It's not just cheating. Its stealing. It makes you a thief... a petty criminal. You are the junior brother, junior cousin, junior nephew, junior colleague of armed robber. They all have one goal in common...... to defraud.

Change2015:
Niger Delta president, Niger Delta oil minister and what has been the result? The biggest robbery in Nigerian history. Massive inflows of revenue when oil was selling at record prices and yet what did the pair achieve? Did you even expect he would achieve anything useful, after his pathetic record in Bayelsa? Your own south south leaders rob you, kidnap you, steal our resources for their private benefit and you instead of fixing the mess that is your house, are looking into your neighbours yard and complaining! So very effin clever.

All those years the north ruled with iron fist what did their northern leaders achieve for them save that they continued to milk the south dry stuffing their pockets with loot.

They left power with the north yet standing as the most poverty stricken region in the country. Yet you misguided nairalanders have the impetus to question a one mans impact to the niger delta compared to the zero impact of a collection of failed northern leaders all the years the north held to power.

Op you are making a lot of sense. What pains me more is that the destruction in the north is yet ongoing and they are talking about rebuilding. They rebuild with southern money to give the destroyers more opportunity to destroy and the cycle continues.

It's time we should seriously begin to question what else the north contributes to this country apart from destruction and bloodshed and ever trying to make governance their birth right while they loot the treasury and build their northern empires with the wealth of the south.

Religion / Re: Wearing The Hijab Makes Me Feel Liberated Not Oppressed by ByfireByfire: 4:56pm On Jul 23, 2015

Yea it's compulsory for women to dress as stated in the Qur'an. Hijab is different from face covering which is not compulsory.

For a Muslimah we have to follow what is written in the Qur'an and sunnah. We were created to worship and obey Allah all other things are secondary.

I simply see another fundamentalist/extremist ideology being hidden undercover.

Just tell us you're one of them. Stop pretending about it. Feel good to join the sharia police in Islamic State Iraq.

sorry, you need to ask for forgiveness because what u just said here is that,u are against the word of Almighty ALLAH because it has been revealed in the QURAN that it is compulsory for any woman to be in veil (sunnah muhakadah)and no one must against it because if u do so,you are against verse in the holy QURAN and anyone that against any verses in the QURAN has against the QURAN generally.....If anyone call him/herself a muslim and against the word of Almighty ALLAH sent down to us and the person is refer to as (MUNAFIQ) and anyone that's MUNAFIQ to religion of Almighty ALLAH will be put in the down blow of hell fire in the day of resurrection.....May Almighty ALLAH not let us be part of them.....(AMEN)

Make no mistake. You don't need to look far. Here's an Islamic state militant right here on nairaland ready to behead non comformists for the minutest of negligible error if he finds the means.

It's not really about how i feel. It's not wrong to wear the niqab or burka , it is also not compulsory and people shouldn't be forced to unless they are convinced about wearing it

1. Don't pretend you don't know or support the fact that its compulsory in your religion.

2. There are many ways of dressing decent and all covered up without necessarily being a hijab or burqa.

3. You can't call it normal and proper when you are wearing the same type of apparel January to December all in the name of modesty when there can be modesty with "variety" .

4. You can't call it proper and normal when you stuff yourself head to toe with robes even at the hottest seasons and temperatures. Yes I've seen some of your misguided adherents Sweating profusely and even emitting foul odor(stating fact & no abuse intended) when you seat next to them in buses during very hot weather. Temperatures also determine apparel.

5. Women are always the victims aren't they. If hijab or burqa or niqab is the right way according to your religion why are men exempted? Or men alone are right to be judged according to physical appearance. Same way an innocent woman is stoned for adultery leaving the man that most probably coerced her into the act she never even asked for.

6. If hijab or burqa is good for you, are you speaking the mind of a billion others that feel oppressed wearing it but have no choice? You may even be alone in this your proclaimed liberty.

I MARVEL AT THE HYPE ON THIS RUZU BITTERS.

I'VE PERSONALLY USED IT FOR MORE THAN A WEEK AND FOUND NO POSITIVE EFFECT AGAINST TYPHOID OR MALARIA OR BLOOD SUGAR.

I EVEN BEGAN TO EXPERIENCE SERIOUS SIDE EFFECTS OF TERRIBLE PAINS AND DANGEROUS DISCOMFORT IN MY INTERNAL ORGANS WHICH EVENTUALLY FORCED ME TO STOP.

