You know nothing about inflation, Ben. The Fed was pumping money into assets for years which inflated prices and devalued the dollar, but to you it's, Biden Biden.

Good thing America has more than one Supreme Court Judge.

"In February 2021, when the Supreme Court rejected election challenges filed by Trump and his allies, Thomas wrote in a dissent that it was “baffling” and “inexplicable” that the majority had decided against hearing the cases because he believed the Supreme Court should provide states with guidance for future elections".

Trump's best weapon is divisiveness and that man knows how to use it optimally.

As for interest, it is ok to have an interest, but to operate in such a manner as it is today, it wil only return the country back to where they are coming from.

It's like both parties have moved away from the era of compromise for a better nation into extremism and that alone is a terrible trigger as to what will happen next.

The few guys who are in between trying to find a common ground for nation building are being canceled by their own parties, SMH.

As the moderates are being canceled by their parties, the nation is drifting farther from the center.
I'm reading The Prize. You'd be amazed how disunited America was during the second world war. Harold Icke, the Petroleum Administrator for War, lamented that, "on any oil matter, the British Government is a unit - Parliament, the Administration, the oil companies, the press. Over here, to the contrary, everyone is in everyone else's hair. There is no unity".

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Prize:_The_Epic_Quest_for_Oil,_Money,_and_Power

Self interest is of course very ok, but not at the detriment of others, which unfortunately seems to prevail in America, and hence the divisiveness we now see. It will worsen, but hopefully not to the point that it destroys America.

BREAKING: Arizona Senate just PASSED #HB2492 requiring proof of citizenship on voter registration forms to ensure only U.S. citizens vote. Big win for election integrity!

Ibim and budatum please enlighten us on the Racism going on here. the voter suppression and especially you Buda, if you will use your Nigerian passport to prove you are a citizen of England or for the topic discussed the US. Because all the yabadabado that goes on in your head usually makes its way as a point or an argument. As Zendi puts it, the citizens of Delusia can use their Delusia passport for anything grin
First, I don't have a Nigerian passport, so that's mute. But if that's the only passport I had, I'm sure to have a visa on it that allows me to remain in UK and vote, unlike deported you.

Second, why must it be racist "requiring proof of citizenship on voter registration forms to ensure only U.S. citizens vote"? Are they only asking one race to provide this proof, Ben?

Just so you know, I have never had to prove I was a UK citizen for anything in UK. I guess that's because I am a citizen so don't have to. They can tell from your National Insurance number whether you are a citizen or not. And non-citizens would not register to vote in UK if they are not eligible to vote unless they are brainless, because immigration will come knock on their door and ship them pronto back to their own country. A bit too much to pay for one single vote, don't you think?

Imagine if we were able to colonize Mars or relocate to one of those planets, galaxies or possibly universes that support life in the next few years.

It is said in the Bible that the second coming of Jesus and rapture will happen on this earth.

What will happen to those people who have relocated to another planet or maybe another galaxy? Or another universe?

This is not an attack at your belief, it just an honest question.
You are asking us to predict what might not happen until the year of our Lord 3001 or closer to then than today.

First, the rocket that takes people to other planets would likely be called Rapture. The first verses of Genesis were read on the moon so do not think it might not be.

Second. Depending on communication, which I expect to be second to none by then, they'd invite those on earth to help colonise the new planet just as Europeans were invited to colonise the new world when it was discovered. Hopefully, by then, colour truly wouldn't matter or Africans would remain on earth!

The first arrivals on the new planet would be scientists and engineers of course, so expect them to build a temple to science as opposed to any Gods conceived up to then, and if you can't ask and knock and seek with your senses, expect to remain on earth.

Hopefully, new planet colonisation won't be because we finally managed to create hell on earth and some smart people found a way to the heavens. If not, those remaining will burn while those who left, lamb and lion and as many virgins as one can consume, which would obviously mean more women on the new planet because virgin men are rare, which would be good for the new planet since women are more long term thinking and reproductive than men.

