I’m just calling you out for your false assertion that an indictment always means there is good evidence. You know how many people get indicted on weak evidence for all kinds of reasons?

The evidence in all Trumps indictments are weak.

The reason Is politics.

I just hope you lot don’t go into cardiac arrest when this drama doesn’t end with Trump behind bars like you pray for everyday.
The evidence must be good enough for a grand jury to indict. The defence then has an opportunity in court where they scrutinise that evidence and present there's to counter it.

As for dump behind bars, you really need to stop creating crap in your own head and believing it. I've said it enough times that I hope dump behind bars does not happen and that Biden pardons him if he is sent to jail (Fed or State), as it's the politically smart thing to do.

This is actually false. That’s why your god Jack Smith has lost so many times in court. because he keeps indicting people on weak or non-existent evidence. He is a Career loser!
That's what happens if your evidence does not stack up in court, just as all evidence dump won did not stack up in court.

If Jack Smith has no evidence against dump, dump will rightly walk. Hopefully this case will be televised so you get to see it all live.

A few inquiries is what you call weaponized? LMAO. Baba stop moving in circles. Tell me when a Republican led government ever used its DOJ to indict a former Democrat president or Major Democrat candidate. That’s the level we are talking about. They could have easily gone after both Bill and Hillary Clinton. But I assure you Biden won’t be spared.
You can only indict if you have evidence of a crime, but knowing dump and going by his numerous no evidence court cases where he claimed he won, we all know he had no evidence to indict any Democrat.

Sir, you reason this way probably because you have no understanding of what being inside heaven in the realms of God and Angels means.
Actually, I reason like this because I can read and understand what I read, and don't go about creating crap in my head and believing it.

God created humans mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them. And God od blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground.” Then God said, “I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food. 30 And to all the beasts of the earth and all the birds in the sky and all the creatures that move along the ground—everything that has the breath of life in it—I give every green plant for food.” And it was so. God saw all that he had made, and it was very good. And there was evening, and there was morning—the sixth day.

It was only after God had rested on the seventh day that God took dust and breathed into it to create the slave Adam who was put in the garden and commanded to slave in it and not eat the fruit that would enabled him to do what Genesis 1 humans created in Gods image could.

The lesson is that humans choose to either believe they are powerful fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground Genesis 1 humans, or Genesis 2 ignorant naked stupid slaves.

What you saw in Genesis 1 was about how they were created, but in Genesis 2 is how they emerged physically on earth.
Sounds like God the Nigeria politician, who says "let there be light" and we all yell "Nepa".

When God said, “Let there be light” there was light, as in the light was created and therefore existed, and "God saw that the light was good", and he separated the light from the darkness. God called the light “day,” and the darkness he called “night.” And there was evening, and there was morning—the first day". Same on the other 6 days - created, was, saw, good - so this your own "emerged" is very new to me.

Read "Psalms 90:4" and "2 Peter 3:8:" — A Day to God is like a thousand years to men. It may take a man 38 years to travel to the Sun from the earth that is light-years apart, but for angels or spiritual beings it takes just few seconds or minutes like flashes of lightning. A nano second (less than a second) to the higher beings could be equivalent to days or months to mortal beings.
"A day to God might be a thousand years" to God, but I'm very certain God knew it was talking to a man called Adam. Regardless, I am not "angels or spiritual beings" and am only human to whom a day is a 24 hours and a year is 365 days give or take, and I have no reason to think you are a "angels or spiritual beings" neither, so welcome to planet human reality.

PCHC:
Adam died that day meant he did not complete the millennium or a 1000 years .....
So, God did not know that die means to stop existing at the moment of death?

PCHC:
He began to die that day because he began to hunger, sweat, his body became altered, cells in his body began to die while others sprung up.
"He began to die that day", lol, when the text clearly shows he went on to live like 800 more years during which he gave birth to Cain and Abel and Seth, and some believe populated the earth. Or does what Adam went on to do sound like "began to die that day" to you?

PCHC:
Basically, the biological processes and features described as "MR NIGER D" for acronym began working on Adam, which was not so with Adam before they ate the forbidden fruit.
I wonders what made Adam so not ignorantly unaware of MR NIGER D which was clearly stated long before naked ignorant Adam was created.

"I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food. 30 And to all the beasts of the earth and all the birds in the sky and all the creatures that move along the ground—everything that has the breath of life in it—I give every green plant for food."

Not knowing "that", is no reason to make up crap to believe, which, Basilico, is what you often do. I wouldn't be surprised if you claim the person responsible for blowing alarm was in Hunter Biden's laptop!

They may not have used sea water because they normally do not use sea water because of its adverse effect on their equipment. Not using sea water is however not the cause of the devastation of Maui.

The fire began for a reason and burned so ferociously for a reason, and was such an infrequent occurrence that no one saw coming and never prepared for. Smart intelligent people would want to know what those causes and reasons are so they can be mitigated against.

The Serpent or the Devil lied. God's Word remained true. They died that day they ate the forbidden fruit.
The Adam that lived a total of 930 years, and then he died, "died that day they ate the forbidden fruit" when he was just about 130?

PCHC:
Remember, A day by then meant a thousand years to us today.
In order to "remember" I would first need to have convinced myself that a day meant a thousand years, and also believe that Adam would not have eventually died, both of which are impossible for my brain to convince my mind of.

PCHC:
In the Garden, there was no night and no sun, but just Day.
Now you are just making stuff up! Night and sun were created way back in Genesis 1 where superior human beings were created in God's image, and long before the enslaved Adam and Eve were created from inferior mud.

Maui Fires.
This writer has tried to explain why the carnage is too high. Article seems unbiased to me, though it only highlights the negative could have been done better actions that happened.
Very very sad. Media blaming climate change.
Read with an open mind.

Briefly
1.Death toll much higher than reported

2.There was no alarm ( because people would've moved to higher grounds where the fire was.
3. Emergency boss has no experience besides political science
4. Firefighters were denied water
5. Power was not shut off asap.
Electric poles toppled on dry grass worsening the blaze.
6.Escape routes were blocked

You can not rid Africa of Western influence. Their greatest influence over us is the language we communicate with which we are never going to stop using.

Besides, France's influence over its colonies is not the same influence Britain has over us. There is no Britianafrique.

Hello guys, please can someone give me a candid opinion on what to do about the situation i find myself I am 9 years married to my wife and the major issue we have been facing is the issue of finance. But there is this brother of my wife and some of her sibling in the UK that want me and my family to live big and they always try their best to make me and my family live above the poverty line. They have offered me many deals to make me live my present work, though not too satisfying but better than none, but i keep trying to convince them that i i don't get something better i cant leave the one i do currently. But the last one that break the camel's back is that this my in-law which is my sister brother have offered us a big apartment in a very good area in Lagos and other juicy offers to go with it including setting up of a big biz for my wife. Here i where i got confused and i need some good advice from Nairalanders on what to do. Do i take the offer and leave my present job and support my wife in the biz or reject the offer?

yeah I did learn somethings. First the business I invested in was wrong. I didn't know much about it before investing in it. Secondly, I am thinking of doing two types of business. Is just the fear of last year that is affecting me.
The fear is a warning about your past mistakes. It will diminish the more confident you are that you know why you failed last time.

Remember though that failure in business is very common, and that it's the ability to dust oneself off and go again that is very rare, but those who prevail succeed in the end.
