The statement was actually clear...minimum of second class upper...(there's nothing like the minimum of upper and lower), that will make the sentence wrong....it's 2'2 or hnd with masters...

The statement did not say second class upper AND lower. It says second class upper OR lower. It therefore means these are the minimum choices depending on which applies to you

The statement reads:

bachelor's degree with a minimum of second class upper or

Second Class lower or

Hnd upper or

Lower credit with a good masters degree.

From this statement, I guess it's hnd lower credit that needs masters. But I could be wrong. This is what I can deduce from the statement.

Actually there is no proof that the guy has scam anyone on this forum and his post that was posted here was in 2018 asking for help and himself confirm that he also want to buy a slot for himself, although we need to be careful and at the same time we should not just tag someone as a scammer if it has not being confirmed, as we all know that he might be advertising and if the slot is sold, he will be given commission.

And of course, it's possible he just met the person and want to hustle his own pay. But everyone needs to be careful.

It's a fresh recruitment, and the process started last year June, if I'm not mistaken. We have written two exams so far. But then, this is Nigeria, you can still shoot your shots!

Nigerians and especially the young women don’t want to work.

They are looking for where they will enter do nothing and find someone to dash them money. I am an employer and have found young men to be more willing to actually do work than the women.

I have had female employees ask me “don’t we get to interact more with male customers”? I don’t know what admin work has to do with male customers, those ones didn’t last.

The next more responsible persons are widows with young children they will woeralrk like you cannot believe. They are my preferred staff. HND holders over degree holders too, they are used to hustle and value money. A young SSCE holder is more likely to show loyalty and commitment and learn from he ground up staying with your organisation for a long time.

We have sent a few of those unto private universities after a few years.

Your generalization is so out of tune. People and circumstances differ. I pray you don't miss a very good and loyal person because of your bias. Ask yourself, do I want people to label me b4 they get to know me? It's a food for thought!

And let’s even face it......there must be a cutoff at some point, and majority has to be below the cutoff. Don’t drag emotions to it coz that’s how every screening process is designed-to only obtain the top of the pyramid. As for the last test, it was a complete rewrite coz of the obvious lapses by the organisers. It’s a bit unrealistic to think that will always be the case. Say 100,000 applied for the roles, they can’t screen out only 10,000 and invite 90,000. By all means pray you’re favoured, coz God’s favour breaks protocols; but don’t come verbally attacking someone here as if they are denying you your rights with their speculations or information. I advise you just keep praying.

I agree. In a situation like this, even someone who scores 2% will still want to hold on to some sort of hope except they see a genuine reason not to. At some point we will all need to face reality but b4 then let's just remain hopeful.

Attitude matters a lot in this life. Humility can take us far. Those who bring info here are not under obligation to do so. They do it out of service to humanity.
