Satanisreal: Things ain't easy at all I get you, man. Please forgive me for borrowing your post for here without informing you. Personally, I would advise you to leave your uncle's house and go stand on your own. He owes you nothing, especially not the pain he seems to be causing you, and you owe him nothing at all. |

GoldenJAT: All may not turn out the way yours turned out. In some cases such as what is playing out now. The end game may not be for the benefit of the Young Man, but rather it is 2 frustrate him. First, I do not feel insulted by you. You have in no way insulted me, and I hope I have not insulted you. A rational father does not frustrate his son. If a father frustrates his son, the son might sell the father's house from right under the father's ass! That is what I might have dieone if my own parents had frustrated me. That's not to say I was not frustrated, mind. Danfo stopping on your 10 year old foot while you are trying to collect your 50 kobo for a canned coke you sold to a passenger in it will very easily frustrate anyone , especially if the danfo drives off before you collect your money. This son should wise up instead of getting his friend to come here to cry over his 'frustration'! |

Here's one to show you how hard life can become if you have not learnt to stand on your own two feet. The entitlers here can preach the gospel of entitlement. I can't because I'm currently banned in Family. Satanisreal: Being the first son out of six kids is challenging as there's a lot of expectations and it's draining me. My parents really made things soft for us while growing up not until my dad feel sick and everything turned bad. I quickly realized things and kicked up hustling when I moved in with my uncle. This uncle of mine pays my fees and I work for him, but he's a very difficult person and no one stays with him for a long time even his wife couldn't. Having noticed that, I try as much as possible to please him but he keeps maltreating me so I deviced means to earn cos being wholely dependent on him will aggravate things for me. His wife is a very good person I look unto whenever I need certain things, this man changed totally during the lockdown and kept on accusing me of stealing his stuffs (Not money) even to the extent of taking me to the police, all these things began after some of his workers moved into his house where we reside, sometimes he'll tell his wife not to give me food for no plain reason. I overlooked these things but it was killing me inside, it really affected me because I'm a very calm person who likes to mind his biz and for sometime I was depressed and totally disappointed that my uncle would be doing this to me. I remember how he'll be telling me my father trained all of them (5) except him being the last born in school and therefore he owes no one nothing. Last year I was able to get something doing while I work for him and it gave me some money that I was using to support my family and complete all my fees upon resumption. I later got some more cash and foolishly went to him to seek advice on what I can start up with it, couldn't detect the fact that he wasn't happy with that. To cut it short, the business crashed while I was at school and he promised to repay me. Now I'm back to square one and currently on 6 months IT leave from school, when I came back to his house, things did not change instead it got worse so I quickly had to find something doing so I could leave. I used to model and do graphics designs and was also learning web development combined with Cloud computing but this man took my system and promised to fix it along with his when it spoilt but I've not seen it till date. A friend of mine whom I helped last year remembered me and asked me to come over to his place and I've been there now for a month trying to sort out things for my self but it's not working out and I don't seem to like this condition I find myself in. I'll be 19 by December and also a graduate next year, I don't have anything to show for it, even my next school fee I don't know where it'll come from, my mother on her own wants us to go back to her country and I've been begging her to reconsider it. All my mates willing to help me big at the moment indulge in fraud and I can't bear the thought of going illegal. I did not offend anybody, I'm not a bad person, just trying to better my life and these things ain't working out it's frustrating. I really need your advice cos for the past few weeks I can't get myself just been thinking about my next move and my future in general cos it seems I've been disappointed by my Uncle whom I believed in so much to help me.

GoldenJAT: And your children should and must likely toil day and night as well? In your case, your parents weren't buoyant and so u had 2 toil the way u did. And why was it your own mum that had 2 work hard 2 fund the education of her elder brothers as you Said. Why didn't they toil as men? You had nothing 2 inherit and as such common sense demands you hustle hard. First, since my parents have quite a few properties all over the world, I do have a lot to inherit, though I do not base my future on any of it since I have managed to accumulate quite a lot more with the education my parents have already given to me. Besides, my mother is a very generous woman and has given some of what I might have inherited, including a house I carried blocks to help her build, to those who are less fortunate that I am. We have been brought up to be generous like that, and give to the hardworking. Siblings toiling for the education of their older siblings was very common in the day of my parents when one child out of many was sent to school. My siblings did not have to toil for my education as I toiled for some of it myself and partly for their's too as their older sibling. And since I did not toil day and night, why, pray tell, should I require my own children to toil at all apart from in their books? Or have you not heard the prayer that one's children not go through what one went through? This father is choosing to further educate his son how he wishes too, and anyone who does not like it should go and force the father to give the child more or hug a transformer. I doubt the father gives a flying fuq what anyone here thinks. |

GoldenJAT: In your time u Said!! A whole lot of things has and had changed. How about I said our parents had it easier than what it is now! So allowing ur very first born 2 suffer is what makes a child turn out okay? What happened 2 close mentoring and nurturing? And about the 2k u kept hammering on,does that look tangible in anyway 2u? He works! And how much is he being paid? I bet you! You won't subject ur son/children 2 such. Some of our parents may not survive what this generation has survived, based on the current situation of the country. Make that manchi ask questions about his biological parents jare! And I stand on my earlier statement, NOT ALL RACE ARE MEANT TO BE RUN! UNLESS OUR PARENTS DIDN'T RUN THEIRS WELL. My parents had it much harder than I did! My mother worked to fund the education of her older brothers. My father paid for his own education because his father would rather have him working in his farm to feed his 13 wives and numerous children! I myself began earning at age 6, first selling oranges, and later cocacola and eggs at Lagos-Ibadan tollgate. I even had to carry blocks to build my mother's first house, but none of that gives me a sense of entitlement to my parent's property, nor do I believe anyone is born to suffer since my life and my future is in my own hands to make of it what I wish, and have! My mother will tell you that Agboju logun fi ara re fun osi ta. Whoever hopes on inheritance exposes himself to poverty. It has inspired me to stand on my own two feet instead of feeling entitled to that which I never worked for, and I must say, I am much better off for it. And I am my parent's first born! |

You are not the god of buda, Amatarasha, so what you like or dislike is hardly of concern to buda. And if you had been watching buda as you claimed, you'd know that buda was an atheist - not the ' believing Gods do not exist' type, but the type who ' knows Gods are the figment of the imagination' type - till only a couple of years ago when buda decided to create figments of the imagination inside the mind of buda. Hence, Jesus is Lord, Muhammed is a Prophet and there are as many Gods as we humans can create in our minds. You will not understand the above, but we'll see if you want to. Nor are you aware of the history buda has with those you mentioned, lol, which you can easily solve with a search. |

You really need to learn to stop making things up in your head and believing it. Religious people make up gods in their head and claim it is real but sensible people will say they are deluding themselves. buda is not angry Amatarasha. You don't have sufficient powers nor abilities to affect buda's serene mood. Amatarasha: Great buda is angry Friend I'm so sorry just that I have been tracking u for ages , all because I need some wise comments OK
@buda in that case of sonmvayina as a wise being u shud know we have 100 definitions on religion , don't make him feel stupid but tell him u have another definition thats how great people grow , by learning from lesser bEings
Don't be upset ,we are one Yes, religion has many definitions depending on who's defining. Only ignorant people claim their religion, or gods for that matter, is the only one, when it is obvious that every human being creates their own and no two are the same even if they start from the same image. buda is pleased at you for using your brain and mind. Just do what any average parents is supposed to do to their children.
