Deen77:Who is this PDP sir? The problem is that we are simply pursuing shadow whenever we call these party names. If you will pause and reflect on those who were actually in PDP over the last 16 years, where are they presently? Sir neither PDP nor APC is our problem but those individuals who hide under party names to confuse you. Call them the wolves in sheep clothing.... too bad we keep getting deceived and carried away with their antics year after year. |
In the midst of all these confusion I have realized something, Nigerians have no idea of what their problem is actually because we have refused to learn from our history that's why we keep repeating the same mistakes over and over and over again. If you are in tune with the annals of history, you will know that this is just the beginning of things to come because we have defiantly towed this path in the past and it was disastrous. We are the architect of our problem and neither Buhari nor APC nor PDP will save us. |
And you think that God gave you a gift by telling you to rip off your lecturer, why are you bringing him into a choice you made? Remember when you start reaping what you have just sowed, don't involve God in it. |
What is this? What value does sitting with another president add to us as a nation? Why are we so so pitiful in anything we do? For some folks this is an achievement. It's a pity. |
By having a personal relationship with Jesus, everything about a sound chritian life comes out of this. Victory over sin will just come as a by product. |
I told a friend who recently wrote a book that will be launched next week that I paid in 100k into his account this morning as my own support since I won't be available that day, if you see how he shouted over the phone with repeated thank you remarks and how am a wonderful friend and his only true friend and brother bla bla bla . I allowed him pour out all his gratitude on me before telling him; O boy go back to work, you just gat April fooled. His morale immediately had low self esteem![]() ![]() |
martineverest:Awesome ![]() The niceness is about to get better ![]() |
martineverest:And you are who sir? Do I your permission to do what my heart prompted me to do? Oh hold on, you are expecting me to come and counter your remarks by telling you how many abandoned children I have reached out to. Who cares. Hope you are having a nice day by the way..... |
SweetJustice:I don't see any reason why you had to interfere in a simple question I asked sir. Why must it not be this particular one? So if I give to foundations around me, I will come and let everyone know about it? Only you know why you posted such reply. Good day. |
Anyone with contacts whatsoever on how to reach out to this organisation? |
seyema:I'll take the last phrase as a joke. |
It amuses me whenever I hear people say: we are fighting corruption in Nigeria, I just look at the person and feel sorry for the type of deception they are living under. We are not even close to preparing for the fight yet, we are still in a deep slumber. How I wish I was among those students, Oby and Sagay would have had it really hot. Too bad our students are bereft of what is actually going on in their dear county. |
aameyah:Am not trying to do that ma'am, I totally agree that units are different but I have been on jobs before that I hated and it sapped me all round, then I got to asking myself what's really wrong. Changed job but the same stress persisted until I discovered that my job is not my problem but my attitude to my job and the fact that I magnified the bad more than the good. I worked on my inside and it totally changed everything. Ma irrespective of the dept or nature of job you are into, you can decide the way that you view your job and what you focus more on, it's a choice. I can guarantee you that 99.9% of an average job in this country is stressful and energy sapping, it's not only baking job. It's just that people have magnified their bad experiences as a result of their attitude and so on. I have friends who are marketers that have terrible bosses but it dosent bother them a bit and they love their job. While some others in that same dept can't wait for Fridays to come every week. Though I agree that some job are simply inhumane and pure evil. |
aameyah:Well that's your opinion but I wouldn't agree with you or else we both will be wrong. If you believe that bank work is stressful both physically and emotionally, then I can guarantee you that you will be stressed both physically and emotionally, it's your choice. But for me my job is a blessing and a means to put my God given talent into practice. It's demanding but it ain't robbing me of my emotions and physical well being. |
I've discovered that a lot of things that people call stress are actually birthed as a result of the type of lifestyle they live. There is no work that won't naturally demand a lot from you, but how you manage your little time will go a long way to determine if you will go through your job healthy or worn out. Bank job is stressful but people are in it and are living a happy and fulfilled life. It's not about what your job demands from you, it's about how you manage and respond to those demands. Some bankers close work around 6-7pm or thereabout but spend the next hours in bar and outdoor until the wee hours of the night. Why won't you be stressed? If you learn how to master your time and be in control of your 24hrs and only do things that ADDS VALUE to your future, by the grace of God you will stand anything that your job throws at you. But if you dabble into the general notion that a particular job is bad and so on.... then get ready to experience that imagination you have bought from others. |
Kudos Op, Am also a dog lover but I will rather not buy a dog than buying one and not taking good care of it. To those complaining how long the post is, how else do you increase your knowledge bank if not through reading? ![]() Force yourself to do things that will add value to you even tho you don't feel like doing it, that's why you are a grown up and not a kid who only does what he feels comfortable with. |
theEYe21:Imagine the unimaginable imagination ![]() |
So people still actually sit down to watch super tasty fried chickens play?
