Lord, give me the strength to resist every form of compromise.Lord, if you give this strenght to me we will fight! Because you'd also need to give me some kind of stubborness for me to always stand my ground and some sort of perfection of my ground too. So make me perfect first (and I mean you do the work in perfecting me because I know I don't have such time nor strength to perfect myself), then maybe make me stubbornly uncompromising and make others accept it's my way or the highway for reasons you know best. But remember I am mere human and might likely become tyrannical, so help me Gods. Alternatively:

Why am I praying "enemies destroy their own plans", after praying the following prayer? Jakes122:Is my faith in my god so little or what?

DeepSight:Na lie! God said, and there is! I strongly believe because, infinite regression! I had to poke your bear and show you they could easily have taught themselves if they wanted to know.

“I won’t go back to history of my first attempt to bring an independent power generation system to Nigeria. There we are today. I’m struggling with it, but I assure Nigerians that we have electricity to power our growth.”Does Tinubu not know that every Nigerian that uses solar or generator even, is a part of his "independent power generation system"? I do however understand "Nigeria generates between 4,000 MW and 5,800 MW of electricity but utilises only 32% due to weak power grid infrastructure" and an inability to transport electricity, considering. In 2025 alone, wind farms generated so much surplus electricity that 10 terawatt hours (TWh) of clean power had to be switched off. To put that into perspective, analysts say this is enough electricity to power every home in London for an entire year. |
Please keep being under the impression that my attack of your "don't vote" ideology na play. truthera:
|
DeepSight:In the whole scheme of things, they have one vote, or ⅑ really since that's their portion of eligible voters, and to be honest, outside this thread and amongst most Nigerians, most don't reason like they do. It's like the naughty student hugging teaching time. It is blind guides, which strain at gnats and swallow camels, that lets them do that to those willing to learn. |
THEDEEPSIGHT:It is my own belief that Those Who Read Only One Book Shall Die, but I at least know they are îgnorant. You seem to have discovered the reason I ignore them much. It's like arguing the British, Chinese, Aztecs, Japanese, etc invented nothing until Christ was born, or as Yoruba me would put it, they have not seen the content of my father's trousers so think their father's content is bigger. |
Streetinvestor2:Hear! Hear! This very wiseness! With apologies for removing the bit I unquoted.
|
raumdeuter:My father did not sit their condoning Keir Starmer's behaviour so it or he was not on my curricula like dump is ion yours and whom you excuse by claiming he is not a moral compass. |
raumdeuter:Sum of it is, children learn from what their parents condone. And you condone dump a lot then excuse his bad behaviour as "not your morality compass", ignoring the fact your own morals might compass others or you don't care where it compasses or can't compass anywhere else. |
Tinubu won't lose as long as 2027 election is concerned because too many people like you continue to promote the ignorant stupid ideology of "don't bother voting"! Or do you think Tinubu is stupidly telling his own people not to vote? Then when he gets the most votes due to your non-participation, you'll come and be telling us Tinubu rigged election, like we should stupidly believe that your vote you bothered not to cast should be counted! All you he quoted, and others, I salute! Your wiseness is like light that dark quenches not. truthera:
|
raumdeuter:I learned from my father and my mother, and from friends and the people we engaged with and their thoughts about them which they shared with me being we were that close, and at those who were around me like my uncles and aunties and neighbours and their opinions and conduct and even of those I read about in books and watched on telly. I'd sit with my father and others and listen to news and read the paper and we'd state our opinions of what we read and heard and watched, and I can just about imagine what he'd teach child me watching today by his own behaviour and conduct and opinions. Some 'fathers' behaved in ways I have trained myself to behave even on forums where even my gender confuses some not to talk of knowing whom I am, and from some I learnt most definitely not to emulate because my father and mother were not emulating or voting for such people. Sum of it is, children learn from what their parents condone. And you condone dump a lot then excuse his bad behaviour as "not your morality compass", ignoring the fact your own morals might compass others or you don't care where it compasses or can't compass anywhere else. I'm wondering. |
IjeBos:Same argument about APC and Tinubu whom 10% voted for out of the 25% who voted while 75% sat in their asses and are now wailing.. I doubt USAnians would be that complacent.
|
IjeBos:I'm certain we don't need to win all the states to hobble the repugnicans and dump. But I'll wait for you to tell me you told me so come November. I'll readjust my assessment of USAnians then. |
yarimo:I want Tinubu and APC out but I am refusing to vote. Can you see how wise I am shooting my own foot?
|
raumdeuter:Your child will learn from you his father who your child sees admiring and learning from dump. Or do you think your child will not learn from your dump admiration? If so, you might need to look at yourself, and your child. |
IjeBos:Republicans in Congress that are not beholden to the country would most likely be deelected in November and be replaced by a party that is beholden to the country. But I guess we'd need to wait and see. |
Some Igbos boycotted the last election then moaned when they were not considered for posts in the government that won. Hopefully, most learnt from their refusal to vote.
|
DeepSight:Let's here the crẹtǐn condemn the Christian Spanish. In Mexico, the Spanish practice of building churches directly on top of indigenous worship sites was a powerful symbolic and practical strategy of the conquest. These "converted" sites served to physically demonstrate the displacement of indigenous deities by Christianity while often reusing existing stones and solid foundations.
|
raumdeuter:Not my child, but I would assume your child learnt from your non-role model dump. After all, daddy raumdeuter watches and admires dump a lot, so why wouldn't child raumdeuter be role modelled by the behaviour daddy learnt fron dump? |
raumdeuter:Like magas got their insulting someone from dump insulting those he has met? Oh, I frogret. We ignored his behaviour and morality when we voted him not to be our role model. |

IjeBos:No they don't! It's USAnians who are growing spines to end it. |
IjeBos:Remember the fake video of white genocide in South Africa? It showed how to hoodwink dump. |
Ishilove:To be honest, my body is adapting too as I have to pee like every 2 hours or so. Thankfully, the loo ain't too far from the bed, so I stumble back afterwards and continue. And short bursts. As for spending money, I better or I give it away, but it's spent if invested. |
I find it amusing that I am asked about spirituality and not the psychology or philosophy or even ideology of myself and humans. I do not see your spirit, and anything I may say about it is just made up in my head crap. But I do see your psychology and philosophy and even your ideology because you reveal them in your words. Things is, are you aware of your own psychology and philosophy and your own ideology, and that you reveal them to us here on Nairaland? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NR-bfJPsL7w?si=GEhkTjx3zwZ5CP58

truthera:I promise I will enjoy voting for my candidate, even if your own not voting means Tinubu wins again.

Dear Mr GM, Your job is to manage others and ensure they do their jobs, but instead you are taking care of your friend who is not doing his job and is therefore a negative "impact on operations and on my reputation" and the the jobs of others and yours, which will negatively impact the revenue and the profit of the owner of the company you are failing to GM, and which makes me think you are more interested in your friendship and not the company you GM. But don't you worry much. The owner will one day wake up and fire your lazy ass and your friend can please follow you out the door so you can both do your friendship at your own expense and not at that of the owner of the company you currently GM. Unless you do what you already know you should do! |
I think he needs to finish fighting the Pope in the Vatican first before he attacks Nigeria. They must need regime change more than us though I can't exactly give a reason why, but I wouldn't disbelieve that there might not be a massive oil well under the Vatican. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MD5qTvkSKp4&t=525s

Is that your problem? Should I like your post so that you wouldn't be jealous of other people who get their posts liked?
