Verification is easy. With NYSC certificate verification which can be one online, they can tell the school you graduated from and your class of degree but it doesn't just make any sense that they are trying to verify results of candidates who wouldn't be employed.

What if they want to employ us all?

Happy new month to everyone on this thread. May it be a month full of success and fulfillment in all ramifications including this particular recruitment that brought us together. By God's grace, I wish to see everyone of us here in Nigeria Content Tower, Yenogoa for induction by September, 2021

The recruitment team are working indefatigably to ensure this recruitment process is completed and offer made by June.

We were supposed to have received interview invitation mail by now if not for setback experienced by the concerned teams (HR&IT). Physical interview was suggested initially but has been ruled out and that brought about the idea of online documentation.

Shortlisting has already been concluded and Virtual interview mails would drop once interviewers availability is secured. Interviews would run simultaneously for two weeks between April and May.

I wish everyone luck in the remaining part of this recruitment exercise. Thank you

Caverton helicopters provide logistic services in the Nigerian oil and gas industry, and of recent NCDMB has taken more prominent role in personnel recruitment in the entire industry. Statutorily their role ought to be monitoring the process, but I went for a recruitment process for a service company last week, and everything was done by NCDMB. The screening tests (2 screening tests) and interview. Even questions in the tests revolved around NCDMB. Also, all the interviewers introduced themselves and boldly confirmed that they were from NCDMB......and that was where the questions started:” Do you know who we are and why we might be here for this recruitment?” Another person paraphrased “do you know what the functions of NCDMB are and why we are here today?”. In fact they were just everywhere. I met a guy outside the interview room taking notes, he said he was from NCDMB too......and he’s in planning and statistics.

So yeah, don’t be surprise bro......I think it’s the new norm. A way to achieve the 70% local content goal. That’s all think.
