional divided by tribe and religious sentimental person here! Many of us are asking you to forget tribe and religion and your sentiment and just get off your ass and vote, but you seem hell bent in making us unpatriotic like you, and I am personally delighted at the rate at which you are woefully failing. P.S. i know we've reverted to the old one, but I am certain most of us have it cemented in our psyche.

truthera:No one "allowed". Orban did all he did anyway, and has now been voted out. The 2010 election effectively put Orbán above the law: He could amend the constitution at will, which he did twelve times during his first year in office—including removing, early on, the four-fifths hurdle for rewriting the constitution. Less than a year into his first term, Orbán unveiled a new constitution drafted behind closed doors, debated before parliament for only nine days, and passed on a party-line vote.11 The new constitution was accompanied by hundreds of new laws, many affecting elections.

raumdeuter:I am not at all concerned about anything about bemeruca. At best he's like Vance who those he supports lose. |
truthera:Have you not heard of Orban? He ruled for 16 years and had all the Hungarian Amupitans on his side Hungarians just revolted by voting him out!
|
raumdeuter:Don't need to. He's toast. |
We are asked not to judge this case before a jury decides if she was seeing Jesus or hallucinating. "We remind all concerned that criminal proceedings against this defendant are active and that she has the right to a fair trial," he added.https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cvg3kx8r139o

Sangoamadioha1:I think truthera does not want to understand that we know that his "no vote" rhetoric only benefits Tinubu, and that Tinubu supporters are never going to boycott the coming election. In fact, the best way for Tinubu to win a second term is to convince us who will vote against him that our votes do not count so we do not bother voting so our votes can not be counted while his supporters votes are counted, which is why Tinubu only needed less than 10 million votes out of 100 million to now be presiding over us. 75 million Nigerian registered to vote but did not bother to vote and are now wailing! Thankfully, most of us see through truthera and have made him irrelevant, as shown by the so little engagement he is getting in this thread. Our goal for the next election should be a total vote of at least 50% of registered voters. If we get that sort of turnout and my Obi still loses I will personally say, "result"!

Flangelo12:Smart people go as far as insulting and being rude to him so he does not endorse them but the person below just ignored him.

Kind of resembles some here where others' religions are concerned. ..... often cites passages from the Talmud to make claims about Jewish beliefs, such as that Jews approve of stealing and raping as long as the crimes are committed against non-Jews. Other figures ...... have similarly taken passages from the Talmud, but rabbis have criticized those figures for using quotes that are mistranslated and often taken out of context from the text, which includes centuries of rabbinic debates and is not a formal code of laws. |
bayelsaowei:Viktor Orbán has conceded in a speech to supporters, telling them: "The result of the election is clear and painful." I have been waiting for this all week!
|
idreesjigo:I am very sorry, but I do not agree with the above. Less than 10 million out of the about 100 million registered voters that power is supposed to "flow from the people" voted in the election Tinubu won while my Obi and that Atiku got 6.5 million votes each. Meaning about 75% of eligible voters did not bother to talk by voting, so can not be heard even if they are listened to. Power does not flow from people who do not vote, and in fact those non-voting people have abdicated their vote abd right to be heard, and deserve to be ruled however the ruler desires, because not voting makes your opinion and views and desires very irrelevant and ignored indeed!

Sounds like a double block. Thankfully, it's not going to affect the $1.99 eggs. Elusive001: |
MakekulcashwitB:Looks to me like you watch one video and assume Oyinbo man is "guaranteed "soft life" and potential 'japa'", when the truth is men everywhere are pretty much the same saints or pigs whatever their color or country of origin, just that you have not bothered to find a video to post where a black man treats his black woman like the queen she is. https://www.tiktok.com/video/7338860409862049070 That said, I would rather be with a man from Mars if he treats me like the queen I deserve to be treated as. MakekulcashwitB:Most men in Nigeria are programmed to assume the woman is their rib and they need not respect it, while men from anywhere here in UK are taught that equally are we created both male and female, which does make a huge difference in a relationship. It especially does educate when some go to work and their boss is a woman their last childs age. |
bemeruca:Kind of makes sense coming from you. You wouldn't after all want any country to be full of people who unreason like you. Even I wouldn't want my neighbourhood to be full of people who unreason like you do, not to talk of my country. It is how you unreason that made us refuse you visa! We don't want your sort here, ben. |
ijebosb:I'm certain he'd buy a ticket get visa and come vote for Kemi while we here wonder if she'll survive the May elections. |
DeepSight:But they'd simply argue that the Renaissance and Age of Enlightenment (in the Western world) were Judeo Christian religious innovations, lol. They after all occured due to "Judeo Christian religious constrictions and limitations of thought". It's like the Judeo Christian rebellion against slavery that they for years justified with Judeo Christianity. |
DeepSight:Dump was speaking hyperbole to program them.
|
ariesbull:It's due to spinal damage and not sugar or prostrate. |
GloriousGbola:They were not born then and have refused to benefit from the free education that Nairaland provides. |
DeepSight:Besides, Isis/ Boko Haram are not representative of Islam, and claiming it is is like saying the doctrine of Westboro Baptist is the only Christianity, because Fred Phelps the descended from Jesus! |
DeepSight:You are asking him to understand what he can not because he would not ask and knock and seek. He's my favourite heretic. budaatum: |
IjeBos:Tinubu got 10 million votes. My Obi and that Atiku got 6.5m votes each. Who won? I do not see a problem with each state having 2 senatorial votes, and to be honest, neither with the electoral college, since it's not like a new thing recently introduced. I think its my patience though, that makes my view differ to yours, because, just a majority inconsequential majority vote against a useless president undermines eventually, how much so an overwhelming vote against. Buy hey. I'm twisted when it comes to USA, I must admit. You lot are entertaining and wouldn't surprise me voting repugnicants after dump except that my faith in We The People is undying in the long run and blinds me seeing the most of you being like the few here, or like some Nigerians for that matter, who want to boycott elections. |
This level of incompetence is enough to increase the interest on Nigeria's foreign debt! |