I STRONGLY SUSPECT THIS HERB AND I STILL HAVE THE REMNANT TILL NOW.

DEAR DELIBERATE MOCKER, YOU ASKED A QUESTION ON THIS THREAD....

Rilwayne001:

Mar 10:21 Jesus looked at him and loved him. "One thing you lack," he said. "Go, sell everything you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me." ……Jesus looked around and said to his disciples, "How hard it is FOR THE RICH to enter the kingdom of God!" … Peter said to him, "We have left everything to follow you! "I tell you the truth,".....

AND TOTALLY AND ENTIRELY ANSWERED IT HERE....

Rilwayne001:

...... Jesus replied, no one who has left home or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or fields for me and the gospel will fail to receive "A HUNDRED
TIMES" as much in this present age (homes, brothers, sisters, mothers, children and fields--and with them, persecutions) and in the age TO COME, eternal life.

... Observe the part I quoted in your post.SO YOU CLEARLY KNEW JESUS PUT THAT RICH YOUNG RULER TO TEST BUT DELIBERATELY CHOSE TO IGNORE.
Religion / Re: Debunk These! by ByfireByfire: 1:12pm On Mar 15, 2015
Seeing that number one has been clearly answered though mockers will always refuse to accept the glaring truth lest they be tagged debunked, I want to answer number 2 .

No.2) In many places in the scripture where Jesus mentioned "Death" He mostly refered to the second death. So it is easy to agree that He spoke of the second death meant for the sinners and disobedient. Those that understand will understand.
Religion / Re: Ifeann And Others Who Can "Please I Really Need Your Help On This!". by ByfireByfire: 8:21am On Mar 01, 2015
One of the biggest wonders in this country is why a christian and mainly igbo tribe are hell bent on staying in a place where they are butchered for nothing. It never ceases to amaze me. Is it that these hausa's use charms to pin them down in the north so they must be killed.Kill a few hausa men in Onitsha and by the next day I doubt if you'll see a single hausa man there cos they'll flee but kill 100,000 Igbo men in the north and you still get to see thousands of them staying put with reckless abandon eating and drinking even when the killings has arrived at their very gates. Is this a spell or a jinx or... what? Does it mean there's no other place in Nigeria or on earth where Igbos can survive? Who would believe that after all these senseless killings there's still an igbo man in the north up till now even when he knows the killings have been attempted in his neighbourhood more than once. Tufiakwa.

Religion / Re: The Syndrome Of No Food Before Service. by ByfireByfire: 8:32am On Sep 28, 2014
Whatever you sacrifice in true humility to make your spirit ready to recieve from God in a church service is aceptable to God.Whether it be a sunday morning meal or entire days meal.

Some families & individuals abstain not because the pastor said so but rather to discipline the body or to avoid lateness arising from time used to prepare, serve, eat meals & clear the table etc.

But such abstinence shouldn't be an issue & shouldn't even be counted as a sacrifice cos most normal sunday services span between 2 to 4 hour & people are back home to eat as normal. So its no big deal as you make it appear.
Religion / Re: How Do I Revive My Dieing Prayer Life by ByfireByfire: 8:16am On Sep 28, 2014
Oluwalala: The greatest problem any one can have is not admitting to having a problem.
I have a big problem, my prayer life use to be top notch, I mean I could pray and the host of heaven would listen, but of late, I notice my prayer life dwindling , sometimes I even forget to pray. How do I revive my prayer life, there's nothing more dangerous to the agents of hell, than a christain that prays
Look out for things that quench the spirit of prayer.Talkativeness, gossipping, lust of the eyes & mind, unwholesome TV & DVD programmes, giving good opportunities to pray to useless discussions or activties etc.Repent & confess these flaws.Use the method of praying in short but regular intervals.Add short fasts if you can.Repeat these steps & continue in it patiently.Your prayer life will CERTAINLY be fully restored but it comes gradually & needs patience. It may not always come in immediate outpouring as you expect or as you used to have it before.I've experienced this several times.

WARNING : For stay at home christians only
Iron sharpeneth iron. You'll discover this sooner or later. No christian can thrive conveniently in isolation.Even God in the person of Jesus Christ needed His disciples to fulfill His ministry.
