Where your tribe enjoyed a dominant historical growth, you can have a whole state or country been one tribe.

The difference between Portugal and Spain tribal, so also is the difference between Gerrmany and Russia, Poland, Ukraine and the list goes on..

So why do you deny yourselves the chance of uplifting your people, using your own resources?
