NEW OPERATIONS FRAMEWORK FOR CO:
1. Offer "goodies" as bait to get that Pre-Order Money.
2. Release a train wreck of a base game.
3. Promise customers that "We'll fix it".
4. Sit back and grab the popcorn.
5. Watch community implode.
6. Label customers as "TOXIC" for being honest and upset that they had their money stolen.
7. Release overpriced, half baked DLC before fixing anything else.
8. Watch community implode (Again)
9. Earn lowest rated DLC content EVER on Steam Award.
10. Delist DLC content to remove reviews and add to base game.
11. Compensate everyone with DLC that CO didn't produce nor has any meaningful value to anyone.
12. Make more promises.
13. Take Winter Holiday.
14. Make more promises.
15. Take Summer Holiday.
16. Make more promises.
17. Take Winter Holiday.
18. Wash, rinse, repeat.

The major limitation here is the skin colour and other ethnic considerations. People from other cultural backgrounds hardly mix.

You may be scared if you understood the ruling. But, easier to try to be smart with your "I am supposed to scared of" than actually doing the research to understand it. Right?

The court just ruled that the Plaintiffs had no standing to bring the suit. (Maybe so it wouldn't be an election issue)
The fact it got this far should trouble anyone who understands the cae.
The fact that there was no actual ruling on the merits should trouble everyone as well. As it just means they will find someone with standing probably after the election to bring the case back.
