Anambra university was built in 2000, how did it become something Peter Obi built? You dey mad?

Meanwhile, Peter Obi left lot of incomplete road project for Obiano. And the ones which Peter Obi completed were only asphalted which have all been washed out, apart from the dully paid federal road contract which Peter Obi collected, even as he confirmed in the attached below.