People get mind oo![]() |
Casket of mass destruction ![]() |
Common guys, cut the man some slack. In all conditions, give thanks to God. So thank God that we have a normad as a president, it could have been worse you know. ![]() |
Sexyolori:Just remove your mind from it entirely and find something that will keep you busy if you are not employed at the moment, before you know it your message will roll in. |
greatgod2012:Tell them to stop traveling nah, let everyone wait for everybody so that everybody can travel together |
Same old politicians being recycled, even Atiku is an agent of change.... kai kai kai! Lord into thy hands we commit our spirit in this country. |
JackBizzle:What is football in the first place, as in its meaning practically apart from it being a sport? Is it parachuting? You simply elaborated on what I said and you are still using it as a point of argument. Not bad.. |
rexben:This is hilarious. You are simply using words out of context sir, don't you know that it was those same disciples of Jesus that people later started calling Christians in Antioch? They were not called Christians when they were with Jesus simply because Jesus was still with them visibly, they have that promise of redemption right next to them and so it could only be literally wise to refer to them as the disciples of that redemption(Jesus). But wether Jesus went back to heaven after his resurrection, his disciples continued in his ways and when people now wants to address them, they couldn't refer to them as disciples of that man Jesus because he is no longer present with them, rather they said these men are acting really like Jesus whom we know was once here with us presently. They simply started calling them Chritians ie Christ Like. So the name Christians is simply a short form of saying those that act like Christ. You can't be a disciple of Jesus Christ without still being a Christian. They are literally the same thing. |
Some people actually don't know that true Christianity is not a religion but a way of life. Religion has more often than not been used to coerce people's mind and make them do things which is totally against the true nature of God whom they are trying to have access to. Until people learn that you can't have access to God using a set of man made rules and practices the better for them. |
If he criticize you before marriage about your body, what will he do after you have given birth to your kids? His love for you (if at all it's love) is not at heart, it's a love that satisfies him because he wants to have you fit and appealing before him. Simply put, you are his trophy and once you fall beyond his standards, then lights out on that love. How long will you continue to go the gym not because you want to exercise your body and prevent sickness, but because you want to please someone? Look beyond the present and imagine how you will be in 15 years time, will he still see you as his pretty wifey who had everything intact? It's a pity on what relationships and marriages has been reduced to today. |
MetaHuman:God gat more answers than Google sir. Actually you are the one that needs to be enlightened as you are just being pain ignorant because even the scientists that conduct some of these research acknowledge the that there must be a creator who made all these things. Do you know the number of new discoveries that are made daily in different spheres of live after scientists have thought they have exhausted all that needed to be known? Wake up! There is a God who created the heavens and the earth, whether you believe it or not is your own choice tho. |
Deen77:I just asked myself and myself was like: Am I hungry or something? Why should I be asking myself where Nigeria's crude oil money at $100/$120/140 is. Your question sir is already prejudiced and with sentiments honestly, because according to your analysis, you are concerned with the swindling of our crude accounts under GEJ because it gave a higher rate of returns during his time. How will that change anything when it comes to the corruption and looting this country has been experiencing as far back as Pre-Abacha's regime? Our leaders are corrupt and that's the fact. GEJ was loose during his tenure but that dosent change anything from the already bad antecedents set. Focusing only on GEJ admin is nothing but political hullabaloo and maneuvering, it's nowhere near fighting corruption. Fighting of corruption begins when any administration starts from his own immediate govt and clamp down any excesses on governance and lead by example, prune down executive costs and so on, so that when you face those outside the corridors of power or your predecessors, everyone will know you mean business. Till something like this happens in this country, we will just be deceiving ourselves in the name of fighting corruption. |
fortune1968:Sir, If you have a thief lodging in your house and you left him and went after a thief on the road, what does that make you? Am not suggesting that one is a thief am simply stating that virtually 98% of our politicians are the same, merit shouldn't be categorizing them based on their party and so on. What irks me is when some want to claim saint and label others evil, that's hypocrisy of the highest level sir. Except if you sincerely believe that they are not the same, all driven by greed and selfishness irrespective of political affiliations. Remove the plank in your own eyes before you go after your brother's log of wood. |
