In both cases Trump and Hunter, I believe the name of the defendant played a part.

Only my personal bias would make me believe what you believe.

While Hunter's case is straight forward guilty, dump should have been imprisoned just for his contempt and stupid antics during the trial, and it was his past position that saved him.

And not because they killed a Christian, but for the simple fact they killed a human being.

What regular Joes? My knowledgeable live in America friend has said here that no one would have been charged with this crime if their name was not Biden, so there can't be any regular Joes to compare his sentence with.