P.s. This is not a belief, but mere idle speculation based on no facts nor evidence, and buda is not Christian, so my bad.

SO, INVALID!
Thankfully, you don't exactly qualify to tell buda what is valid or not. Fact is, if no thing made itself from emptiness, God was either created by a supergod, or was not created at all.

Do note the "created". It leaves room for you to claim God was not created or was created by writers of books you believe, from nothing but their own imagination. A fete worthy of commendation, I do confess, considering both theists and atheists are here on the basis of said writings. Pity some choose to believe it though.

Science, never makes claims about things it doesn't have proof/evidence for. And is comfortable with the answer "I don't know".
No one knows what sparked the beginning of the current universe, and science does not commit the God of the gaps fallacy.
"I don't know". The beginning of the use of one's senses, as preached by a scientist called Jesus Christ the Messiah of some who advised one abandon one's misconceived beliefs and do science, as in ask and knock and seek, in order to find out; and as shown by use her own senses Eve to free herself and stupid believing Adam from ignorance and slavery and unclothedness so they could go on and populate the entire earth, so we read in a book, at least.

It's simple, creation is unfalsifiable, therefore it has nothing to do with science.

The simple scientific methodology is.
1. Make an observation, or define a question.
2. Create a hypothesis, or make predictions.
3. Test the hypothesis, gather evidence, by way of experiments and/or making observations in the natural world, in a repeatable fashion.
4. Analyze data and draw conclusions.
5. Communicate findings.

Do proponents of creation follow these steps?

I solved my nairalessness with use my senses science, and figured out how to convert dream Naira to real wide awake naira and have never been nairaless ever since.

I do not like Trump because of his manner of approach but one thing I am certain about is that even the Democratic party also operate in the divisive politics today. It is very clear and undeniable.

They can not be exonerated from this muddy type of politics in the US today. They love it, enjoy it and spread it through certain media outlets and their analysts on social media because they hope to gain from it by playing the saviour of others, but deep down, it is clear that all they do is only on surface. It won't take one long to understand that they are not clean as they say, it is only a game to win more votes.

It is just a choice of two devils today with the Democratic party still a little better than the Republican party in terms of how they operate in my opinion.

Ask me, I'll still support a Democrat over a Republican if there's no other option.
Actually, it seems to be a democracy thing to foster division, and in America, it's like football. Just as one can't expect Liverpool to work with Man U on a football field scoring in the same goal, so can one not expect Dems and Repubs to work together as we sometimes do in UK, which made our Obasanjo claim he can't work with the opposition because they are his enemy.

Got to admit they do sometimes work together, though not often enough since each side has different interests to secure. Drumpthf though was the worst in current history, as far as working together goes.

But you can do that yourself, right? It should be the parent's decision to educate their children on sex and sexuality. I personally would, but I would also like to have the rights to opt out if I'm uncomfortable with how a teacher or school is going about it.

Despite that, there are still some legitimate concerns about the bill. The word 'instruction' in the bill is poorly defined, there are legitimate concerns of government overreach in my opinion.
First, "The word 'instruction' in the bill is poorly defined", shows a high degree of intelligence, I dare say. You could have easily claimed they were instructing children to have sex, as some have claimed on here.

I may educate my child indeed, but that's not to say others will, or necessarily can or would educate their child appropriately. Some here might include where they think gay and trans people might end up in their child's education, hence teachers with curriculums are necessary, same as they are necessary to teach your child maths, and critical thinking.

The current supply issues are just the start of what is bound to get worse.

There are more woes ahead for the Nigerian economy as the heads of the three biggest commodity traders — Vitol, Gunvor and Trafigura have raised the alarm over a looming shortage in global diesel supply.

This rising price of diesel, which is not regulated by the government, is on the back of the war between Russia and Ukraine which has led to a significant increase in the price of Brent crude, the gauge of Nigeria’s crude oil which hit $114 per litre on Tuesday.
