Jury of which peers?
I suggest you go change the American Jury System if you don't like it's judgements.

A court packed with "biased judges and manipulating the jury pools" is a win for dump as the case will be thrown out on appeal and the persecutors tried and fined themselves with billions paid dump in damages, which I definitely do not want. And that's apart from Americans seeing such a charade and thereby supporting him en masse winning him and the GOPs terms long into the next millennium which I also definitely don't want.

I hope he gets good lawyers who ensure any bias by the judge is challenged and who diligently removes manipulated jurors so he gets a fair trial. I also want it televised so we can all watch and judge.

TenQ:
1. Is it true that A Baby can truly be said to lack a belief.
WHY or WHY NOT?
First, I do not appreciate your wuruwuru "truly". You put it there because you struggled.

Pretty early in a baby's arrival on earth and its engagement with the new environment it finds itself in, a certain shift from unconsciousness to consciousness occurs and the baby has to start shifting through the good and bad information it receives, and forms beliefs on most because it hasn't the intellectual capacity to know.

Children do it too. They believe because they do not yet know. But as they grow and accumulate more information and learn to separate the right from wrong, they usually evolve understanding and know.

TenQ:
2. Is it true that An Animal CANNOT have a belief on the subject of a Deity.
WHY or WHY NOT?
Animals have not, to the best of my knowledge, shown the intellectual capacity to have formed a "subject of a deity" to believe in. Animals may respond to thunder and lightening in the same deific way that early humans who did deify things did, but no evidence of animals worshipping deities have come to my attention.

TenQ:
3. Is it true that Once a person has an intellectual capacity to hold a opinion, such CANNOT lack a belief on the subject
WHY or WHY NOT?
Depends on intellectual utilization. A person may have utilized their intellectual capacity to hold an opinion which is a belief. Another may have utilized their intellectual capacity only enough to lack belief. While another person may have utilized their intellectual capacity to hold a opinion which is based on actual knowledge. Capacity, does after all not mean it was used, as we see with the lazy.

TenQ:
4. Apart from the subject of Deity or God/gods, give me an example of something else you lack a belief in and state WHY you lack a belief? in such?
Thanks
I don't believe the earth is flat because I know the earth is not flat.

TenQ:
Holding any kind of Belief is a function of acting on available information.
Not true. Some are more diligent in their asking and knocking and seeking and so dig further than "available information" and find knowledge. Some dig even deeper and find a thing called wisdom.

TenQ:
This information could be right or wrong but it forms the basis for a position to be taken on the basis of probability or likelihood of correctness.
The more diligent asker knøcker seeker does not accumulate "wrong information" nor would they let "wrong information" be any part of what form the basis of their probability or likelihood of correctness

The asker knøcker seeker has learnt the ability to separate wheat from chaff so that "wrong information" is no part of any beliefs they may choose to hold if any, much less their understanding of anything. They would not illidiligently and lazily let chaff be any basis of any information they consider believing.

TenQ:
Do you have ANY good reason for your LACK of Belief in a Deity?
The reason for any LACK of Belief in a Deity is that after having diligently studied, as in, asked and knocked and sought through all the information one has found through diligent digging over decades of separating the wheat from the chaff, the "basis of the probability or likelihood of correctness" of there being gods is absolutely nil and it would be absurd to believe in the existence of things one has no evidence for when one can seek understanding instead.

The thing with you tenq is you don't understand what you just read and wouldn't do the work to try to understand it. What's sad is, you don't see we see you. The delights is you'll live long enough to evolve.
Christianity Etc › Re: Many Adult Educated Atheists will find this simple task Impossible! by budaatum: 2:51pm On Aug 14, 2023
Wilgrea7:
Atheists are simply people who lack the belief in a god. That's about it.
That's not about it! Sorry. Though I understand it's simplification for TenQ.

Some atheists lack the ability to believe, and don't have beliefs because they can do the work to ensure they know that there are and have never been gods that haven't been created by we humans.

See teacher Mayn teach it better.

Maynman:
I don’t think you understand the question you are asking.

Why do you need to believe, you believe what you lack knowledge on.

I understand where you are coming from. But Biden shouldn't pardon him. And if he gets indicted and convicted in Georgia, he can't anyhow. (Georgia's charges are serious; breaking into voting machines etc.). Trump has set up a lawlessness, where people do things and break the law with an expectation that the Justice Department is too weak to come after them. I think Obama started that with the GOP and not going after Dick Cheney and the 2nd Bush admin for all he did for getting us into war in Iraq. It's just festered. It's going to be good for future generations to see political actors in jail and in jail because their partners and friends flipped on them. Will set up an appropriate amount of paranoia when people attempt to do what Trump and co. have.
His Georgia jail can always be 'mansion arrest', with guards and other prison conditions imposed, though I wouldn't be surprised if Georgia's governor releases him to avoid magas enshrining the place.

Convictions are enough for me, as magas will see his incarceration as they see the crucifixion of Christ.

Criminal trump wants to go to jail. I've seen it all. He wants to be a messiah of some sort and it's all clear now.
That's why Biden must pardon any jail term he gets, though not pardon him for his crime. There's a process and a name for such 'pardons' but it evades my mind at the mo.

France has bugger all to do with the ongoing coup in Niger. They're not behind it, not being punished they're not supporting it, they're not benefiting from it. They're just watching from the sidelines, like everyone else. The coup is a result of internal politics and power struggles, nothing more.
France dictating their currency is bugger quite a lot in my own opinion. And I don't think it proper that a letter posted to Togo has to go through France, for a fee. Most of us Nigerians wouldn't like Britain still having such colonial holds on us, which is why we Nigerianised them out way back in 72.

We would not qualify for jury service in a case against dump and nor would I want to. Following the case would disqualify us along with our social media posts, and I would rather a jury of his peers who get the opportunity to review the evidence presented before them in a court of law decide than I on some social media with limited evidence.

You never asked, but despite what I think or wish for dump, I don't see him spending a single night in jail. Biden would be stupid to not see the advantage in a quick pardon and it would be.political suicide not to.

This is because it(The US) still has many advantages and allies. World's largest and most advanced economy, with a strong innovation and entrepreneurship culture. World's most powerful and influential military, with a global network of bases and alliances. Many allies and partners in Europe, Asia, Africa, and Latin America, who share its values and interests. The US can leverage its strengths and alliances to counter the challenges posed by China or Indonesia, as well as to cooperate with them on common issues. Easy!
A blind old English friend of mine was always warning me about China taking over Africa. We should not trust them he'd tell me, and we'd get emotional about it. I couldn't understand how he'd think China that recently learnt from their Edict of Haijin and now needed friends would go and be asses like the British had been. And I wondered if he thought we'd be so stupid to have not learnt to not let anyone do what they did to us. It's not like he was blind all his life, only losing one eye after retiring and the other slowly following such that he never heard of slavery.

Imagine this speculation. China opens its borders to Africa. Anyone want come, come.

Wouldn't America be challenged from its hege I wonder, when we all go live in Shanghai? It's not like America can open its border to Africa or even Mexico, and the dollars they print is barely getting to their own masses as it is and inflation limits their ink.
