A narc enjoys trouble, seeks it. It's more than just been jealous. There is a pattern of attention seeking in a narc, if they don't get it, they throw tantrums. Getting angry over minor thing. This is a clear personality disorder, its different from the normal issues people face. I pray you don't meet one. They can drain one mentally and emotionally. It's tiring abeg.

Most cases, they will ask you to type the letter, give you letter head to print and scan it and forward it to them. They will then do the needful.

Going by the above message in quotation marks, take note of the word "confidential", it means that my recommenders will write the letters and forward it to the mail of School Grad. Studies".

I would like to hear from anyone who has applied to the school.

See the parts of the requirements below:

"International applicants to the program have a TOEFL score of at least 100 (IBT) or an IELTS score of at least 7.5. Applicants who do not meet these scores can still be considered for admission based on their performance in an interview with the Director of Graduate Studies in English."

It is waived.

The ones in Lagos collect 10% of the rent. I have even heard of some that negotiated their charges and it was above 10%. Some of them inflate the cost of the property. Some rent one apartment out to multiple people. They charge inspection fees and the annoying part is that they sometimes end up taking you to an abysmal or totally different property.

Are there landlords here that rent out their properties without using agents? How has it been?

Sometimes the agent and agreement fee is more than the main house fee. A friend of mine once saw a boy's quarter that is 5k per month, making 60k per year and agent and commission fee is 70k, this was about 3 years ago o! I can only imagine now. It is well!

The amount depends on how much is the deficits in the school you applied to.

Yeap some schools offer scholarships that cover dependent but they are few and far in between.

At the bolded, do you have any reason why you don't want to take any of these exams, if not both at least one. You have a good CGPA, any of those exams will apparently make you more competitive, but it's still your call and your choice to make.

What are your chances for? You didn't say the course or degree you want to go for.
As for the experience, you have to demonstrate the synchronism between what the masters or whatever degree you're going for and your past, most preferably your future career projection.

Fall 2022 seems far, but with laxity it will only be a blink of an eye.
