"Over 24 hours ago, I was having fun on my Snapchat with few friends to raise money for me to blow for the weekend. In less than an hour I was sent over 2million naira which was much more than what I was seeking to have fun for that moment so I decided to give some of it out, I sent a couple of people I know some of it and I remembered a boy with a severe pain because by an armed robbery attack, so I decided to donate to him to get good medical attention, I also thought I would use my platform to get him a lot of donors which I posted his case on my page and he has then received massive turn out from my friends and followers but there's something I noticed, to my surprise not even one of this bloggers who are quick to pick anything I do ever picked that good I did to write about, rather I see some blogs posting hushpuppi stylishly turns beggar, and none of their commenters/fans wrote to them that they should see this and that which hushpuppi has done o, none of your celebrities do this rather they only post and fold their arms to problem of the public who made them who they are, we didn't see eniola badmus and kcee to tag federal government that I deserve a goodwill award but they are quick to tag efcc to come and investigate my blessings but at the end of the day I am not surprised, all my years in the struggle I have learnt black people mostly Nigerians are quick to bring their own down rather than praise, build or support each other. Love don't exist among us but with all this I won't stop being the good guy that I am either y'all see it or not, God sees it and I see why he never seize to keep blessing me. May God bless u good guys out there that never get celebrated or appreciated, God see your work and will crown your handiwork"

Governor Kashmir Sheittima deceive us to come & serve in Borno, here we are suffering & he abandoned us - Borno Corper's Last year November 28, at the opening of Borno Batch B stream 1 orientation camp in Bauchi. Governor kashim Sheittima while giving his speech promised heaven and earth to Corper's posted to Borno state. Here is his speech below; He stated this in Bauchi on Tuesday while addressing the Batch B National Youth Corper's. “With all sense of responsibility and honesty, am saying that the worst in Maiduguri is over. Borno is now on the path to sustainable peace. “Maiduguri is now safe even more than Lagos, Abuja and many other state capitals in Nigeria,” he said. "I will pay 100% of what I was paid then when I was serving in Crossriver state which is #105." "There will be comfortable accommodation for all copers that will serve in Borno state" He also expressed pleasure with the corps members for leaving their comfort zones to serve their father land. He assured them of necessary security and assistance while the service lasts. Despite all his promises. When getting to Borno life as been tough & hard for Corper's. Not all Corper's where giving accommodation has he promised & no water in lodges, the monthly allowance the state is giving is #1000k. No security at the Corpers lodges, the governor did not even know the whereabouts of the children he lured to his state, & there wellbeing is none of his business. Imagine a commissioner telling Corper's that there state can survive without you, you can go back to your state, & don't expect comfort because you are a coper. Copers using there money to draw light to government lodge. High cost of foodstuffs in d market, Corper's buy water to cook & to bath on daily basis. Nigerian pls help us we are crying & regretting for coming to serve in Borno state. Pls help us to share this across to the world so that the Federal Government, & Nigerians can see what the Corper's are passing through here. Thanks

Kwara Must Change is compelled to issue this statement due to the threat to life of our members, particularly the President, Abdulrazaq O Hamzat, over the call for recall of the Senate President, Bukola Saraki owing to his poor representation of the Kwara Central Senatorial District. Although, we understand that this threat is real, but we are not afraid to confront it. Aides of the Senate President, who are spearheading this evil plot know themselves, but we also know them and they will soon hear from us. They and their political thugs would wish they never threatened us, as we have gathered all their previous criminal activities. It is on record that on 11th July, 2017, Kwara Must Change announced it planned action to commence the process of recalling the Senate President. This is a constitutional right, guaranteed to all citizens of this country and exercising such right should poss no threat to all people of conscience. However, our declaration, which was described by aides of the Senate President as an exercise in futility, has suddenly become something that they are willing to kill over. If not, how else would one explain all the threats we have been receiving from aides of the Senate President since the declaration was made? Apart from the fact that some of the legislative aides in the office of the Senate President had been calling to threaten us, we have reliably gotten names of other top aides involved in this evil agenda and we are not in anyway surprised considering their past antecedent. However, while they are plotting to kill other people for exercising their constitutional rights, they are not aware that their own life is not assured as well. We at the Kwara Must Change will not beg them to desist from their evil plot, but they must know that we are not in any way scared of them. We make bold to say that, we will never live in fear of their evil plans. Instead of running away from them, we will face them squarely. No life is more valuable than the other and our right to live will not be put under question by political thugs and sycophants. Additionally, to say that the Senate President of Nigeria has people that would be threatening the lives of other citizens and planning to eliminate them simply for daring to exercise their constitutional right is a big disgrace to Nigeria and Africa in general. No wonder the Senate president had become a liability, rather than asset to the good people of Ilorin. Finally, we have concluded plans to write to all appropriate security agencies to report this threat to our lives by the office of the senate president, but we shall not stop there. We shall proceed to notify all international agencies including ECOWAS, African Union, United Nations as well as all major foreign embassies in Nigeria to take note of this threat. The recall process will not be aborted for this unfortunate reason. It shall proceed as planned on 1st August, 2017 and we urge everyone in Kwara Central to join us in this historic recall. Former Governor of Lagos, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has acquired for himself a new private jet, a source, who is a close friend of the leader of All Progressives Congress, APC, has revealed. According to the source, the jet is a Bombadier Global Express XRS, the same type owned by Forbe's richest man in Africa Aliko Dangote, Folorunsho Alakija and Mike Adenuga Jnr. Aviation experts say the luxurious asset would cost nothing less than $50million or more depending on specification. From Bombadier Challenger 605, Dassault Falcon 900, to Gulfstream G550, such private jets range from $20m-$60m. While details of the purchase is still unknown but reports say the jet was ordered from the US and facilitated in Europe.. A chairmanship aspirant for the Ikotun/Igando Local Council Development Area, Shakiru Balogun, aka SAB, was crused to death on the eve of the local government elections. Late Balogun was a former Chairman, National Union of Local Government Employees of the LCDA and a member of the All Progressives Congress, APC. He was heading to the council secretariat around 12pm on Friday when the driver of the PSP truck lost control of the truck and rammed it into Balogun’s Toyota 4runner at Okofili Bus Stop, LASU-Isheri Road. An eyewitness, Fadeyi Daisi, said 52-year-old Balogun died on the spot. “The PSP driver fled the scene, but I don’t know if he was later arrested by the police. It was very tragic. “The door of the sport utility vehicle was cut with a saw before emergency officials could extricate his body”, he told the Punch. A resident of Abu Taiwo Street, Afolabi Bus Stop, Akesan, where Balogun lived, Joshua Ogundipe, said the incident had thrown the community into mourning. Ogundipe added, “He accepted defeat at the primaries in good faith. He was going to the office when the incident happened. “He is survived by two wives and four children. He had been buried according to Islamic rite.”

Young Nigerians in some parts of Lagos have expressed their dissatisfaction with their leaders by refusing to be part of the voting exercise during the council polls in the state. At about 11.15am, our correspondent, who went round Oshodi and its environs, observed many youths playing football on major streets in the area. Many of them said the state and federal governments had not done anything significant to make their lives and communities better. “We don’t want to vote because our leaders have not done anything for us, the roads are bad, no electricity, what is the essence of voting then, said 24-year-old Adeyemi Sunday. Similarly, another youth, Olu, 26, said he did not have a voter’s card. “Even if I did, I will not vote,” he said. “They are not concerned whether we vote or not. They (elected officials) would still get into office despite our votes and do nothing,” said 21-year-old John Onwuka.
