I tell Nigerians, until something different is done from what we have always seen from our leaders, both present and past, then our state of comatose will continue to prevail. That's a problem. Different groups around the world are employing the same strategy today. If I question ISIS about speaking to the creator, they too have a book. Books don't prove that kind of claim. Paul wrote half of the Bible. Do you know what it took before he believed?

He witnessed a man die, he doubted that the dead man spirit was popping up in his absence, he expressed his doubt to the human beings making the claim, and the message was passed on to the dead man spirit. Why is it that every time I ask for a demonstration, you guys point to food items? OK, observe the coconut. Does it look easy to open? Why is it different from the banana with the easily removable skin? You point to the easy skin of the banana, to prove that it was designed to be eaten by us. What about the tough coconut? Bushmeat? Could you capture a bush animal for food if you had to?

The reason why simple instances is normally used is because more often than not, atheist have this mindset that since its about God, the explanation and proof must have to be glorious and mind blowing for it to suit God's personality. But based on experiences and studies, it has come to the notice of many that God is actually not into showmanship and flouting his splendor anyhow, he uses the simple and less pronounced things of this world to describe his true nature, humility personified. Bringing down your imagination to the level of food items is also to convey that same message. Its that simple. The kingdom of God is akin to a mustard seed, which to many wont make any sense because of the perceptions they have about God.

But I have been thinking... What if the banana was created for anal penetration. I mean the inward curvature gives it a strong grip on the anus giving more pleasure than would a penis. Billions of years ago, a big bang produced a large rock. As the rock cooled, sweet brown liquid formed on its surface. As time passed, aluminum formed itself into a can, a lid, and a tab. Millions of years later, red and white paint fell from the sky, and formed itself into the words "Coca Cola 12 fluid ounces."

Of course, my theory is an insult to your intellect, because you know that if the Coca Cola can is made, there must be a maker. If it is designed, there must be a designer. The alternative, that it happened by chance or accident, is to move into an intellectual free zone.

God is not flesh and blood. He is an eternal Spirit-immortal and invisible. Like the television waves, He cannot be experienced until the "receiver" is switched on. Here is something you will find hard to believe: Jesus said, "He who has My commandments and keeps them, he it is who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him" (John 14:21).

Either that is true or it isn't. Jesus Christ says that He will manifest Himself to anyone who obeys Him. Approach the subject the same way you approached your first television set. Just take a small step of faith. If it works, enjoy it, if it doesn't, forget it.

Or have you an ulterior motive? Could it be that the "atheist" can't find God, for the same reason a thief can't find a policeman? Could it be that your love for sin is clouding your good judgment? If the Bible is true, and Jesus Christ has "abolished death and brought life and immortality to light through the Gospel," then you owe it to yourself just to check it out. A lot of Christians are simply practicing religion without knowing it, Christianity without the person of Jesus is simply hypocrisy whether you are a Catholic, Pentecostal, Anglican etc. In heaven your church is as irrelevant as anything you can think of because you will stand before God almighty, imagine telling him you are a Pentecostal or Roman Catholic and so on. God help us all.

What a deceived generation, how can being a gambler help a small kid who am sure may not be performing well in his studies. Making money to do what with it at such age? Speechless3 stop wasting your energy arguing with these guys, because the truth is that they know deep down that God exist, for the invisible things of him from creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse. But they are just denying it and suppressing it, reason being that it gives them that freedom of not becoming morally accountable, they are free to do whatever they like according to what they think is right or wrong in their own eyes, they are technically equating themselves to animals, survival of the fittest, etc. Any argument you are making with them will only result into further argument without end because they have an already prejudiced mindset about the whole issue and will twist whatever you ask them and so on and may even resort to mere derogatory criticism without an open heart to constructive dialogue.
But they are still funny guys to be around, have been opportuned to meet with their type in the past. Their sense of paranoia is something else

As far as the purpose is for aiding some people that hardly carry cash around, then i see nothing wrong in it. It's technology advancement to reduce cash transactions. A pastor that is a wolf in a sheep's clothing can still swindle you even more effectively without POS. So the criticisms is dead on arrival for me.

To me, all these trading of blames and pointing accusing finger to the opposite sex over someone's immoral life is the reason why it's on the rise. Nobody is willing to take responsibility, they are tempted always tempted by the opposite sex. Being tempted and falling for the temptation are two different thing altogether. A married man or woman that says that the opposite sex made him or her indulge in illicit relationship is simply being irresponsible, you have to cooperate with any temptation that comes your way before it overpowers you. Also temptations follow your thought pattern, you can't be tempted and fall for something you haven't thought about doing in your heart in the first place. These excuses and counter excuses are why people will still fall for temptation because they will never accept that the fault is from them and look for ways to get control over their feelings, rather they will point fingers and look for who to blame.
If you are married, grow up and stick to your partner and get some self control if you don't have any, people that blame others for the act that they willfully engaged in are just plain ignorant and deceived.

God is God.
Atheist with all their sorry knowledge and acclaimed intellect can't produce anything from nothing, they study what God created and see his glory around them daily, yet they suppress the truth about the existence of a creator.

Op in your quest to find truth, you ended up being deceived and under deception. The problem is that you were relating Christianity as a religion. Religion is simply a practise or certain rules and doctrines, while Christianity is a way of life, having a personal relationship with Christ. It's a pity that the so called Christians of today simply practise religion.
You think you are free by living as a free thinker, you are actually living in a bigger bondage than you can imagine.

Wrong sir, a club is a club, whether strip, half naked, full naked, covered naked etc. The same type of activity virtually goes on in all of them. If you go to a club you won't leave there filled with the holy ghost, while being filled with something else if it were a strip club. So what's the point of justifying one over the other?
