The victim doesnt have drugs, but has money, so the goal for robbing the victim is for money, and not drugs. The robber would say:
'Give me your money', not 'give me your drugs'

Playing the ball into corners and dribbling are part of a set of different secondary goals, tactics, manoeuvres etc carried out to get advantage towards achieving the comprehensive or all-embracing single purpose of putting the ball through the opposite team's goal post

I would argue that there is a very strong co-relation between the number and quality of a country’s engineers and it’s prosperity and dominance in the World.
eg UK steam 19thC, USA oil 20thC.
Russian and Chinese heavy engineering are currently awe inspiring with Germany keeping the western flag flying IMHO.
My definition of engineering is the harnessing of the resources of the universe for the benefit of mankind. (unbridled by politics)

Using of a communication gadget is a necessity, contract under such circumstances can be entered into by a minor without the parents consent.
You might have to check for the legal basis under contract law of various jurisdiction.
If there should be a SIM loss while the child is in school, who retrieves the SIM?
If the parents are residing in another country but wants their children to imbibe the Nigerian culture, hence sending such child to a Nigerian institution, who registers the SIM?

I became aware of pa hallowed by a lamp with his head stuck in what I latter understood were books. I cannot say how old I was at the time, but my observation was made from inside my cot which I lost use of at exactly 2 years, 2 months, and 19 days into my existence. So let's say by 3 years old.

Ma beating the contents of a book into me at age 7, made me realise I could learn. Prior to that, I was "a for apple, b for ball, c for cat, dog, elephant, fish, sheep", at which point a three pronged koboko landed on my head followed by "is that sheep"? With finger pointing to what seemed to me to be a sheep, since where I was coming from goats did not exist. It was at point of koboko landing on my head a few more times and tears streaming down my face that I was eventually clued in to the fact that those squiggly things under the picture were relevant and had meaning, and after a few more landings of the koboko I could read.

Anyhow buda made mouth beautiful whistle would come out. What an amazing power to have so suddenly acquired, buda thought.

See, this particular morning that buda woke up was a school morning where buda was one of only two black kids. I mean, buda was pretty standoutish with the very black skin already, now buda could whistle and actually call attention to buda! You must just imagine the stage that was Carleton Nursery N7 playground, buda's school mates watching and listening in awe as buda made mouth like this and buda made mouth like that as buda beautifully whistled in the playground.

"buda More! buda More!" They cheered at the amazingly suddenly acquired ability of buda to make mouth like this and make mouth like that and whistle beautifully to their adoration and cheer.

Then the bell went. Playtime over and we all went back to class. But they wouldn't stop. One stood up and said, "Miss, buda can whistle so beautifully!" Another said, "Yes Miss, you should have heard buda whistle in the playground". "buda is a bird". "Beautiful buda, Miss!"

So Miss asked proud buda to come front of class at Carleton Nursery N7 and buda made mouth like this and buda made mouth like that and buda whistled beautifully in front of Miss and the entire class for like five minutes till buda mouth started to hurt and buda's classmates clapped and cheered proud buda.

Miss, when buda finally tired and stopped making mouth like this and like that and whistling beautifully, said, "That's not whistling! That's screaming!" Then she taught us all to whistle while buda sunk in the unclothedness of emperors with no clothes.

All I can say is, it was a valuable lesson to learn at 3 years and 9 months old at Carleton Nursery N7.
