BigND: You never learn anything, yet u keep celebrating ignorance. Go back and watch the video and come back to state that Biodun never established COZA as at the time the incidence allegedly happened. You are banking on probable flop of a plaintif as tool to twart rape allegation? Is either you are a rapist yourself, or a rapist apologist or those hired with 50k by COZA to defend this alleged shameful act. Who told you Busola was 17plus at the time of allegation? Go back and watch the video. Now watch with an open mind, not with a corrupt mind to twist story. Then come back to make comment son. As per the documentary evidence, bother not yourself about those. Some things are too technical for your likes to understand. |

BigND: Worry not about what u do not know son. The evolving developments on this case is mind-blowing. I only pity Biodun and his supporters. You would be amazed about documentary evidence about matter, not disclosed but kept since the past twenty years. Go back to the ABC of law, baby lawyer. 1 Like |

frankyychiji: Why do u people keep sounding like illiterates, abeit u could actually be one. That someone does not struggle or shout during sexx/rape does not mean a valid consent has been obtained. Having carnal knowledge of a person without consent or forcefully obtained consent is called rape, whether the victim shouted/struggled or not. A person under the age of 18 cannot give any valid consent to sexx because she is below the age of consent. Therefore if she/he willingly and freely offered himself/herself for sexx, such sexx is called statutory rape. Biodun has never denied having carnal knowledge of Busola. He had simply claimed he never raped anyone (Every criminal would say that in the first instance). He has also agreed he knows Busola, but he has not graphically descibe the relationship that subsisted between them. There is a big question mark. The new lady who narrated her ordeal yesterday mentioned that Biodun confessed to her that Busola was one of those girls frolicking around him in Ilorin and impliedly indicated that they had sexx, was never raped. Many rape apologists and hired defenders of Biodun/COZA like you have also agreed that Biodun had/ could have sexx with Budola, but you kept arguing that it was consensual. If the above is true, then the would be what was Busola's age when this happened? If truely she was sixteen as she claimed, then Biodun don buy market. He had committed statutory rape. Biodun good have oratory prowess and he could be a good manipulator, but honestly he did not appear like an intelligent person to me, especially when subjected to pressure. The way he handled Ese Walter's case of 2013 gave him out as a dullard. His initial response to the current issues and other crisis management tactics deployed to discredit the victim corroborated my ompression of him. I see him flopping under intense cross-examination in the court of law. I am aware the Dakolos have engaged the services of Femi Falana on this matter. Let's watch like bat as the event unfolds. #saynotorape. #notinmychurch. #donotbearapistapology 3 Likes |

[quote author=Lifestone post=79945989] The fact that Busola hasn't filed criminal complains means she can't prove it. I am not a fan of Pastor Fatoyinbo. They obviously had sex, but it's not rape. Maybe she later became remorsefully guilty of the act and need to come out to free her ] Busola never objectify to file a suit. Her focus was to tell her side of the story and set the record straight. The only person who thrwatened court action is Fatoyinbo. If by now he has not done that, i can also conclude he is guilty. |

Kalixx: You don't get it. The Dakolos are not doing this to seek legal redress. I do not beleive they need your advice in that capacity as they are educated enough to know the way to court of law if they want to sue for legal justice. The Dakolos are doing this to tell their side of the story and set the record straight after paid agents of COZA like you have twisted the story, panted the victim of your randy 'pastorpreneur' (Busola) in black and making her look promiscuous. Some of you even stupidly questioned the paternity of her children! The Dakolos are doing this to encourage other victims to speak up, while warning other vulnerable prospects to seek caution and hold their guards. The Dakolos are doing this to let the whole world knows that Biodun is not what people think he is or what he holds out that he is, rather, nothing but a wolf in sheep clothing. Have they achieved these objectives? My answer would be definite YES. In the first instance, you are here defending this matter because Busola spoke out. Even though you may not beleive her story because you are a COZA apologist/paid media influencer, millions of people across beleive her story, more so that all the bails of lies put together by th COZA MEDIA CREW (CMC) are falling apart like a park of badly arranged cards. That settles the first objective. Secondly, the fact that other victims are now coming out boldly to tell their stories (I am sure more will still come out) indicates that the Dakolos are achieving their second objectives. I am sure that many sensible parents will think twice before leaving their teenage daughters with the Fatoyinbos after the Dakolo's video, even if Biodun preaches with fire. Similarly, vulnerable young adults and married women will create distance. If there is anybody who should go to court in this matter, it should be the Fatoyinbo. Infact, he was the one who threatened court action in his first reaction ( I call it initial gragra) . However, it is almost a week after, like he did in the case of Ese Walter in 2013, the guy has msintained a gravetard quieteness. I tell you, he will never say anything on this matter. If he dare tries it, can of worms would be opened. A smart move he made is to take a leave of absence. He has withdrawn himself from circulation. The point is that he knows that his reputation is already battered. If he continued to soldier on, he knows that his business-COZA will go down with his reputation. The best he can do now is to protect his business by creating a new face for COZA. It does not change anything. He still signs cheques, he still runs things from backdoor. Mugus and magas will still bring tithes and offerings during weekdays and sundays. Some puccci could still get 4ckd behind the scenes. The only thing is that he is not coming to preach and showcasing himself as the face of the church. The wife will keep covering him up and defending him. She knows that if the business collapses, their exravagant lifestyle is a gonner. So she must protect her pot of soup even if Biodun have foursome with her and other prostitutes in the church. Christianity is really a fraud in Nigeria. All your pastors are thieves, with no exception. 2 Likes |

