The only reason Nigerian government borrows money to finance projects, which many still condemn, is because many of the citizens, most especially the socialites and elites don't pay taxes.

Ask the entertainers, footballers, many of the elites, etc they dont pay taxes, yet they blame government and compare Nigeria with China or USA where taxes are paid without exception by all the citizens.

This does not exclude the commoners like mechanics, carpenters, vulcanizers, bricklayers, traders, etc. They earn and spend all their earnings yet they want power, water, roads, etc.

Four men named Michael Fashola, Mufutau Tokosi, Abidemi Kolawole Adeleye (a.k.a. Baido), were arraigned this morning in connection with the assassination of 42-year-old businessman and a rising Lagos Politician, Emmanuel Ubah, years old, who was gunned down point blank in Amuwo Odofin, Lagos State on 21st July, 2017.

According to the The Due Process Advocates (DPA), the suspects were arraigned for murder, conspiracy to commit murder and belonging to an illegal society. The arraignment was before Honourable Justice Akinkugbe of the Lagos State High Court, Igbosere, Lagos.

The gunshot wounds above his left ear left Emmanuel in a pool of his own blood, dead right there on the driver's seat of his own car.

It was gathered that eyewitnesses and police work pointed to a gang of friends of Emmanuel who felt jealous of his success. The weapons used have been recovered and the men allegedly confessed.

According to DPA, the police and the state are taking the case seriously and have shown high rate of success in the investigation of the case. The next hearing date is May 30, followed by 3 days in June, 2018.

i am not saying you are poor OP, or mean it as an insult or anything, but poverty or atleast not having enough is what's affecting this marriage. If the house was big enough there wouldn't be a need for all this nor you even noticing how she prays , neither would she disturb your peace , also you would work and be so busy you hardly even have time for her shenanigans. If she had quite a lot on her plate to handle and not just being a private school teacher , she would have been exposed to realize some of her actions are quite childish. I am not saying what she is doing is right at all neither am I cursing you out or saying you are poor . But I do know for a fact , talking and talking would change nothing as maybe she has less activities to occupy her time and neither are you firm to make her understand she is being crazy .. if that's all she does and she doesn't take her madness outside then I would advice just ignore her and tolerate her .
