Celebrities / Re: Court Grants Helen Prest-Ajayi 50% Of Late Husband’s Assets by CanadaPR: 8:25am On Sep 09, 2021 |
Thinktwicemybro: Most folks commenting didn't read. 50% was given Helen because the man's wife didn't appear in court to defend her case. In the absence of any opposition, court has to grant Helen's prayers. An olosho can never get 50% of a man's wealth legally as you claim if the wife is up to the case. Don't give slay queens false hope. If the wife decides to take the case further, this 50% judgment won't stand. The judgment the court gave can be likened to an adult settling a dispute between 2 children. Let's say that childA says "the basket itself belongs to childB but I kept some of my mangoes in the basket". Then the adult invites both kids for a meeting to judge the case but childB who owns the basket refuses to attend the meeting. Since childB who has an upper hand refuses to show up, the adult simply tells child A to take half of the mangoes in the basket. If childB later says that's not correct, the judgment will be overturned but pending when childB speaks up, childA enjoys 50% I think you should modify your post so you don't give some baby mamas false hope 1 Like |

soundOsonic: Please do. Write children stories and consider selling them for schools, malls and bookshops. You could also consider spicing up children parties with story telling. Many parents seek ways to entertain young children during their parties and your services could be a huge solution to that. Oh yes! Just start off and boom, you are a brand already. Have you considered writing for pay on Fiverr? 2 Likes |

CodeTemplar: Not putting up a fight with you. You told someone to mention some great men of God and all that. I was referring to that. I felt it's necessary to draw our attention to the fact that as Christians, Christ is our only standard and him alone should guide us in our daily Christian living and not any human by any standard. If this is your stance too, I think we are in order. Have a blest week |

CodeTemplar: Looking unto Jesus, the Author and Finisher of our Faith. I'm not siding anyone but encouraging you to never follow any mere mortal but rather, be a follower of Christ. For there is no salvation in any other neither is there any name given among men by which we can be saved. We brand mere humans "Mighty men of God" when we can't even evaluate their standing before God. I'd rather you emulate God himself than try to attach yourself to "The servant of God" |

NwanyiOkpa: Hi, I did Express Entry and didn't go through study permit route. However, I helped my cousin with her study permit application and that's why I monitor this thread. She's gotten her AIP so I'll give a clue on what I submitted for her. First, she just completed A-level and applied for undergraduate study. I wrote her LOE explaining why she wants to study in Canada and that she understands her obligation as a student. I wrote a Letter of Sponsorship for her Dad to sign. Letter had different subtitles. Started with who he is, what he does, why he will want to spend such amount of money on her studies. I did a table for proof of his financial capability. 1. Bank statement Zebra Bank, Value in Naira, Value in Canadian dollars 2. Roof Investment, Value in Naira, Value in Canadian dollars 3. Property at ABC, Value in Naira, Value in Canadian dollars Total in Canadian dollars= xxxxx. Please let me know if you need further information or clarification. Her full tuition was paid and receipt attached. I submitted the normal application forms and other documents. Nothing more.... They sent Medical Request few weeks later. Then AIP after about 2 weeks after medical exams. 3 Likes 1 Share |

vibrant99: Lol. I usually won't respond but I will because I have great faith in prayers. Regarding the bolded, what if I tell you that my confession worked for me? A practical proof that prayers and confessions work for real. I saw myself as a Canada PR in 2018 even when I had no WES report at that time but it's all history today. I wish you would learn from this. You seem to have an issue with people who pray and faith but let that be your personal problem. Don't try to convince others to dish prayers. I'm on this thread monitoring things for my cousin who's gotten AIP already. I read and don't comment but I'll spread my tent on this matter because I'm a living proof that prayers work wonders. All I have, I've gotten by God's Grace and not my strength so I'll always encourage people to pray as much as I would that they work. 11 Likes |

Hi, my cousin just got medical request from IRCC for her study permit. Please does anyone know about the current wait time for booking at Qlife or IOM? I read some pages back about delay in uploading Medical results to IRCC. Please suggest which of the panel physicians is currently faster. I don't want any delay in her application. Also kindly let me know if you have a slot that you won't be using @Pee2Jay9 and all. Thanks 4 Likes |

thelma2803: You'll need to send the Diploma to WES for your Bsc to be evaluated. Give your WES reference number to the French Village School and tell them to send your official transcripts in a sealed envelope directly to WES. You will only need to scan and send a copy of the Diploma certificate to WES... Transcripts must be sent by University or College |

hammer0: Not true. Mask from China is made by an American company called 3M.... It's America's company with factory in China that makes the N95 mask but America is just being selfish and doesn't want 3M to supply other countries. https://edition.cnn.com/2020/04/03/business/3m-defense-production-act-response/index.html 2 Likes |

It's good to do some personal research. 3M is an American company with industries in different countries including China. This company is the major manufacturer of N95 masks in the world (N95 masks are the standard masks for frontline workers and are different from the regular surgical masks made in ABA). US wants 3M to supply all the masks it manufactures to only US....... Trump believes 3M is an American company and should put America first which is quite selfish knowing that other countries are going through tough times too. Trump even said that 3M shouldn't supply Canada and it's causing some issues.... 3 Likes