GoTV: And how do u know he is innocent, you sheppie? How come thar Biodun has constantly and consistently become an object of sexual immorality allegations? Is he the only young Pastor in Nigeria? How come that the likes of Paul Enenche, Joshua Talena, Adefarasin et al. have not had cases of sexual perversion and rape scandal attached to their names? Everybody cannot be wrong. This is a case of one allegation too many. What does the Dakolos stand to gain by bearing 'false' allegation against Biodun? Absolutely nothing. Do you know what it means for a married woman, of Mrs Dakolo's status to come out boldly and tell the public that she was raped? Do you know how many ladies have equally mentioned that they went through similar ordeal in the hands of Fatoyinbo? Guy use your brain, if u have any. That guy is a criminal. Egbeyemi Is Ekiti APC's Deputy Governorship Candidate Former Executive Chairman of Ado-Ekiti Local Government in Ekiti State, Chief Adebisi Adegboyega Egbeyemi, a lawyer, has been nominated as the deputy governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ekiti State. After a long search for the candidate, Egbeyemi was picked as the candidate this evening after party leaders met for long hours to consider who is best suited to pair with former Governor and immediate past Minister of Mines an Steel Development, Dr Kayode Fayemi, to fly the party's flag in the governorship contest. Egbeyemi's choice came after speculations by the expectant public spread that certain eminent indigenes of the state had been picked to fly the ticket with Fayemi in the July 14, 2018 governorship poll. Egbeyemi, an indigene of Ado-Ekiti, was born on May 8, 1944 to the family of the late Egbeyemi Alade and late Madam Tinubu Egbeyemi. He started his education at the Holy Trinity Anglican School, Ilawe-Ekiti and Baptist School, Ado-Ekiti, after which he attended Harding Memorial Modern School, Ado-Ekiti. He studied privately while working as a Laboratory Assistant at Ekitiparapo College, Ido-Ekiti, and while working as a bursar at Notre Dame Grammar School, Usi-Ekiti, Egbeyemi sat as a private student to pass both the GCE O'Level and Advanced Level examinations. He later proceeded to the University of Lagos College of Education where he graduated in Biology and Physical Education with distinction. He taught briefly at the St Mary's Girls Secondary School, Ikole-Ekiti, in 1975 before he was transferred to the Teachers' College, Oye-Ekiti, as a pioneer Physical Education tutor between 1975 and 1977. He later went to the University of Ife to read Law between 1977 and 1980 before proceeding to the Law School in Lagos for his Barrister at Law certificate and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1981 as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. His political experiences spanned many fields, including the Youth Leader of the Unity Party of Nigeria (UPN) between 1979 and 1983; a member of the Ondo State House of Assembly in 1983; and Executive Chairman of Ado-Ekiti Local Government between 1991 and 1993. Others include Leader of the United Nigeria Congress Party (UNCP) in Ado-Ekiti Local Government between 1996 and 1997 and was founding member of the Alliance for Democracy (AD), using the platform to win the House of Representatives election that was cancelled by the late Head of State, General Sani Abacha, in 1998. Between 1991 and 1992, he was Commissioner of Education and between 2001 and 2002, Egbeyemi was a member of the Governing Council of the National Teachers' Institute, Kaduna. A receiver of many awards, the lawyer was appointed the Commissioner for Justice and Attorney General between 2002 and 2003. He was a founding member and Leader of the Action Congress in Ado-Ekiti Local Government and currently a foremost leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ekiti State. A top chieftaincy title holder in Ado-Ekiti, Egbeyemi is married with children. Sign: Wole Olujobi For JKF Campaign Office |

1nigeriamyfoot: That guy is derided of intelligence. These are cases that have been trashed in court and Fayose has been exonerated. He even won 10billiin against EFCC in 2012. Ekiti politics is beyond what these online BMC are analysing. If you know the psychology of a typical Ekiti man, you we know that some of these analysts don't have an idea about nothing. One mumu was saying he were to be Fayemi, he will just offer to pay salary and then it win election for him. I laughed. As far as an average Ekiti man is concerned, Fayemi is regarded as a plaque that must be avoided. Many see him as one who stole Ekiti blind and whatever he brings is a recovery of Ekiti money. Infact the man spent hundreds of millions of money on delegates to win this primary election with a promise to inflate their bank accounts after the success of the election. Since they know he will not default because he will need them for general election, they voted him. This will not work in general election. They know he has nothing at stake again. People will collect his money and refuse to vote for him. Besides, expect a massive decamping from APC after this primaries 4 Likes 1 Share |

How I wish people understand the political strategy of Fayose. The whole idea is to ginger Fayemi to contest under APC. Fayose knows for sure that Fayemi is the easiest candidate to beat in 2018. By releasing that white paper, Fayemi will naturally be obliged to contest for APC primary and to prove that the white paper is of no effect. Since Fayemi has the APC structure in Ekiti, he is most likely to emerge the APC candidate. ..and art is he today in Ekiti, the name Fayemi is synonymous with failure and sack. Fayose is smart. 2 Likes 1 Share |
