Anybody who believes that this present administration will bring the desired positive change that this country seeks is really ignorant, at least one ought to see some of the pointers that will show you that change is coming, but presently we have absolutely nothing on ground. 6 months is more than enough for any sincere administration to reposition itself for the long tedious journey of change. What could they have done within 6 months? Start cutting down those inflated budgets tendencies that we are known for, slash the salaries of all ministries and those agencies directly under the executive, including that of the commander in chief and his aides and encourage the legislators to the same. Let your cabinet know that it's no longer business as usual, Nigerians will know that you are sincere once you do this because nobody has done such since independence. Once you are sure your own house is a bit realigned then go after those that has previously looted us and so on. But they won't do such, after all corruption has nothing too do with their insanely huge cost of governance when compared to acceptable world standard. 9 months into an administration and people are telling us exercise patience with them. Do you know that Nigerians are way beyond their level of patience and tolerance with our leaders since independence that at times I ask myself if we are not under some spell. We are still very very far from fighting corruption in this country. Until we have a sincere leader at heart, we will continue going round and round in a vicious cycle. |
zheroes:What's exactly your point sir? That we should now believe anything that is called news or fold our arms in silence till 2017 or what? When I see something that is plain deception, I don't keep mute. This story is falsified, quote me anywhere. The reason why we move 3 steps forward and 10 steps backwards is because we keep recycling the same set of politicians while hoping that things will get better. We don't tell ourselves the gospel truth. We are smiling and hoping for better tomorrow yet we refuse to face our problems with all sincerity. Am not an apologist to any of the political parties but I tell you sir, even in the next 10 years, things won't change in this country from the way we are presently, because we don't have any sincere leader yet who is ready to fight this corruption right from his own cabinet, down to our senators, to the ministries and even close allies. All we get daily is stories about looting done by pdp members and few APC scapegoats. That is not how to fight corruption and salvage this nation. It's a hypocritical attempt geared towards making the masses believe that somebody is working for their interest which as a matter of fact is all fallacy and deception. |
amaechi1:Lemme ask you this simple question, please just give me a simple answer. Are there no looters in Buhari's administration and cabinet? |
Sunky200:Do you honestly believe that this story is real? Do you know what $200b is? Over N39 trillion. Abeg am late for work.....it's too early for trash all in the name of news. |
Op lemme clear your doubts, it's not falling in love, it's falling in lust, and once the feeling fades away, you say you've fallen out of love. True love is a decision not feelings. |
HungerBAD:Milestone? Either you are a sycophant or you are simply being ignorant. This type of license have always been issued in the past, so I don't see any mile here not to talk of stone. |
Rubbish analogy. If i may ask, by whose standard A lot of ladies are simply deceiving themselves, so someone who has a house and car today can't go broke tomorrow? Whenever I hear ladies that think materialism is the in thing, I see them as kids who ain't matured at all. It's only a baby that looks at his or her toys for happiness and satisfaction. |
Ayomikun37:I thought your stance was that there ain't a creator? Am not into arguing about other religion, am standing up for what I believe in which is Christianity. What is your belief sir? Proclaim it. It is appointed unto man once to die and after that judgement follows. Everything will be clear as a crystal ball that day. Happy Sunday. |
Ayomikun37:And who are you sir? Prove to you that God exist? Sir, actually I don't give a rip if you don't believe in God aii? That's your stress, and you don't need any proof because you sir is an evidence that there is a creator. Believe all you want, the truth remains that God is God and you ain't him and he created you..... and he loves you, we all do. Even tho you still refuse to believe that. |
Op, why are you obsessed with Christians, leave them alone and face what you believe in. Suicide is not a sin, are you happy now? To confirm just try it out.....but don't say i told you to. ![]() |
People that believe in evolution actually exercise more faith more than those who don't, we are talking of billions of years stuff here... mathematically the possibility of evolution being a fact is 10^1,000,000,000. Evolution is just theory, it has not been proven and never will. The architect of the universe is God almighty, take it or leave it. |
