emmanuelbrown26: Yorubas are terrible people na every tribe practice tribalism. Not just only yorubas. Only few will not dp it. Not that we hate ourselves because we marry each other but, because we are just selfish. If someone is from your village, you will always want him to be your president. I don't think that way. If you don't think that way you are an enemy. That the way people from each tribe look at it. |

ednut1: its a probability. Because my colleagues in USA are earning more. But that gun violence wahala is making me scared. The first time i shot a real gun the smoke residue made me almost vomit. I now hate guns🤣. Just watched a video where neighbour argument over noise ended up in a man and his step son getting killed. I went on holiday from the UK to America early this year. The police stopped us on our way to my friends home, they told us to get out of the car, then my phone rang. As I put my hands in my pocket, the foolish police officer pointed his gun at me straight away. I was very much afraid. Omo I piss for body. For England as racist as the police are they never carry gun or to point a gun at you. |

It is just a shame that the president didn't plan on ways to reduce the negative impact fuel subsidy will have on the common man before removing it. They(politicians) are all selfish because they are living a comfortable life by taxing (indirect tax) the hell out of Nigerians you can imagine if there is going to be another election today, this APC party will have no votes atall |

You can look at other countries in West Africa, their population is even not up to nigerian population. Maybe other west African countries don't like pu---y like nigerians |

Kobojunkie: ■ You dey read at all? The changes are for the betterment of the country not just the section of the country that is poor. It is left to the poor to choose whether rise or die at this point. Nigeria cannot and should not keep lagging all for the sake of the poor. The poor need to step up.
2. Well, if people continue to live as they did before now... multiplying like rats, and living foolishly--- of course suffering will remain their lot. However, if people decide to finally cut coats according to their size --- commonsense --- then their is hope. I am not against the poor but the country was not built only for them and the poor need to help themselves at this point. you can imagine a poor man with two wives and 10 kids living in a room and parlour! And you are expecting nigeria to change? It's either one to japa or stay and cut your coats to your size |

babakb: First of all, tell us the type of Visa she used to enter Canada
If she entered with a Tourist or Visit Visa then she would definitely suffer because that's the same thing those homeless Nigerians in Canada are facing!!! Tourist or Visit Visa doesn't entitle you to any working rights in Canada so you go suffer you are correct. People just like listening to the wrong people. There are different types of visa. If you obtain the wrong visa, you will suffer. This is not only in Canada but in all developed countries
My sister Canada is not over hyped, those that came in as Permanent residents or other types of residence permit are living their lives happily.
Secondly, In developed countries If you're not a Medical Doctor, Nurse, Pharmacist, IT Professional, Radiographer, Medical Laboratory Scientist, Welder, Carpenter, Truck Driver, Certified and Experienced Engineer, Highly Skilled Sports Professional etc You will only be left with survival jobs like factory work, cleaning, construction laborer, cemetery attendants, waiter/waitress etc. But if you have a residence permit you can learn a relevant skill so that you take up a professional job.
Nigerians don't like to publicly take responsibility for their actions or inactions She probably entered with a wrong Visa or is not skilled in any of the above mentioned professions.
I know hundreds of people that migrated to Canada and are living happily, but going abroad is not for everyone actually, if you don't have what it takes to thrive there, just remain in Naija. |

cococandy: But people in uk still travel home. Some even travel home multiple times a year. What are you even talking about? Ask him how much are they paying nigerian nurses? compare to niger nurses? even if nurses leave the NHS hospitals and work for agencies they pay more. it happens in all institutions. a bus driver works for a bus company and gets 17 pounds an hour but when he works for and agency he earns 25 pounds an hour. so many make 1000 pounds a week. even with the high cost of living, its still better than nigeria. |

you dont need to go to anybody. all you have to do is look for a college anywhere in the uk and go for training. Then go for apprentice at any car dealers like vauhall, ford, volvo e.t.c. after your training from college and dealers you are good to go. it takes time to build up costomers. after all these money will strt rolling in. There s not enough technicians in scotland. and that is all trade. |

To paint my flat and decorate with wall papers naa 2000 pounds them bill me for uk here. dont let us even think of plumber or electrical works. just to come out to see the problem or fault, them go charge you 70 to 100 pounds. To service my car it starts from 200 to 300. my valganizer will colect 80 to 100 per tyre which i have to change every year. So many tecnicians earn more than coler and tie jobs in advanced countries. My auto electrician makes 200k in 3 months. untill we value our tecnicians in nigeria, we will never develop. As we day build more universities than tecnical schools, we will continiue to have problems with unemployment. |
