If you are not eligible for a waiver and you do not have a valid US VISA that permits transiting the US, you will be sent back to Niaja and recorded as having been denied entry to the US even if you are not disembarking from the plane.
You can apply for a category C or B1/B2 US Visa right now or you cancel/re-book your flight avoiding the US. I would go for the latter without thinking twice.

Karioska: @ bumdish I read the blog, all the comments were just mere opinion, I will like to know if anyone has tried it. I am presently on F1 visa in the USA. Please I still need comments on this matter. Maybe I should have applied to canada staight instead of coming to the us.

I have not been able to pin down a crystal clear CIC position on this hence my advice to contact CIC directly so you can clear your mind.

i_am_saheed, you have more than enough to worry about right now, so spend your time and effort doing just that.

But just for your information, you can renew any status during the last 6 months of a current status. You would need to renew/change your permit first (so you can remain in Canada)after which you can apply for another visa (so that you can enter again if need be)

elo thaddi: Nice one OP. I use to bedwet and I stopped it after secondary fully. The experience (boarding school) wasn't good at all. My kids won't expeirence same cos I will always help(waking them at night)and advice (drinking less, if not, none at all after 9pm) them.

Nice writeup, but the writer left out the aspect of training the child and building in some precautionary measure like the ones listed above. It could be an hormonal thing, agreed but we can not just retire efforts. Children needs to be trained to become the 'Boss of their own Body'. Peeing before bedtime, restricting a child's fluid intake before bed and covering the mattress with plastic are 3 basic things I remember mama did and they worked.
Some kids are very deep sleeper and some are lazy picking themselves up from sleep, training a child at the right time and in the proper way can not be over empathized.

Issues like this usually escalate out of proportion in our society and I wouldn't be sitting down here condemning the young man's family. Who know the level of provocation and irresponsibility that might have caused the issues to degenerate to such extent. I am not condoning any form of violence as a result of a backlash but there seems to be so many unanswered questions.
The best one can do right now is to console the bereaved and advise, if legal redress is an option. The lose is so sudden and too great to start casting stones.

I decided to call the Presidents Office.... spoke to someone there.... she advised I speak with the Registrar (Massa) again...then Massa will forward the request to them for approval.... well... Massa says no... that students need to walk into their school to pay tuition (exactly her word).... I was shocked and sad... seems these guys are not gonna bend.... and guess wat her last option is.... telling me to advise the students to apply to another school in Ontario and transfer once they get to Canada... I told her, these are students that are already on the final phase of their visas and this tuition payment is holding their visas... and they will have to reapply again if they cant pay.... well... she said SORRY.... I dont think I will advise anyone to apply to this school again... the headache is too much....

Someone once found my contact via the internet and contacted me about this same issue but for another school. I remember going to her department to inquire but it was stories, I then went to the graduate studies office and it was still a no-no, I later went to the Student Finance office; those ones stated stories also until I was lucky to speak directly with their boss. According to the madam, they have started receiving such requests from international students so they opened something like a suspense account to warehouse the funds until the student arrives, that way, they have a workaround for the students. Thankfully, the lady in question will be landing soon.
I wouldn't know how far this matter has gone but I would advise that you guys keep being persistent at it, you could check with the finance office if that has not been done already.
Guys, if at the end of it all, you are unable to make headway with the school, go drop the money into their account, grab all your mails, write a detailed letter, attach your receipt and send to CDHC. At that point you have done all that is humanly possible, you've had it documented and even dropped the cash. I don't believe CDHC would be unsatisfied.

You have submitted already so just watch and pray.
There are several ways to show you are able to meet your maturing obligations apart from cash. Bill of Exchange (treasury bills, commercial bills or financial bills), bonds, fixed deposit investments, Equity Shares (especially for publicly traded companies) etc, these are called "Near money". Theoretically, they are liquid assets that can be easily converted into cash so I believe you don't have a problem on this one if your sponsor's stock tangagidigba.

I said "Most People" in 22, meaning not everybody and "You would need to declare cash amount in excess of $9,999" in 25- This means ...more than $9,999 and if you were referring to "or its equivalent", leme spell it out - "or the equivalent in excess of $9,999 in other currencies".