Anytime religion is mentioned, this is what it ought to signify. Too bad out has been messed up today. God bless you more Pastor Sam, it's an encouragement to give more. |
esejessy:***falls from the staircase*** ![]() ![]() Kpele ooo |
salvationproject:You are yet to enter the university and you already have an ex? Continue ![]() |
frisky2good:Birds of a feather flock together, and to think he was part of Buhari entourage to Saudi Arabia. Tell me if this man wouldn't have been called by appropriate bodies for questioning if it where to be a sane nation and tomorrow people will be saying that we are fighting corruption. It's crazy nation indeed! |
AleAirHub:This is not a matter of wishes, it's a matter of resisting evil in all it's ratification. God forbid bribery to be a normal thing with me!! |
dhamilaray:Corruption is bad sir! You will give them 2k because you are only thinking about yourself, do you know if the next person they will collect 2k from and give a free pass is a terrorist with IEDs in his bag? Your guess is as good as mine. |
subzidi:Your first statement shows where the passion comes from. Keep it up, you are not alone. It's a pity that evil is a norm in Nigeria. The problem with this country is not actually our leaders, it's we the masses. We are so comfortable with corruption and bribery that our leaders know that they can't be held responsible because we are just like them. At every nook and cranny of this country, it oozes stench of bribery and evil orchestrations and yet we blame our leaders and when you voice out people call you holier than thou. It's a sick country honestly. I've made up my mind that I will never ever ever give in to bribery in this country no matter what it will cost me, so help me God. |
AleAirHub:Why are those travelers giving them what they demand Everybody is playing it safe and avoiding delay, yet we all are living like endangered specie in our own land. I can't wait to encounter such guys at the airport, neither of us will have no rest that day. I will forfeit my flight, while they will suspend their work that day if not indefinitely. God, I hate any form of evil. It's really nauseating! |
AceRoyal:When I see posts like this in the midst of all these blindfolded comments people make here, I keep believing that there is hope for this country. The sole problem of Nigeria is nothing but selfishness. Corruption, hatred, animosity, killing, looting, ethnic sentiments, abuse of office etc are just the by product of this root problem. We don't care what happens to the next person as far as we are satisfied, and it's not just our politicians that are at fault, it's all of us. Neither APC nor PDP can save this country. As you rightly said, they are the same. They only impress those that they will impress. |
johnydon22:Agreed. I have no argument, you are the one with the argument, I have the truth. So bro believe me, am chilling in Jesus big time and it's been a blessing. ![]() |
Teempakguy:Lol...Can you deny your own existence? |
disloman:Awesome ![]() |
Yorubasgreat:Naaah, leave God out of it ma'am, he that is faithful to start a thing should also be faithful to complete it. When the critical few was telling you guys before the election that these people can't be from God as they were claiming, some of you thought we were mad. The most painful type of pain is the pain of regret and a lot of Nigerians will experience this pain terribly because of the decision they took. So leave God out of it, what you sow is what you reap. Prepare because the worst is yet to happen. |
disloman:Honestly I can't comprehend what you wrote bro ![]() |
disloman:Celebrated for what? You admit he is corrupt but since he is celebrated, then no problem. Nigeria still has a long way to go with this mentality, we are really the architect of our own problems. Messed up value system!! |
And I still say; This is just the beginning ![]() |
2sexycom:The regret is still warming up sir ![]() Honestly, think about this, a vibrant and intellectually filled nation of the 21st century went back into the military ages and brought out a retired military officer and branded him their expected change icon, something got to be wrong with Nigeria seriously. Change dosent come from your past, it means a brand new beginning. Well my mind is at peace right now because I anticipated what is happening now during the election period and made pacts with another infinite source of supply, and you know what, this is just the beginning of things to happen and it's already as bad as this. May God be with us ![]() |
At times I begin to wonder if God's hand was actually in this or was it just time and chance that happened to this lady, because God's blessings comes in levels and it's a gradual process, just like planting a seed. But her case, from never having to having like never before. ![]() |
Agubushmenyo:You really sound prejudiced and sentimental with this comment, so because people are jobless they are now with muddy brains? Selfish and without empathy to say the least. |
Abduletudaye:But you have managed to live through it daily, so what's the big deal about the headache? |

. How i wish this can of your suggestion will prove or yield result at the checking point then the writer or Op will not bring this issues here...
